少し古さはあるものの、清潔で、電子レンジやコーヒーメーカー、食器なども揃っていて不便はなかったです。ロケーションは、車が入れない路地にあるのとエレベーターはないので、大きな荷物を持って行き来するのは少し大変かもしれません。フロントは少し歩いたホテルの中にあるのが少し分かりにくいので注意が必要です。セビージャ大聖堂などにも近く、全体的には満足していますが、滞在期間中一度入ることになっていたクリーニングサービスが、予定通りの日に行われなかったこともあり、総合満足度は「４」とさせていただきます。

Nous avons été très déçus par le service et par l’endroit. Nous occupions l’appartement du rez-de-chaussée, situé à côté de la réception. Dès notre arrivée, il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité, et après une trentaine de minutes à l’intérieur, nous avons commencé à tousser à cause d’un problème évident de qualité de l’air. La chambre était très poussiéreuse et sale. Nous avons immédiatement signalé la situation. José est venu « purifier l’air » avec une machine spéciale pendant que nous étions sortis souper, et il nous a garanti que la chambre serait nettoyée dès le lendemain matin. Cependant, à notre retour en soirée, la qualité de l’air était toujours aussi mauvaise. Nous avons donc demandé à José de nous rembourser ou de nous relocaliser dans un autre hébergement convenable. Il nous a répondu que cela était impossible. Nous avons alors demandé à parler à son superviseur, qui s’est présenté et a affirmé que c’était le « sent-bon » de la chambre qui nous faisait tousser. Nous lui avons expliqué que ce n’était pas le cas. Il nous a dit qu’il reviendrait dans 15 à 20 minutes pour voir à la possibilité d'un remboursement, mais il était déjà 23 h et plus d'une heure après, nous n’avons plus eu de nouvelles de lui. Le lendemain nous avions plusieurs activités de réservés et à notre arrivé, aucun ménage n’avait été fait dans l’appartement, malgré la promesse que la situation serait réglée. En raison de la piètre qualité de l’air, de la saleté (voir reste de notre avis sur google)

When I reported the issue, the staff said they had “requested a technician,” but their tone suggested no one would actually come to fix it. Sehr gute Lage,( zentral , mitten in der Altstatt) . sauber und die Wohnung hatte alles nötige . Man fühlte sich wohl. War sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in obersten Stockwerk war. Das Zmorgen gleich um die Ecke in einem Hotel haben wir nicht beansprucht.

Stayed on Oct 21, 2022. My husband accidentally booked this place not realizing that this was actually the same place that was posted with different pics which got bad reviews. So I called Expedia asking to cancel but the hotel refused our request despite we sent our request immediately (less than one hour after we booked) with the reason being it was a non-refundable booking. We had no choice but to stay there.The check-in process was not easy. We had to wait for someone to come and opened the door, the check-in 'desk' was in the open area and smelled very strong like sewer. The room was by the alley where people were passing and we could hear them talked loudly because it wasn't soundproof. The floor was dirty and we could smell the strong sewer-like smell like outside; the toilet was not attached to the floor so it moved when I used it and AC didn't work. We addressed the issues and they tried to fix it right away by securing the toilet to the floor, giving us a spray for the sewer smell and a fan for the non-working AC. It didn't help. I got headache from the smell and couldn't sleep. They moved us to a room in another building on the second floor with narrow and dark stairs. The room dirty and dusty. Bathroom floor was very dusty. The bed and pillow were dirty and not comfortable. We couldn't sleep the whole night so we decided to leave early in the morning to the airport few hours before our flight time.This condition was also described in the reviews by past guests.

Was een fijne accommodatie in het oude centrum van Santa Cruz. Appartement was schoon en groot. Wij hadden een kamer op de beneden verdieping aan de straatkant. Er komen ‘s avonds en in de ochtend mensen langs je raam en kan wat gehorig zijn. Voor ons niet zo’n probleem. Met een verblijf van 5 dagen zou het fijn zijn om een extra handdoek pakket erbij te hebben. Alles op loopafstand, 2 min naar kathedraal en de eetgelegenheden . Al met al een super. Zou er bij een volgende bezoek zeker terug gaan

Property is in a beautiful, lively location. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper - we stayed in the apartment with windows that open to the alley entrance. It was so loud each time someone entered the shared common area, there is no sound proofing and the door slams at all hours of the night and morning. Walls are paper thin, we could clearly hear our neighbors next door singing until 2am. The smell of the apartment and common area is almost unbearable, we are thankful we only had to stay one night - it’s smells strongly of mold/mildew or sewage. We had check out at 11am and needed to store our bags until we left at 12pm - they charged us $20 for one hour of storage. Overall, would NOT book this stay again when visiting Seville.

