Staff were all lovely except the lady who checked us in. Was not very helpful. Had to drag our own luggage upstairs and didnt even tell ua what floor or where the lift was. Lovely breakfast options. Very good location. A swimming pool would have been the ice on the cake

Had a nice stay in this hotel. I just would have wished for a slightly larger gym with more equipment and that everyone at the reception can speak English reasonably well. Otherwise very friendly and helpful staff.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay: staff were nice and smiley Cleanliness: sheet was has a stain on it, luckily it was only on 1 side, so I slept on the other side of the bed. above the toilet, it has not been cleaned: some dirt on the little shelf. Room: good side. Good not find away to switch the air conditioning of at night: it's a bit noisy for me, luckily I brought my earplugs. I called the reception to ask how to switch it off...she told me to lower the temperature down or put it up...then it was cut off... Nice buffet breakfast

For the rate they charge, I think their rooms are aceptable and clean, the staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars it’s because the shower drain was slow and quickly filled up and flooded the rest of the bathroom floor.

All the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay. I had a very nice view from my room. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortably. The area felt very safe and it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants. I would choose to stay here again.

Like all the other reviews i agree the breakfast is the highlight along with very friendly staff. The cons are shower pressure and the air con both aren't strong. Shout out to the restaurant staff and the reception team. The lady in green t-shirt, her customer service is excellent!! Over and beyond 3 stars. (But not the gentleman in red though, he lacks empathy!)

The Hampton by Hilton is centrally located and yet away from the action. On foot you can reach the Corniche and the famous souk in a few minutes. It is very quiet and has a quiet night to sleep. The equipment is excellent. Good Wi-Fi in the rooms, even on the higher floors. Cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast offer is absolutely fantastic. The staff are all very polite, courteous, helpful. From the reception to the cleaning staff, all employees deserve absolute 5 stars and more. A very special thanks go to Adil and Sami. Every question was tried to answer and help us with the best of knowledge. Awesome. Thank you very much for the great stay. We will hopefully be back very soon. Best regards from Germany.

The biggest thing that impressed me with this hotel was the staff and their help and dedication to sorting out an issue for me. In particular the customer services manager went above and beyond to sort out a booking issue I had encountered. The rest of the reception staff in particular were always attentive and willing to help you. Thank you all for your dedication.

Property was nice, the location was good. The staff could’ve been more helpful at times. There was 3 of us in the room, which was indicated on the booking, yet they kept giving amenities for only 2 people. One of the days they only gave us enough for 1 person. We had to call way too many times to get what we needed.

Very pleasant stay. Staffs were very caring and courteous. Very good location, close to Metro station. Room was very neat and clean with enough supplies of coffee and tea. Very spacious bathroom with clean towels. The King size bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend for this price point.

The hotel is super clean and new. Rooms marble decorated, the sealing is high, the windows are in full size wall from sealing to the floor. You can arrive from airport to hotel by taxi (~$10) or metro, 15 minutes walk from National museum station (7-th stop from airport, and ticket cost around $2 for the whole day. The free breakfast includes around 25 varieties of food and 6 types of coffee. Reception service and dinning personnel are super supportive, easily offered late checkout and calls for taxi. Taxi arrived in 2 min and trip to airport took 17 minutes. The hotel location is in cultural center, clean and nice area with walking distance to National museum and waterfront. I stayed the second time in this hotel and will return again !

Fantastic location for a stopover in Doha, which is why my son and I were there. National Museum is 1 block away. We walked to Museum of Islamic Arts, since we like to walk, but it was hot. Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and gave good advice for logistics, travel, and restaurants. Check in was quick and easy. This was our first time leaving Doha airport (for 38 hour stop over) and if we do it again, we will absolutely stay at this hotel. Breakfast buffet was creative with many choices, breakfast staff were great. My only complaints: coffee is terrible - please improve quality. Rooms are very small with no room for big luggage, but the beds were very comfortable and shower was great. Fridge in room.
