Our first room after unloading our stuff we found out the air conditioner did not work, the temps were in the 90's so the AC was a necessity. We were moved to another room . Our second room the we could not turn the fan off for the AC unit, at least the AC worked. In the bathroom the toilet would not stop running so after finding that out I had to open the top and jiggle the handle to make it stop. Later the toilet would not flush because the chain fell off the flush handle. So each time we used the toilet we had to check to make sure the chain did not fall off and that the water would stop flowing. We did not advise the desk until we left as we did not want to be changing rooms again, also they were shifting people to a different hotel as they had a group of highschoolers staying in the hotel. The breakfast was what you would find at any regular hotel. There was the typical waffle, biscuit, gravy and sausage patty. There was also some bread products. Not the selection we usually have at the nicer hotels. There are other alternatives to this hotel, the final price for the room was not worth it.

I had two rooms adjoining for my family. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed the indoor pool during our stay. Our rooms were very nice king suites. The check in was quick.I went to the front desk for a couple of needs, toothpaste, toothbrush, extra blanket, and towels. The front desk clerk was able to accommodate all these requests. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast as well. Plenty of choices and plenty of protein. Would stay there again.

A/C wasn’t too cold. The tube and toilet was clogged the second night. Toilet was fine the same night but the tube was still clogged when we left (4 nights). It looks like they to renovate the place but there are places that still look old and peeling. Breakfast was good and fresh. Nice indoor pool area. The water is not warm.
