Quero deixar esse relato inpostantissimo a todos que avaliarem essa propriedade. O Apt é como descrito, localização boa, porém algo muito grave ocorreu. Logo no primeiro dia que chegamos, durante nossa saída, um par de óculos de sol sumiu de dentro do apartamento. Entrei em contato rapidamente com a empresa e pedi para puxarem as câmeras externas, pois tinha certeza do ocorrido. Pediram o horário que era curto, passei e nada me foi relatado. Pedi para trocaram a senha eletrônica. Foi feito. Relatei que não queria mais ninguém externo no apt , bem como limpeza. Mesmo assim cheguei no Apt e a limpeza foi feita. O que aconteceu nessa minha hospedagem foi algo gravíssimo e não trataram corretamente. Câmeras existem nos corredores. Provavelmente olharam as gravações. Mas não me deram posição nenhuma. O fato de senhas eletrônicas nos dar facilidade em checkin é ótimo. Porém outras pessoas podem ter acesso a elas e entrarem. Nunca aconteceu isso comigo em nenhuma plataforma de reserva. Essa foi a primeira vez. Mais um problema: não liberavam o feed back pra fazer minha avaliação. Tive que abrir uma reclamação no hotéis.com pra hospedagem liberar para que eu contasse aqui o ocorrido. Então, caros viajantes, estejam atentos.

During the booking process you get an e-mail to send in your passport details and you're guaranteed to get the code to enter the apartment at 15:00 the latest on check in day. Well this did not happen, I tried emailing via the app - no response. I found a number and called and with beginner spanish ang google translation I tried to explain my issue. I was meet with shouting and the lady hanging up the phone. This was all happening as I'm standing OUTSIDE the building with no way to enter. A kind gentleman on the street saw our distress and offered to call and speak to the lady in Spanish as she knew no english - she shouted at him too and hung up and he had to call back a second time before she would even listen to him. I can only imagine if I wasn't arriving during daytime or no one offered to help me. Horrendous experience and I would stay far away from this property

I am a regular traveller that uses this accommodation because it is always excellent. The location and amenities both locally and in the apartment are second to none. I didn’t realise that the metro didn’t open till 6am I contacted the accommodation by email and they responded with the number for taxis to help me arrive at the airport in time for my flight. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
