Gumnut by Tiny Away

It’s certainly a Tiny House but a lovely location, great hot shower, and wine, choc and eggs provided etc. The bed was comfortable but squeaked loudly!

The host was extremely rude.The property had NOT been made up when we arrived. We had arranged early checkin as we had a wedding to attend. The property was disgusting. The bed was half stripped, filthy sheets, dirty bath towels lying around. Bathroom and kitchenette dirty, floors filthy including long hair everywhere. When I phoned the host she could not have cared less, she was actually laughing. Told us to leave our bags, go to the wedding and she would send the cleaner out to the property. I asked how we were supposed to get ready, I did not want to put my bag on the floor let alone use the filthy bathroom with no clean towels. There was no where to hang our clothes. She stated "well there is anything else I can do" rude, indignant, suggesting it was our problem. When I challenged her, she doubled down on her disgraceful attitude and started making excuses about how busy she was with running multiple properties. Can I suggest if you can’t manage this you are in the wrong industry. She was yelling over the top of me when I was trying to speak and then screamed at me to get out, stating she did not want us on her property. Despite the fact we didn't want to stay now anyway, how dare she transfer her incompetence at mananging the property and her poor communication and lack of organisational ability onto us, suggesting it was somehow our fault. We had every right to be outraged. What a disgusting place. Avoid. DO NOT book.

I was very happy in the house

Was an amazing first experience stayin in a tiny home! Definitely recommend staying there and are going to suggest it to friends and family! Not far from the small kangaroo valley town, and beautiful tourist destinations like all the waterfalls area too far of a drive too as well as the coastal towns of Kiama and gerringong!

First time staying in a tiny house and my partner and I thought it was absolutely adorable, cozy and we just loved it!
