Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Sauberkeit ist total in Ordnung. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Obwohl wie es zu Erwarten war die Gegend nicht besonders ansprechend. Das Hotel liegt Zentral direkt am Bahnhof das war für uns das Kriterium dieses Hotel auszuwählen. Die Rezeption ist den ganzen Tag besetzt. Es gibt einen Zimmersafe und Fernseher. Das einzige was ich sehr schade finde ist das Frühstück ist ein ganz wenig zu dürftig. Kein Brot die Brötchen waren sehr hart. Alles in allem ein sehr unkompliziertes Hotel das man jedem empfehlen kann der es schlicht und einfach und sauber haben will. Der Preis ist ungeschlagen gut.

Un séjour de 4 nuits en couple pour des visites dans la famille et un peu de tourisme. Avec notre petit chien. Le rapport qualité / prix est intéressant. Prévoir 8€ par jour en plus pour l'animal. Parking public très peu cher (gratuit de 19h à 9h) à quelques centaines de mètres de l'hôtel. Parking possible dans la cour de l'hôtel également 8€ par jour. L'hôtel est très calme (retiré de l'avenue) et bien placé par rapport aux points d'intérêts de la ville. Seul bémol l'environnement (près de la gare routière). Quartier avec quelques immeubles abandonnés. Petit déjeuner continental à volonté inclus. Aucun regret d'avoir choisi cet hôtel. Je recommande.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile. Tutti gli ambienti sono molto puliti e curati.Colazione abbondante e la signora che porta caffè, cappuccini ecc.molto simpatica. Bene il parcheggio all'interno dell'hotel.

Avrei preferito essere informata prima che il parcheggio era a pagamento per il resto il personale era Gentile e servizievole la colazione abbondante e la struttura adeguata.

I chose this hotel because of it ideal locatiom, walķing distance from everything. I am glad i booked longtime i advance because i didn't know that there is the 25th film festival going on the day we stayed. We only stayed for one night. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was decent, enough to start the day. I was hoping to have a room far from the elevator since we are light sleepers but i guess since i got a room just in front of the elevator that they didn't have the choice. We can hear people talking on the ground floor through the stairs by the elevatot. The shower.might be a bit too small for some people. Overall with the parking infront of the hotel, it is one of the best deals in Udine.

Hotel essenziale, comodo al centro cittadino, dotato di piccolo park interno (utile, in quanto siamo in zona stazione). Colazione discreta: consiglierei di dotarsi di un espositore per le brioches che ne conservi il calore.

Checkin e checkout ottimo. Negativo per richieste di poter usufruire del parcheggio interno scoperto (costo superiore a quello pubblico esterno 8 euro al giorno contro i 6 esterno). Negativo per poter far accedere in camera un ospite per 5 minuti per ritiro documenti (richiesto 20 euro di supplemento). Colazione soddisfacente. Comodo ai servizi pubblici (stazione bus, stazione treni, centro storico). Bagno piccolo e senza bidet.

Struttura con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Stanza spaziosa e pulita, con tutto ciò che serve. Personale cordiale. Parcheggio a pagamento disponibile in struttura. Posizione comoda, a due passi dalla stazione e a 1 km dal centro. Tuttavia la zona non è delle migliori dal punto di vista della sicurezza.

Die Einrichtung des Hotelzimmers entspricht maximal der einer Jugendherberge, also keine 3 Sterne wert! Die Betten sind einfache Metallpritschen, die provisorisch in wackelnde Holzrahmen gestellt wurden, um ein Bett zu simulieren. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich und durchgelegen. Der Bettdeckenbezug ist ein Laken, das unter den Decken liegt, man kommt also gezwungenermaßen mit den Decken in Berührung. Sie waren zwar oberflächlich ohne Flecken, aber ob sie regelmäßig gewaschen werden, ist eher fraglich aufgrund ihrer Größe und Dicke. Bad war augenscheinlich sauber, allerdings mit Schimmelflecken in den Fugen. Die Ausstattung war auch eher altmodisch und abgenutzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mittelmäßig. Die ersten Brötchen waren kalt und trocken, später hatten wir das Glück, dass Frisch nachgelegt wurden. Die Auswahl war klein, gab z.B. auch keine Eier in irgendeiner Form. Besonders kritisch: der Käse liegt auf dem gleichen Teller wie die Wurst und berührt sich sogar - absolut nicht ok für Vegetarier und Veganer! Pluspunkt waren die süßen Snacks zur Auswahl und die Freundlichkeit der Rezeption. Allerdings finde ich 85€ für eine Übernachtung nicht angemessen. Da gibt es günstigere Hostels/Jugendherbergen ohne Sterne mit besserer Ausstattung.

Comodissimo per quanto riguarda la posizione, davanti la stazione e vicino alle fermate dei bus e alla biglietteria. A due passi anche dal centro. Il resto nella media. Per chi è allergico alla polvere potrebbe avere qualche problema.

Hotel senza grandi pretese ma comodissimo per chi vuole raggiungere il centro storico a piedi in 10 minuti!!! Camera molto calda e accogliente e sulla pulizia niente da eccepire.

Plutôt bien équipé, mis à part la douche un peu étroite. Agréable surprise : silencieux , malgré la proximité des gares ferroviaires et autocars. Acceuil tres bon (et en français) : la personne m'a donné des conseils pour visiter la ville.

We had a wonderful stay mostly because of the wonderful front desk staff. They were excellent in helping us to explore the area.

Staff at desk are great. Very helpful and accommodating.

Albergo comodo vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. All arrivo ci hanno informati di un problema tecnico e ci hanno proposto di alloggiare presso un albergo della stessa catena senza ulteriori spese. Al ricevimento sono stati tutti gentili in particolare la Signora Catia che ha organizzato tutto senza in modo impeccabile.

A empresa de trem austríaca cancelou a viagem e não explicou como seria a substituição por ônibus. Graças à recepcionista Carla, que obteve informações adequadas, nossa viagem logrou êxito. O café da manhã é muito bom. A única avaliação negativa foi o tamanho do box do banheiro.

Comodissimo per quanto riguarda la posizione, davanti la stazione e vicino alle fermate dei bus e alla biglietteria. A due passi anche dal centro. Il resto nella media. Per chi è allergico alla polvere potrebbe avere qualche problema.

Mi sono trovata bene: un plauso al personale cortese e disponibile. L'hotel è molto comodo per chi arriva con il treno in quanto posizionato a pochi passi dalla stazione. L'aspetto negativo è rappresentato dall'area circostante che non è delle migliori soprattutto se ti muovi di sera. Ottima la presenza del personale H 24 che ti garantisce un senso di sicurezza che non guasta.
