Hotel is very nice, just wish the beds were a little softer and we had more heat. We were unable to regulate it.

The location was 2 blocks from the entrance to Biltmore! The room (accessible shower) was top notch! Couldn't believe the value! Clean, spacious - as well as the property in general. I normally choose Hampton because we have had many good experiences over the years ( cleanliness, etc,). This location is an Excellent Value!

It's a very nice hotel and is well maintained. However, there is only a small area in the cabinet under the TV to store clothes. There isn't a dresser in the room. I ended up keeping my clean clothes in my luggage and keeping my worn clothes in the cabinet. The breakfast options were ok but not great. I tried the scrambled eggs the first day and didn't try them again. It would be good to have a granola mix or even breakfast bars available. While there were a few options of flavored yogurt (peach, raspberry), it would be good if there was a plain vanilla option. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet.

The room was very clean, however, there was a slight dog smell. Didn't ask if there were non-animal rooms, but as we stayed for only one night, it wasn't bad enough to ask to change. Hotel was very convenient to Biltmore, which is why we were in town. If coming for a return visit, will ask about non-animal rooms, or choose another hotel. Breakfast was just ok. Didn't care for the way the eggs were made nor the taste of the sausage, so only had oatmeal and yogurt. Would recommend if you have your animal with you.

Everything was very good. Rooms were clean, bathroom was clean, bed was a bit soft and lumpy. Staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was run of the mill but clean and everything worked, pool was clean but too shallow to swim
