Beautiful hotel. Incredible breakfast buffet - lots of variety. Polite, friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful massages - we went twice. Rooms are big, modern, good view, clean, great amenities. One way free shuttle. Beautiful pool. They can store your bags if you go trekking for a day or two and then come back

The motel was a 5 *… clean, welcoming, inviting, food was great, very very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. Staff made you feel at home and very polite. We would highly recommend Pokhara Grande to everyone

A particular housekeeper was a problem. She would get inside the room (after ensuring) that we were nor inside under the pretext of cleaning and start cleaning even if cash and jewelry were laid out everywhere!
