Motel 6 Victorville

Good trip! Check in was easy the girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I needed a downstairs room or I could park close and she was awesome. The room was clean and so what are the grounds outside. The parking lot is very well lit

The balcony has torn down caution tape on it and held up by plywood very VERY unsafe to walk on!!!!!. There were prostitutes and pimps all over the property all night I felt unsafe in my room with my child. The room was unbelievable dirty and didn’t even have a a fitted sheet on our beds. Very disappointed in our stay!!!

I was given a smokers room so I asked the clerk to switch out. She said.no because I booked through hotels.com/expedia nothing could be done. I would have to book through motel 6 nest time. So we got to the room and it was horrible! Reeled of years of smoke,hole in bathroom door. The final insult was the bed. The springs were poking through the mattress. It was like a bed of nails. ! So we kinda lost it and were preparing to leave The phone rang and it was the front desk She now offered to change our room. ( had written a bad review to their website. $ The new room was 10 x better than the original. I am super pleased they fixed it for us. Here is the deal for us as customers however. When you book through H.Com. You get NO choice of rooms or refund. So what ever you do don’t book the ‘last one’ I also did not see on the website that it was a smoking room. I get migraines. Can not do it I had thought smoking in hotel rooms was done away with. Readers digest version is gravely disappointed in my first room resolved issue and good 2nd room No frills no extras but ok for a night in newer section.

Clean facility, great shower water pressure. Room was clean and decent for the price.The front desk was attentive to our request for extra items. A few of the neighbors got a bit loud at 0230, but it wasnt a surprise. The only issue we had was the outlet plugs were worn out, and wouldnt hold a plug. Told management as I was checking out and they said they would fix it.

Needed a last minute stop for the night on a long drive. Reserved a non smoking room since my fiancé and I don’t smoke and I have asthma. When we got there, the room had been switched to a smoking one. At first our keycard didn’t work and we had to go back for a new one. There were roaches on the curtains, floor, and walls as soon as we got inside. There were holes in the window curtains, dirty stained bedding, dusty floors, and the room smelled horrendous.

I woke up with some bites on my legs. They were bedbug bites!!!

Look i found neddles and drugs in my room it wasnt clean and the towels had what looked like blood stains in them. Asked for new towels and the guy at the front desk cursed me out for asking.

The hotel staff were great! Only concern was that the walls and flooring needed some deep cleaning. You can see the grime on the walls.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean, the bed fairly comfortable & the microwave worked well.

Theres cockroaches, room was full of flies,room have holes in wall, paints old and dirty, there was dirt and dead bugs all over the floor, and the room key only worked half the time because if the door knob not working properly. The mattress was the worst thing kve ever sat on. There was meatl springs popping out. Ended up paying for a room to just shower in afterbring evacuated from the line fire. Slept in my car due to how dirty the room was

The price was good but CC the walls in the restroom & vanity area were filthy

I checked in on May 1st, the sink was slow draining and could not get hot water in the sink, the TV was not working correctly thought it might be me, but was not had to be reprogramed, and could not connect to wifi. On the 2nd, the sink was still slow draining, I bought a salad from the restaurant next door could not eat it all the refrigerator did not work, had to throw the salad away and again could not connect to the wifi, asked for a totoal refund but they still charged me for May 1st and part of May 2nd, I had reserved 3 days, and was given credit for the 3rd day. I had checked in because I was having water problems in my house, but the only thing I really got out of my stay was a shower on both days.

It was ok but the mattress was to hard

The room was excellent and very clean. I definitely loved the fact that the air conditioner and heater were quieter than church mice, as I needed the tranquility. TV could be easier to turn on, but it worked fine.

It was pretty quiet outside for the most part. However, I could hear the guy above me walking around in the middle of the night around 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. every time he would get up. That being said, the ceilings are very thin so something to keep in mind but the walls were pretty thick

The thing I liked about it was that it was affordable and for the price it was pretty good. I would think the only downside is I had to constantly ask for toilet paper and I could hear the guy above me walking in the middle of the night because the ceilings are so thin but the walls were pretty thick so I couldn't hear my neighbor beside me.

For the most part, everything was great. If I have one complaint, it would be how low the toilet is. Definitely uncomfortable.

Superfriendly receptionist set the tone for an easy getaway. Just remember to bring your own travel-size shampoo conditioner as Motel6 will just give you a cute bar of soap. I prefer the good pricing over paying more to get some mediocre tiny plastic bottles of those. The price was right. The heating worked. We got a good night sleep.

Hi, I didn't have any issues with motel 6 until today, I have been staying there for 2-3 months now. Yesterday I payed for a room online through motel 6 but I was told that motel 6 online you can only make reservations not payments through the app. So i received a phone call from my room from the manager evon at the front desk and she let me know can i redo my payment because motel 6 didn't take my payment online. So over the phone she took my card info and let me know my purchase for the room was confirmed and payed for. Today I go in the office and she let me know that my payment wasn't authorized from yesterday the room payment. She told me that she made a mistake and it was so busy that she thought she confirm the payment and she didn't. All day yesterday I'm thinking it was payed for because she confirmed my payment went through. Evon made me and my family leave also proceeded to take my payment for today's reservation and use it for yesterday because she made a mistake as a manger. I feel as a manger of the private property it was very unprofessional she made a mistake on her part and wants me to pay for it instead of keeping me happy as a customer and make me pay half of the room or take a lost like she said she was. I don't feel comfortable with the way she handle things with my family and making us leave. Their is a history of payments besides 3-4th because she made a mistake

The room was very clean and well thought out. Service at the desk was excellent and directly addressed several special requests (a ground floor room, an extra blanket) with a smile.

Amazing customer swrvice

The staff is wonderful! My room was clean and had no odors. It wasn't fancy, but I only wanted clean and safe and I got that. I had a problem getting the TV set up and someone came and got it working within 5 minutes. Very nice people working there!

It took long to get checked in had to wait for lady to get done with her break. The bed was bad & the toilet & shower are not good too.

Very rude neighbors. Also saw another customer staying in the room next to me trying to see if my doors were unlocked to my uhaul

This place is not my first choice but you get what you pay for. The beds were absolutely awful! My back hurt so much after. There were lots of homeless tweekers in front of the property. Inside property lines though wasn’t bad. I don’t want to badmouth too much but I learned my lesson about saving money and when to not lower my standards…I chose this location because there’s not many other options near Apple valley to cut the drive, but next time I’ll get something further out that’s nicer. The staff was super nice though so that’s a silver lining!

It was cool great that the gas stations right there and have a very good restaurant right there very good

I really only appreciated the restaurant next-door. I had to change rooms because of the problems.
