Beautiful and quiet hotel. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurants for breakfast and dinner are amazing, beautifully presented and tasty. It would be better if the hotel can provide more daily activities, such as some classes in the gym. And the SPA is not the biggest, but functional.

This is a beautiful hotel located right by the beach. However, be aware that there are several complexes, and the one we stayed in was on top of a hill, requiring a descent to reach the beach. This offers stunning views but necessitates a golf cart ride to get to the beach. Additionally, in Sardinia, there is an unusual practice where beach spots are reserved based on different areas, so even though you pay for beach access, you might find yourself in the third or fourth row from the water, even if you have children. Moreover, the outdoor pool is not heated, and in June, Sardinia can be quite cool, making the pools very cold. It would be beneficial for hoteliers to provide heated pools for the comfort of visitors and to enhance the overall experience. The restaurants are more expensive than those on the coast, and the food is acceptable but overpriced, making the price-quality ratio less favorable. Overall, the only general comment is that the hotel is slightly overpriced in terms of value for money.

Quiet resort. Beaches are beautiful. Please note - children are only allowed in Conrad pool if they are ‘silent or very very quiet’, otherwise they are asked to use the Hotel Village pool (a lower quality hotel). Also on the beach, there is only one umbrella allocated to a room, and so only enough shade for 2 people. If there is a child/children in your room or suite they are not allowed another umbrella. (Despite there being many on the beach unused).

The location was beautiful and the arrival was well catered to, our room was taken care of and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. The food was amazing and consistent, the variety of pools was also great and felt like guest had a lot of personal space and privacy. The barman from the top bar was very energetic and made some great cocktails. Upon check out we did request a hotel transfer which unfortunately was not correct and there was alot of frustration with the incorrect ordering of a car (could not accommodate our luggage) and then the request for further payment for a larger car after we had already paid for the initial booking. We checked out from our second hotel and there was a repeat of the incident and they immediately rectified the error without any additional cost. It would have been appreciated if the same had occurred at the Conrad due to the error.

Booked 4 nights in October and extended for an extra night as we were enjoying all so mugh. Staff were amazing and the winning edge of this property Overall the total offering of this resort (pools, beach, spa etc) were fabulous! Re the fabulous beach, one can order food, drinks etc straight to one’s comfortable sunlounge! Highly recommend.

Beautiful resort, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very nice, but not a lot to do in surrounding areas. There is a shuttle service to take guests down to the beach. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. The Terrazza restaurant had a great breakfast buffet every morning.

A beautiful hotel, fantastic facilities, wonderful restaurants and food, excellent entertainment in the evenings, 5 Star services for transport to fantastic beaches. A big call out to all the friendly and helpful staff to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. This is the third time I have been to the hotel and would highly recommend anyone looking for 5 star luxury in Sardinia.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Hotel in Sardinia, and I wanted to share our experience. Firstly, the hotel's location is nothing short of stunning. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a junior suite to a regular suite, which made our stay even more comfortable. The additional space and luxurious amenities in the suite added to the overall experience. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback, which I hope will be taken in the spirit of helping to improve future guests' experiences. We noticed that the water drainage in both the sink and shower was not optimal, which might need some attention. Also, we found that the lights along the footpath to the hotel were often not turned on at night. This was a minor inconvenience, but improving it could enhance the safety and accessibility for guests. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and location, yet I was surprised that there wasn't much variety of the rightly famous and excellent local cheese on offer. To conclude, our stay at the Conrad was memorable and enjoyable. The few issues we encountered were minor and did not significantly detract from our overall positive experience. Great hotel! Great stuff! We booked Oasi Deluxe Room and it was more like mini villa. Shuttle to the beach going constantly. Beach is beautiful and very well maintained. Highly recommended!

Posizione panoramica e vicinissima alla spiaggia. Livello di qualità altissimo in tutto. Vacanza da favola. Purtroppo ho pagato il supplemento della camera Delux Laguna con 2 letti matrimoniali ma ho trovato la camera con un solo letto. Chiederò il rimborso.

Beautiful and quiet hotel. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurants for breakfast and dinner are amazing, beautifully presented and tasty. It would be better if the hotel can provide more daily activities, such as some classes in the gym. And the SPA is not the biggest, but functional.

