We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little hotel. The facilities were excellent. Modern and clean. The breakfast was great with a range of simple meals nicely catered for and presented. The staff members at the hotel are excellent. Friendly and very helpful. We found the local bus easy to use to get around to various points of interest.

What a delightful oasis of calm, beautiful village feeling in the midst of a busy town. Staff could not be more helpful, rooms were comfortable and the pool was lovely. Nice breakfast included. Lovely place to stay and relax after touring and exploring.

The welcome at the hotel, despite our 1hr flight delay (arriving 1am), was first rate and the airport pickup had been awaiting our arrival. This high level of service continued throughout our stay, with faultless service from all staff, from the manager (George) through Reception (Joanna & Lela), Breakfast (Toula) and Housekeeping - nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was first rate - exactly as featured on the photographs, and the hotel position was central to the local town but very quiet day and night - absolutely no aircraft noise! Messaria is a great base to explore the island - a very short ride from the airport and centrally placed but away from the crowds of Fira and Oia. The hotel has generous car parking for guests. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel!

This hotel was amazing and exactly as described on the website/pictures are accurate. Joanna at the front desk was amazing from the moment I booked and throughout all the stay. They shared recommendations, organised bookings, helped arranged transfers and added some smaller touches at my request too to make the holiday very special! The breakfast was lovely and we ate dinner once there too. The pool area is comfy and clean. It is just outside of Fira so thankful to be away from the tourists, although taxis are expensive if you want to go back and fourth to other places every day. Thank you to all the lovely staff there!

We stayed only one night because we were catching a flight to Italy - but would have loved to stay longer. Staff was super nice and helpful in every way. They set up our transfers with ease and made lots of effort to make our short stay great. Rooms were spacious and modern. The pool area is awesome

Très bon séjour, hôtel et personnel très agréable. Service du pdj à la commande, de ce fait le service est très long si bien que nous avons renoncé 2 matins à attendre. Un buffet serait plus judicieux. Jacuzzi privatif avec la moitié des jets actifs malheureusement. Tout le reste était très bien, personnel très agréable avec une mention spéciale à Lila.

George is superb with customer service. The moment we walked in we were welcomed and assisted and treated very well. The place was not only absolutely beautiful but also extremely clean. The level of peace and quiet is also unmatched.

This hotel is new and looks it. Everything is super shiny, white and clean. The breakfast was excellent and we loved that you could order different things each day. The hotel property is beautifully designed and functional. The staff, from housekeeping to the owners, were exceptionally kind and helpful. It was also a good value. Super quiet for sleeping.

The property was very clean and modern, rooms were spacious and the hotel is small. The standard of service was really good, nothing was too much trouble for George the manager and his team. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms airy. The whole stay was relaxing with great links to access the capital and other beach resorts around the island. Only a short transfer and considering the short journey there was little noise from planes. Would certainly return to this beautiful hotel.

The accommodations were more than we hoped for, spacious, clean in a relaxing setting. I cannot emphasize enough how exemplary the service was. The staff was kind and helpful and made you feel like family. Our hostess Sara went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was amazing and did everything from suggesting and helping to book side trips to arranging transportation. We can’t wait to come back! :)

This hotel has great staff and we felt very welcomed from the minute we got there. They also picked us up from the airport, and drove us to Perissa/Fira while we stayed in Santorini. The only downside was the bathroom had a strong odor, I wasn’t sure if it was a sewage issue. However, the service made up for it so I would definitely stay there again. It was one of the affordable hotels in Santorini and close to the airport.

From the beginning of the airport pickup, to the host Maria, greeting us, and our bartender/Server Alexandra helping us, it was an Amazing experience!!!! Everyone was really nice and helpful, kept us updated, gave us a warm welcome and feeling, hotel was comfortable and clean, it was simple yet cute homey feeling. We only stayed for one night but i would definitely recommend anyone staying here and would come back and stay again! The hospitality was great. For the morning we had Joanna, and again Alexandra, they were both great!! I was like this girl don’t sleep!! Stellar service! Great vibes.

The staff were super welcoming and honored our request for a room with no steps (I think there is one with no steps and a few with 3 steps); this was perfect for my mom who has knee trouble. Everything here is brand new, the beds are comfortable, the pool is great. Getting to Fira by bus is really easy; the bus stops are just a block away. We used the hotel arranged transfer service to get there from the ferry. We used Uber as well. I’m glad I didn’t let the fact that this hotel is located in Mesaria keep us from staying here. We loved it!

It’s a clean property at reasonable distance from Fira, oia , Kamari . Room could be better designed, lacks any cupboards or place to stow bags. Hotel provides transfer/transportation services which is very convenient. Overall a friendly staff & comfoplace to stay

What a delightful oasis of calm, beautiful village feeling in the midst of a busy town. Staff could not be more helpful, rooms were comfortable and the pool was lovely. Nice breakfast included. Lovely place to stay and relax after touring and exploring.

The accommodations were more than we hoped for, spacious, clean in a relaxing setting. I cannot emphasize enough how exemplary the service was. The staff was kind and helpful and made you feel like family. Our hostess Sara went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was amazing and did everything from suggesting and helping to book side trips to arranging transportation. We can’t wait to come back! :)

We stayed only one night because we were catching a flight to Italy - but would have loved to stay longer. Staff was super nice and helpful in every way. They set up our transfers with ease and made lots of effort to make our short stay great. Rooms were spacious and modern. The pool area is awesome

Très bon séjour, hôtel et personnel très agréable. Service du pdj à la commande, de ce fait le service est très long si bien que nous avons renoncé 2 matins à attendre. Un buffet serait plus judicieux. Jacuzzi privatif avec la moitié des jets actifs malheureusement. Tout le reste était très bien, personnel très agréable avec une mention spéciale à Lila.

