The room was clean. But the property did not look like the pictures advertised . Basically it is a roadside motel. We were staying for four nights. One of those nights our room was not cleaned nor fresh towels. We got back in at 9:30 PM and I called the desk for towels as they had not been provided. The person answered informed me that there was nobody that could help me and I’d have to wait till morning. I walked to the front desk to find that there was somebody there who reluctantly gave me towels. The next day we had to call to request a cleaning and the following day there was no coffee in the The Room. Not an awful place to stay, but certainly not worth almost $200 a night. Would’ve comfortably paid $89 a night for this dive.

Generally ok, but expensive for what it was. Convenient stay after a day on Block Island. Room had an odd smell. The Balcony door would not lock, but we found a stick to secure it. Lovely little restaurant with great food onsite.

The room was very clean and spacious. We were impressed with the modernization to include ports to charge our phones. The lighting was excellent. The building is old, and from the outside might fool you, but don't let it! We definitely would stay here again.

Great location for visiting Wickford with their restaurants and shops. Next to the hotel was Karie's kitchen a 5 star breakfast and lunch place. Definitely would book again.

We booked one apartment with a kitchen and three rooms with balconies on the second floor. At check-in, we were told that the second-floor balcony room had not been cleaned and were instructed to use a small room on the first floor instead. They said there was nothing they could do as they had no credit to pay. In the first-floor apartment with the kitchen, the stove did not work properly, causing significant problems when cooking. The bathroom door lock was broken, making it inconvenient for multiple people to use. In another room, there were fleas, and we were bitten in several places. I never want to stay here again.