The location was beautiful and the arrival was well catered to, our room was taken care of and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. The food was amazing and consistent, the variety of pools was also great and felt like guest had a lot of personal space and privacy. The barman from the top bar was very energetic and made some great cocktails. Upon check out we did request a hotel transfer which unfortunately was not correct and there was alot of frustration with the incorrect ordering of a car (could not accommodate our luggage) and then the request for further payment for a larger car after we had already paid for the initial booking. We checked out from our second hotel and there was a repeat of the incident and they immediately rectified the error without any additional cost. It would have been appreciated if the same had occurred at the Conrad due to the error.

Booked 4 nights in October and extended for an extra night as we were enjoying all so mugh. Staff were amazing and the winning edge of this property Overall the total offering of this resort (pools, beach, spa etc) were fabulous! Re the fabulous beach, one can order food, drinks etc straight to one’s comfortable sunlounge! Highly recommend.

Beautiful resort, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very nice, but not a lot to do in surrounding areas. There is a shuttle service to take guests down to the beach. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. The Terrazza restaurant had a great breakfast buffet every morning.

A beautiful hotel, fantastic facilities, wonderful restaurants and food, excellent entertainment in the evenings, 5 Star services for transport to fantastic beaches. A big call out to all the friendly and helpful staff to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. This is the third time I have been to the hotel and would highly recommend anyone looking for 5 star luxury in Sardinia.

This is a beautiful hotel located right by the beach. However, be aware that there are several complexes, and the one we stayed in was on top of a hill, requiring a descent to reach the beach. This offers stunning views but necessitates a golf cart ride to get to the beach. Additionally, in Sardinia, there is an unusual practice where beach spots are reserved based on different areas, so even though you pay for beach access, you might find yourself in the third or fourth row from the water, even if you have children. Moreover, the outdoor pool is not heated, and in June, Sardinia can be quite cool, making the pools very cold. It would be beneficial for hoteliers to provide heated pools for the comfort of visitors and to enhance the overall experience. The restaurants are more expensive than those on the coast, and the food is acceptable but overpriced, making the price-quality ratio less favorable. Overall, the only general comment is that the hotel is slightly overpriced in terms of value for money.

Please note - children are only allowed in Conrad pool if they are ‘silent or very very quiet’, otherwise they are asked to use the Hotel Village pool (a lower quality hotel). Also on the beach, there is only one umbrella allocated to a room, and so only enough shade for 2 people. If there is a child/children in your room or suite they are not allowed another umbrella. (Despite there being many on the beach unused).

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Hotel in Sardinia, and I wanted to share our experience. Firstly, the hotel's location is nothing short of stunning. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a junior suite to a regular suite, which made our stay even more comfortable. We noticed that the water drainage in both the sink and shower was not optimal, which might need some attention. Also, we found that the lights along the footpath to the hotel were often not turned on at night. This was a minor inconvenience, but improving it could enhance the safety and accessibility for guests. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and location, yet I was surprised that there wasn't much variety of the rightly famous and excellent local cheese on offer. We had a mixed experience overall. When we arrived, we were offered a “welcome drink,” but it was not complimentary, we had to pay for it. This felt a bit misleading and could be communicated more clearly. The room cleanliness could also be improved. There was noticeable hair on the bathroom floor, and the room had a damp, musty smell, which made it less comfortable. Some basic amenities were missing. There was no milk provided with the coffee, and it took three requests before it was delivered. At the beach, coffee was also served without milk, which seems like a simple detail that should be addressed. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay. On different days, essential items were missing, such as toilet paper or water, and toiletries like soap, cotton buds, and cotton pads were not replenished. After one service, the rubbish bin was also left full. These are small things individually, but together they affect the overall experience. The hotel’s own linen policy was also not followed. The information card states that linen is changed daily unless requested otherwise, but in our case it was not changed after several days and only done after we raised it at reception. Spacious clean room. Plentiful breakfast and nice evening meals. Staff very polite and happy to help with anything. A couple of lovely beaches within a 15 minute walk but a golf buggy shuttle was available also. Resort fairly empty as early in the season, only one restaurant open but it appeared like there would be more choice later in the year. Would definitely return.

Anreise 2 Tage nach Saisoneröffnung, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Unterkunft leider teilweise nicht ready und nicht 5 Sterne Niveau. Stromausfall, Wasserlecks im Bad, Kissen auf Balkon nicht bezogen, Kühlschrank nicht eingeschaltet, Balkon nicht gereinigt… Schade. das Personal war bemüht, die Punkte auszubessern.
