Phenomenal location. Excellent hospitality. Great water preaaure. Comfortable bed. It was a wonderful two nights before I started the Camino. The breakfast was absolutely delicious both mornings. I don't know the desk clerks name that had to deal with an unreasonable guest but watching her keep her calme was a feat of remarkable restraint. She deserves a reward of some kind.

My room was next to the loud elevator, which made sleep a bit elusive. I had a huge suite, which was nice. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly —there’s nothing quite as gross as some other traveler’s hair on the floor. The staff seemed helpful but a but overwhelmed by a full hotel.
