Todo excelente, la ubicación, habitación , la cama es cómoda lo mismo las almohadas, nadamas consideren que no les toque la habitación con vista ala plaza ya que se escuchan los autos al pasar los topes

Muy cómodo el lugar. Excelente ubicación. Él estacionamiento es su punto débil, es pequeño, bajo y no tiene área de carga de vehículos eléctricos

The hotel is located right across from the "Isla Mall", which is okay. It is close to the Periferico of Merida which makes it convenient to get to various places. As far as our room was concerned, The carpet in our room was nor clean/vacuumed upon arrival. They have very strict policies regarding early checkins. We arrived a couple of hours early as we drove from Tulum. We were tired and wanting to rest. However the front desk person was very unaccommodating. I found this interesting as an early arrival isn't unusual and at times a fee may be charged, which is ok. I can understand a hotel being completely booked and with a high turn-over, however this was not the case. I was disappointed with IHG and they promptly reminded me why I prefer to stay at Hilton properties. We did have several power outages which also led to loss of water. NOISE--- the hotel being Infront of the mall, where there are several rumble strips on the road, made our stay uncomfortable as well. There is nothing one can do but tolerate the incessant rumble noise that goes on 24/7. 2 to 3 rumbles at a time every time a car passed in front of the hotel. The parking is under the hotel and it is dark and feels unsafe. I do not recommend this property if rest peace and quiet is what you are looking for.