Appart hôtel à priori sympathique. Au fil du séjour on découvre un sèche cheveux inutilisable et grossièrement rafistolé, l'absence de brosse ds les wc et une insonorisation totalement inexistante ( ronflements de l'occupant d'à côté nettement perceptibles). Donc l'impression globale reste très mitigée

El hotel tiene mucho ruido del exterior y del interior, las habitaciones dan a un patio interior que cada vez que sube o baja las escaleras alguien te despierta siempre. No se puede descansar. Además de todo esto si quieres dejar tu maleta o mochila un rato después de hacer el check out o salida te cobran 20 euros por maleta. Lo nunca visto. Nada recomendable.

El hotel tiene mucho ruido del exterior y del interior, las habitaciones dan a un patio interior que cada vez que sube o baja las escaleras alguien te despierta siempre. No se puede descansar. The apartment is a sound machine. From the noise from the street below, the neighbors across the street to the other occupants of the other apartments very echoy and the doors make alot of noise. Was there 5 nights had 1 good night sleep. The location is awesome. No where to sit comfortably but the bed as the chairs were very uncomfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen table and chairs need a lot of refresh. The employees were awesome.

Bed sheets were ultra thin and made the bed uncomfortable. Pillows were the thinnest I have ever had the misfortune to use. Every night at 3AM, the garbage truck is in the street collecting, with hydraulic motors grinding, and loud banging. One night, at 5AM, two empty laundry carts were wheeled down the cobble-stone street. Of course our windows are open; it was 30deg C during the day. Our front desk person, Carlos, during check-in, said if we ever need anything, to come ask and they would help. Our two free Nespresso coffee pucks were not replaced after our first morning. We went to ask Carlos for replacements. Carlos could not find any replacements that would fit our Nespresso machine in our room. He said come down the next morning to the hotel's cafe for coffee. OK. The next morning, we show for coffee. The lady at the front desk says Carlos is mistaken. The coffee is provided with the paid buffet. I said, "OK, so you have coffee available in the cafe, no?" She repeats strongly that the coffee comes with the full buffet and denies us to go get a coffee. Not a nice person or stay at Santa Cruz

Checkin is at another location around the corner. We checked in, then she walked us around where the apartments are located. We were on the 2nd floor. Room was clean with plenty of room for the 2 of us. Problems: The bed was very hard. It’s ok if you like hard beds. Noise was HORRIBLE all night. The walls are extremely thin, and you hear every conversation in other rooms. We heard loud snoring right behind us. Everyone coming in and out for the night was loud in the middle foyer. You hear everything. For some reason, the people above us were stomping around and banging things ALL NIGHT. We did not get any sleep whatsoever. The breakfast was not good, and very pricey for what you get. That seems to be the norm for Spain hotels. We went somewhere else after the first morning, much cheaper and better food. The wait staff seemed more worried about collecting everyone’s money than putting out more food. NOW, Sevilla was SUPERB. We loved Sevilla. Great place to visit.

El hotel tiene mucho ruido del exterior y del interior, las habitaciones dan a un patio interior que cada vez que sube o baja las escaleras alguien te despierta siempre. No se puede descansar. Además de todo esto si quieres dejar tu maleta o mochila un rato después de hacer el check out o salida te cobran 20 euros por maleta. Lo nunca visto. Nada recomendable.

The apartment is a sound machine. From the noise from the street below, the neighbors across the street to the other occupants of the other apartments very echoy and the doors make alot of noise. Was there 5 nights had 1 good night sleep. The location is awesome. No where to sit comfortably but the bed as the chairs were very uncomfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen table and chairs need a lot of refresh. The employees were awesome.

The apartment is comfortable. There was slippage in communication. WhatsApps that I sent were not answered. No one from the Hotel Halo, who administers the apartments, informed us of this fact. So we could not find the breakfast in "the lobby" because we were not told that "the lobby" was in a different building on a different street.

Stunning property. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Allowed a worried free experience in Sevilla. Local dining, attractions, you name it was accesible and led to a “whirlwind” of experiences for us! Sevilla was quite a blur!

