The Ocean View Inn

The room was infested with getman cockroaches on ceiling on first night. Toilet did not flush and A/C was not cold. I could complain to the young manager the next day. He said he would go back in and spray. While I was out, I guess he sprayed but he left my sliding window open unbeknownst to me. I was so concerned about getting an infestation in my suitcase that I repack my entire room and left my bag in my friends room for the day . So I slept the second night ( after the manager supposedly sprayed ), wondering why there was all this noise that woke me up in the morning. It’s because it was the road noise due to the window that wasn’t shut. That is not safe as well. The third night there were roaches all over my ceiling again. I have asked for a discount in my rate which I was told I would get. I have yet to see it on my bill and I am now fighting with my credit card company to not pay the bill.

Great stay! Loved this property and staff. Clean and convenient.

From the photo it looked good.This is not a photo of the rooms.It’s like a converted Shed.No break fast provided or food.It was one of the worst places we have stayed.Not suitable for holiday makers.

Noisy

We had some complications with plumbing and smell in our room that made our check in late, but complications were out of staffs control and they were very nice and attentive about it. Overall great experience everyone was super sweet!