The bed was very comfortable. My only feedback is that the air conditioning system could be better as it did not remain on during my stay in the room and would get uncomfortably hot at times throughout the night. I would definitely book again at this hotel.

The service is superb, we walked in as guests and left as friends, Sarah, Lila, Panos and George (no way I can remember how to spell his real name), were absolutely brilliant at making us feel welcome and suggestions on where to go what to do and eat. I would not hesitate on staying here again, 10 minute from the airport but with its own car we never worried about having transportation. spotless room, everything you want from a resort and then some.

George is superb with customer service. The moment we walked in we were welcomed and assisted and treated very well. The place was not only absolutely beautiful but also extremely clean. The level of peace and quiet is also unmatched.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but what made this hotel the most special and memorable was the service of the staff! They went above and beyond to help us plan our trip/itinerary, had wonderful beach and restaurant accommodations. The breakfast that is included is delicious and best coffee I’ve ever had! The manager (George) was reachable at all times. For example, our taxi did not show up at 4:30am and when we called George answered us immediately and called the taxi he even went to the extent of following up with the taxi to confirm he had picked us up! Lila, front desk receptionist made sure to pack us each a lunchbox for the road! Definitely recommend this spot, 5 min drive from airport!

This hotel was amazing and exactly as described on the website/pictures are accurate. Joanna at the front desk was amazing from the moment I booked and throughout all the stay. They shared recommendations, organised bookings, helped arranged transfers and added some smaller touches at my request too to make the holiday very special! The breakfast was lovely and we ate dinner once there too. The pool area is comfy and clean. It is just outside of Fira so thankful to be away from the tourists, although taxis are expensive if you want to go back and fourth to other places every day. Thank you to all the lovely staff there!

This hotel was by far the most “VIP” -feeling of our stays. The staff was friendly and so welcoming and helpful every step of the way. If we could rate them with more stars, we would. Thanks again George, Yannis, Sarah and everyone else that made our stay so special!

The staff were super welcoming and honored our request for a room with no steps (I think there is one with no steps and a few with 3 steps); this was perfect for my mom who has knee trouble. Everything here is brand new, the beds are comfortable, the pool is great. Getting to Fira by bus is really easy; the bus stops are just a block away. We used the hotel arranged transfer service to get there from the ferry. We used Uber as well. I’m glad I didn’t let the fact that this hotel is located in Mesaria keep us from staying here. We loved it!

What a lovely property - can't really say enough good things about it! The Owners and all of the staff are great - can't do enough for you. They really care about what they do - and they do it well. Beautiful hotel, great location. Approx 5 minutes transfer from airport but no plane disturbance. Quiet but with good value eateries in walking distance. Also, very simple to get buses to nearby beaches. Staff very attentive, nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Kallos Imar Hotel. We appreciate the hospitality of the staff, and their willingness to help us find where we’re going, make recommendations, and provide us transportation to where we need to go. The room was comfortable, and had everything we needed. One downside is the location. It’s a bus ride away from the main area. The bus is unreliable, and taxis are expensive. So anticipate long waits at the bus stop. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the hotel to others traveling Santorini.

THIS IS A FANTASTIC PLACE! All the staff remembered my name. I had a bad flight situation and came a day late. They welcomed me with a bottle of wine and quill-pen written orientation note! Food was good, too.

Honestly that boutique hotel is everything you need in Greece, the attention to detail, the room, the pool, the cocktails! George, isadora, and 2 more people really made it special and the driver honestly I wish we stayed the whole duration of our trip , the only negative was that there was not lot of tea choice only English breakfast during the breakfast but that’s not a big negative really! I recommend it’s 9.8/10

Breakfast was lovely and the rooms airy. The whole stay was relaxing with great links to access the capital and other beach resorts around the island. Only a short transfer and considering the short journey there was little noise from planes. Would certainly return to this beautiful hotel.

Très bon séjour, hôtel et personnel très agréable. Service du pdj à la commande, de ce fait le service est très long si bien que nous avons renoncé 2 matins à attendre. Un buffet serait plus judicieux. Jacuzzi privatif avec la moitié des jets actifs malheureusement. Tout le reste était très bien, personnel très agréable avec une mention spéciale à Lila.

La gentillesse du personnel et les conseils pratiques qui ont été donnés pour découvrir d’autres endroits sur l’île ainsi que de bonnes adresses pour se restaurer. Le bus est est à 50 mètres pour se déplacer partout sur l’île. Un grand merci à George et Eri trop sympa.

We stayed at Kallos Imar Boutique Hotel for 3 nights in early July with my husband and son and had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were fantastic. A special thank you to Eric, Mr. Angelio, Ana, and Cidney, who were all friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is very convenient, less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. There are also a few restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and Fira is only a 10–15 minute drive away. The only downside was the breakfast, which we found quite basic with limited variety. Although breakfast was included in our booking, we ended up going to Omoo Café nearby each morning for a more substantial breakfast and better coffee. Apart from the breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Kallos Imar Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service and a convenient location.

Air conditioner didn’t work. It leaked all night not able to have a restful sleep. The room was hot and musty. Specially after traveling for so long. Reported to staff. All they said is that they’ll report it to maintenance. No type of compensation was offered. I won’t stay here again: Cindy at the front desk was great.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! Coordinated a lot of transportation for a one day stay over in Santorini. Hotel was very clean and great layout.
