Impressive hotel not too far from the city centre. Room quality was good but let down by water leaks in the ensuite. Excellent sleep quality. Good shower. Two high quality restaurants, a good bar and a great rooftop pool with excellent views over the city - let down by the smell of the resident pigeons on the roof. Best spa treatments we have received in India (north or south), the Chinese restaurant was very good, and service, rooms were all great. Very good value for a luxury hotel stay. If you have been traveling other parts of India and a bit tired, do yourself a favor and splurge on this.

The biggest highlight of this property is how well they planned our tour for the day. The front desk staff is extremely efficient and kind. Overall good stay. Gym is the only negative note. They should improve it.

It’s breaking apart! Badly needs repairs/ overhaul. Tired linens. Sinking mattresses. Flat pillows . Broken lights bathroom mirror and electrical panels. Food so so. The coffee shop in lobby has no one. Even if someone shows up.. they cannot brew an espresso. Nothing great about location !! Right next to a new flyover.. with obvious traffic noise. Excellent people work there though. They try and make up by being prompt but unfortunately the management and the owners do not back up their efforts by doing their part to keep the property amenities up to the mark.

We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn, a modern hotel with confortable bedrooms, nice breakfast buffett and within a 15 min ride to the main sites of Jaipur (the forts are +/-30 min away) the hotel feautes some nice restaurans , the Chinese restaurant was specially nice... still next door there are some dinning options sucha s McDonalds and curry houses.

Hosting street food cooking in the hotel's open veranda was not ideal, as the cooking smells spread throughout the premises, which has a hostel-like infrastructure. All the rooms had a terrible smoke/mold smell. The only plus about this hotel is that the location is central. Do yourself a favour and book a nicer hotel while in Jaipur, there are many better ones just pay the extra money for the experience. We were disappointed with our stay.

I been coming to these hotel from few years some time two times a year I all was book these hotel these time was the worst I will never come back again here. They washroom was not clean no shower gel we called they them some one came after 15 min they sink was dirty. Worst experience ever very bad customer service when I was checking out thy ask as how was we told them no sorry or anything’s I give zero credit to them

The Air Conditioner in the room was not working. I complained once and the technician came, had a look at the regulator and said it’s fine but then I stopped him as I had allready looked at it. He then worked on the regulator for another 2-3 mins and said it will work now. The AC worked fine for 20 mins I believe and then it was back to normal. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received.

Not worry a 5* hotel - we stayed 2 nights. Room smells badly and wasnt refreshed by 3:30pm on day 2 until we requested HK. We asked 2 glasses of champagne and received 2 different size. Same were placed by staff in corridor with ice bucket and we noticed they were not removed until our departure. Buffet at breakfast served same meals for 2 consecutive days. Very disappointed

Staff was not well trained, service was 3rd class. Room key did not work when we checked in and it took 45 mins for them to figure out the issue at 11pm at night. Phone did not work and had to use cellphone to call general Google hotline to reach receptionist and in room dining. Phone kept ringing with previous alarms all thru the night.

Impressive hotel not too far from the city centre. Room quality was good but let down by water leaks in the ensuite. Excellent sleep quality. Good shower. Two high quality restaurants, a good bar and a great rooftop pool with excellent views over the city - let down by the smell of the resident pigeons on the roof. All the rooms had a terrible smoke/mold smell. The only plus about this hotel is that the location is central. Do yourself a favour and book a nicer hotel while in Jaipur, there are many better ones just pay the extra money for the experience. We were disappointed with our stay.

It’s breaking apart! Badly needs repairs/ overhaul. Tired linens. Sinking mattresses. Flat pillows . Broken lights bathroom mirror and electrical panels. Food so so. The coffee shop in lobby has no one. Even if someone shows up.. they cannot brew an espresso. Nothing great about location !! Right next to a new flyover.. with obvious traffic noise. Excellent people work there though. They try and make up by being prompt but unfortunately the management and the owners do not back up their efforts by doing their part to keep the property amenities up to the mark.

We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn, a modern hotel with confortable bedrooms, nice breakfast buffett and within a 15 min ride to the main sites of Jaipur (the forts are +/-30 min away) the hotel feautes some nice restaurans , the Chinese restaurant was specially nice... still next door there are some dinning options sucha s McDonalds and curry houses.

We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn, a modern hotel with confortable bedrooms, nice breakfast buffett and within a 15 min ride to the main sites of Jaipur (the forts are +/-30 min away) the hotel feautes some nice restaurans , the Chinese restaurant was specially nice... still next door there are some dinning options sucha s McDonalds and curry houses.

After traveling through India and visiting many cities, I was thoroughly impressed with the dining and quality of the rooms. In every way I felt I was staying at a 5 star hotel. It was truly grand! I would recommend staying here for your stay in Jaipur.

The hotel is OK but not what I would expect of a Holiday Inn (and especially for the price compared to other hotels). The hotel is around a not so good-looking neighborhood and we had a "view" from our room to where people slept on the street. We tried different restaurants at the hotel, which were expensive, and food was not good at all. There was a plate I couldn\'t even eat once, and another time went for a more "generic" order of a burger which was super badly cooked. I can have burgers medium well even do its not as "safe", but this burger was completely rare on the inside as if they did not know how to cook it. Again, expensive, I should have gone to the McDonalds next door, but again I was trying to avoid going out after dark given the area. The only thing was the breakfast, which was good. I wouldn\'t rate it as excellent but it had decent food and we could enjoy a peaceful breakfast. In general, hotel is OK but there are other properties that might be better for the same price tag. Bit dissapointed from a big brand like this,

Not worry a 5* hotel - we stayed 2 nights. Room smells badly and wasnt refreshed by 3:30pm on day 2 until we requested HK. We asked 2 glasses of champagne and received 2 different size. Same were placed by staff in corridor with ice bucket and we noticed they were not removed until our departure. Buffet at breakfast served same meals for 2 consecutive days. Very disappointed

My first negative review - which i know will go unnoticed by the hotel as they are now sadly just running as a ‘guest house’ and event management space with a team that turns a blind eye to just about everything. Choose the Hilton close by - much much better. Don’t know how IHG hasn’t taken note of the decline of one of their primary business hotels in jaipur. Been staying at the property for the last few years. Location being the primary factor for this decision. Bathrooms are now run down, tables in bedrooms have cracks, pillows are smelly and there is mildew everywhere. The biggest disappointment is the food - and having stayed here over 30 - 40 nights over the past two years the decline in the quality has been shocking. They take no heed to your comments on the food and charge you despite taking it back untouched. Air conditioning is ineffective and most importantly half the electrical fittings in the room don’t work. Also they don’t honor the two people breakfast charge which you pay for on this site. The voucher is null and void. The old management has left, amenities are non existent. Some staff members (the old one now very few in number) are helpful. The rest lack training and common decency. It’s better to get a room on air bnb or opt for a better hotel at 2-3 k more than to waste your time at this hotel.