Broken Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi did not work at all during my two-day stay. When I reported the issue, the staff said they had “requested a technician,” but their tone suggested no one would actually come to fix it. Place was well located, but hard to check in. Despite what the email communication said to do, we had to read a note left on the door to the place to know to check in at the hotel around the corner. They showed us inside and to our room. The bathroom had some ceiling repairs that were terribly done esthetically, but worked well enough. Lighting was low and limited. Beds didn’t have enough pillows to sit up with, which was necessary because there was limited comfortable seating in the place. They need to fix the kitchen kick plates at the bottoms of the cabinets as they are painted cardboard and there were coffee pods, but no coffee maker that took them.

Property is in a beautiful, lively location. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper - we stayed in the apartment with windows that open to the alley entrance. It was so loud each time someone entered the shared common area, there is no sound proofing and the door slams at all hours of the night and morning. Walls are paper thin, we could clearly hear our neighbors next door singing until 2am. The smell of the apartment and common area is almost unbearable, we are thankful we only had to stay one night - it’s smells strongly of mold/mildew or sewage. We had check out at 11am and needed to store our bags until we left at 12pm - they charged us $20 for one hour of storage. Overall, would NOT book this stay again when visiting Seville.

Property was in a very convenient location - a few minutes walk to Cathedral and main sights. Property was easy to find & clean. Only basic utensils provided - no chopping board, dustpan or wine glasses. Some noise early evening from restaurant nearby but closing the shutters kept that out. For nearest supermarkets, search for Carrefour Express.

Bed sheets were ultra thin and made the bed uncomfortable. Pillows were the thinnest I have ever had the misfortune to use. Every night at 3AM, the garbage truck is in the street collecting, with hydraulic motors grinding, and loud banging. One night, at 5AM, two empty laundry carts were wheeled down the cobble-stone street. Of course our windows are open; it was 30deg C during the day. Our front desk person, Carlos, during check-in, said if we ever need anything, to come ask and they would help. Our two free Nespresso coffee pucks were not replaced after our first morning. We went to ask Carlos for replacements. Carlos could not find any replacements that would fit our Nespresso machine in our room. He said come down the next morning to the hotel's cafe for coffee. OK. The next morning, we show for coffee. The lady at the front desk says Carlos is mistaken. The coffee is provided with the paid buffet. I said, "OK, so you have coffee available in the cafe, no?" She repeats strongly that the coffee comes with the full buffet and denies us to go get a coffee. Not a nice person or stay at Santa Cruz

Primero lo bueno: Excelente ubicación justo en el casco antigüo y a pasos de muchas atracciones, restaurantes y compras. El apartamento esta equipado con lo necesario para hacer desayunos. Lo malo: Es un edificio de 3 pisos, viejo y de madera, tuvimos la mala suerte de quedarnos en el primer piso y no pudimos dormir, se escuchan los pasos, portazos y cada cosa que sucede en los pisos de arriba. Además esta en un callejón muy concurrido y se escucha la gente pasar día y noche. El internet de la propiedad dejó de funcionar y no tuvimos por el resto de la estadía.

Sehr gute Lage,( zentral , mitten in der Altstatt) . sauber und die Wohnung hatte alles nötige . Man fühlte sich wohl. War sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in obersten Stockwerk war. Das Zmorgen gleich um die Ecke in einem Hotel haben wir nicht beansprucht.

Was een fijne accommodatie in het oude centrum van Santa Cruz. Appartement was schoon en groot. Wij hadden een kamer op de beneden verdieping aan de straatkant. Er komen ‘s avonds en in de ochtend mensen langs je raam en kan wat gehorig zijn. Voor ons niet zo’n probleem. Met een verblijf van 5 dagen zou het fijn zijn om een extra handdoek pakket erbij te hebben. Alles op loopafstand, 2 min naar kathedraal en de eetgelegenheden . Al met al een super. Zou er bij een volgende bezoek zeker terug gaan

Checkin is at another location around the corner. We checked in, then she walked us around where the apartments are located. We were on the 2nd floor. Room was clean with plenty of room for the 2 of us. Problems: The bed was very hard. It’s ok if you like hard beds. Noise was HORRIBLE all night. The walls are extremely thin, and you hear every conversation in other rooms. We heard loud snoring right behind us. Everyone coming in and out for the night was loud in the middle foyer. You hear everything. For some reason, the people above us were stomping around and banging things ALL NIGHT. We did not get any sleep whatsoever. The breakfast was not good, and very pricey for what you get. That seems to be the norm for Spain hotels. We went somewhere else after the first morning, much cheaper and better food. The wait staff seemed more worried about collecting everyone’s money than putting out more food. NOW, Sevilla was SUPERB. We loved Sevilla. Great place to visit.

