Loved the amenities tennis court , mini golf , play areas for kids around the property, the pool was warm , with a warm flow of water. A play room and an amazing lake to fish off . Close enough to Ulladulla for any groceries needed. Loved our stay the wild life , feeding the birds area. Come and experience for yourself you won’t be disappointed!

Well layed out cabin with spacious lounge and rooms. Great Hot shower. Plenty of cooking utensils and for those staying a few days or more, plenty of spare cupboard space. Washing machine and powder provided in bathroom as well as washing basket and pegs. Lovely back verandah overlooking Lake Burril and for those with children, a gate on verandah so can't wander off down back stairs. Playground, tennis court and fishing jetties provided. A beautiful landscape with plenty of shady trees. Will definitely stay here again.

Positive: Cabin was spacious, good water pressurre. Beds and pillows were comfy. Had adequate kitchen equipment. The lake view was really lovely. Negative: - Almost no wifi in our cabin, and we actually weren't that far from the reception building. For 3 days i was only able to connect once but signal was very weak. - After reception closed, we couldn't rent boats/kayaks, minigolf and even games room equipment. So really the only thing u could do in the afternoon/evening was swim or jump on the trampoline unless u brought your own bikes, tennis racquets or ping pong equipment. It seemed like such a waste considering the sun didnt set until 8pm. - No aircon fan in the 2nd bedroom. You have to blast up the ac in the living room so the cold would reach the 2nd room.

Overall the property was good, the kitchen and balcony were not very clean. The cooker hood, top and oven were covered in grease. The chairs on the balcony were greasy and the table was dirty and lost of cobwebs.. After staying at Narooma Discovery parks 2 weeks before we were a bit disappointed.

To begin with if you are given a code to entry property at least have the boom gate down. This made me feel as though any one could enter. Cabin was old and dated. Strange configuration of cabin. No privacy for any couple as the only queen size bed was in the living area and double bunks and single bed in separate room. One two seater couch for a family of five to sit on. Bath room was old and could have had a few maintenance jobs done. Security door didn’t lock and no safety chain on door.

Really liked our cabin and will try to book it for next year. Only disappointment was the very patchy WiFi, sometimes only on for a few minutes, sometimes not at all, not a big problem as we were on holidays. Will definitely be back.

The pricing was affordable which was great, the cabin was spacious and for someone needing a simple place to stay with low funds, it was perfect. The cabin was clean, with fresh towels and bedding and even as an adult the facilities of putt putt, jumping pillow, tennis and ping pong was enjoyable. The only cons I would have would be the wifi not working(after check in we were advised some cabins had bad reception, however this was not stated on the website when I booked.) and the kitchen stove fan could not be used in our cabin, this was okay as we did not cook much. Overall we were happy with our stay and will be back :)!

We love coming back to Burrill Lake. The park staff are always friendly and helpful. The only issue this time was the shower head, it constantly leaked water all night long. But other than the conditioner tub being empty. We will continue coming back. We love the whole park.

The cabin was wonderful. Beds were comfy and it had all you need. Very spacious and peaceful. The older lady with the brown shoulder length hair in the reception was such a stale mole. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I think she may be frustrated and taking it out on other people. She should look at retiring if she can’t be polite.

We loved staying in your little cabins. It was very clean, comfortable . The kitchen was perfect. Loved the walk down to the lake. Oh and lovely bathroom , hot water , bedding ng etc Will definitely come again when we get a break. Thankyou so much . Vivian

Upon arriving we found we were " upgraded " to a bigger cabin with a lovely view and an extra bedroom but it had bunk beds. And as we are mum and adult son we couldn't use bunk beds. So back to reception and was told we had to wait an hour to get into our originally booked room with 2 normal beds. Staff were rude and seemed very put out that we didn't want to sleep in bunk beds. They complained to us they couldnt get the staff to clean the rooms. Thats not our problem. We drove away to wait 1 hour for our room to be made up. 10 mins later we get a call its ready. The original room must have already been prepared. Dont know why they lied about room not being ready when it clearly was. No apology or smiles or have a nice stay. We always stayed here but not again.

So back to reception and was told we had to wait an hour to get into our originally booked room with 2 normal beds. Staff were rude and seemed very put out that we didn't want to sleep in bunk beds. They complained to us they couldnt get the staff to clean the rooms. Thats not our problem. We drove away to wait 1 hour for our room to be made up. 10 mins later we get a call its ready. The original room must have already been prepared. Dont know why they lied about room not being ready when it clearly was. No apology or smiles or have a nice stay. We always stayed here but not again.

Staff very friendly, Family friendly accommodation great for families. Cabins very clean and nice, beds comfortable. Great location close to everything. Definitely be back.
