Stayed 2 nights

Our stay at Aranwa Sacred Valley was one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. From the moment we arrived, the property was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax while exploring the Sacred Valley. The rooms were absolutely stunning. Staying here felt like stepping back in time. The historic architecture, antique furnishings, and spacious accommodations gave the hotel so much character while still providing every modern comfort. It was unlike any hotel we've stayed in before. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with high-quality food, great presentation, and attentive service. The restaurant staff made every meal enjoyable and were always friendly and welcoming. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the bar and lounge area. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with a relaxing atmosphere that encouraged you to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. If you're looking for a hotel that combines history, elegance, exceptional service, and a true sense of place, Aranwa Sacred Valley is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Sacred Valley.

Great hotel all around. The staff was very helpful. The gym equipment was dated but it was still okay.

Nice property and lot of amenity, but you stock with their restaurant, no other option as it is middle of nowhere

Overall, we had a good stay, but there were a few disappointing aspects. The swimming pool was the main issue. There are two pool areas, but one was not really usable because the water was too cold for the season. The staff suggested using the smaller pool instead, but it was extremely small. In my opinion, it would be much better if they converted it into a hot tub or jacuzzi, which would make the experience much more enjoyable. We also booked a facial treatment, and unfortunately it was one of the worst spa experiences we have had. The treatment was very rough and did not even include proper moisturizing. I complained about it, and fortunately they did not charge me. However, we still had to pay for my husband’s treatment, and he was not satisfied either. Considering the quality of the spa services, I feel the prices are too high. It even made me question whether the spa staff have the proper qualifications or licensing. That said, aside from these issues, everything else was very good. The restaurant was excellent, and the room quality was also very good.