Posizione centralissima e vicina a tutte le attrazioni turistiche. Appartamento molto carino e letto comodo. Non essendo all'interno dell'albergo si può scegliere se farlo pulire giornalmente oppure no. Ovviamente la pulizia ha un costo a parte. Colazione abbondante e completa che abbiamo incluso durante la prenotazione. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato!!!!

The apartment was very cute, Joaquin Rodon, the staff at the reception during the time of our check-in was super lovely and friendly! He even welcomed us with some champagne and gave me a travel adapter to use during the duration of my stay. He made our stay very comfortable and helped us out a lot! The room was clean however, there was a dead cockroach in the wardrobe but we didn't use the wardrobe so not much of an issue for us! Otherwise, really lovely stay! The breakfast could have been better as the food wasn't that tasty, and I personally don't think its worth 15 euros per person.

Would NOT go back. Check in is at 3pm. We mentioned that we would arrive around 2:30pm and asked if there was any way to get an early 30 minute check in. They said yes, but it would cost 25 euros. We said no worries and decided to wait until 3pm. We ended up arriving around 3:30pm anyway because of traffic. Once we arrived, they still were not finished cleaning our room when check in was for 3pm. When we finally got into the apartment, there was a dead bug on the bed sheets, despite the cleaner having literally walked out of the room as we walked in. There were bugs all over the floors, in the corners of the rooms, in the bathroom, pretty much everywhere. Every few feet, you could find another bug. The bathroom fan hums all night and does not shut off. There is rust in the shower, the bathroom sink is clogged, the floors throughout the apartment are in terrible condition, and the room smells moldy. Photos attached. We messaged the hotel manager about the issues, and to their credit, they did move us to a new room. It was better, but the bathroom ceiling in that room was leaking, so we had to put a bowl underneath the leak. They felt bad about the situation and “upgraded” us to their suite. Yes, they moved us to a third room. Only to find out that the shower sprays uncontrollably from the shower head onto the walls and ceiling. And the AC stank of mold and humidity. The ONLY positive thing about this hotel is the location & they did try to accommodate.

We were pleased with the apartment. It was clean, nicely furnished, and was very comfortable. However, check in is not manned and there is no access whatsoever to the property before 3pm and despite saying they are contactable 24 hours a day that is difficult to achieve when the phone number is on a desk several yards away inside a locked room. We arrived early hoping to be able to leave our luggage and come back for a 3pm check in. After several rings on the bell and a long wait someone came to tell us to go into the next street to the Hotel Halo. We did this and the Halo made it very clear that they were not connected to the Santa Cruz apartments and were pretty fed up with dealing with them. We were then directed to a shop in another street where we could store our luggage for 6 euros a bag. There were 4 of us so the bill was quite hefty. As check out was at 11am we needed to repeat this the following day otherwise it meant us carrying our luggage around with us all day or leaving Seville early. None of this is made clear on making the reservation. It is overly complicated and inconvenient. I have never yet stayed in a hotel where the doors aren’t opened until 3pm exactly nor where luggage cannot be stored for a few hours. For this reason alone we would not stay here again. Reception, when it did open, was efficient and friendly, accommodation was good, location is perfect, but the confusion of check in marred the experience.

We were pleased with the apartment. It was clean, nicely furnished, and was very comfortable. However, check in is not manned and there is no access whatsoever to the property before 3pm and despite saying they are contactable 24 hours a day that is difficult to achieve when the phone number is on a desk several yards away inside a locked room. We arrived early hoping to be able to leave our luggage and come back for a 3pm check in. After several rings on the bell and a long wait someone came to tell us to go into the next street to the Hotel Halo. We did this and the Halo made it very clear that they were not connected to the Santa Cruz apartments and were pretty fed up with dealing with them. We were then directed to a shop in another street where we could store our luggage for 6 euros a bag. There were 4 of us so the bill was quite hefty. As check out was at 11am we needed to repeat this the following day otherwise it meant us carrying our luggage around with us all day or leaving Seville early. None of this is made clear on making the reservation. It is overly complicated and inconvenient. I have never yet stayed in a hotel where the doors aren’t opened until 3pm exactly nor where luggage cannot be stored for a few hours. For this reason alone we would not stay here again. Tengan en cuenta que no posee recepción ni cafetería como ofrecen en el anuncio fotos de desayuno. La ubicación es buena, pero necesita urgentemente una remodelación, la cama estaba hundida, la cafetera rota, la señal de la TV no funciona, el edificio de enfrente están construyendo por lo que el ruido de martillos en la mañana es fatal, la limpieza podría mejorar. Pienso que hay muchas mejores opciones en el centro de Sevilla!
