The hotel rooms themselves were nice, small but serviceable. The breakfast was well done. The location was also very good. Some of the staff were also very helpful and courteous. Upon checkin, however, we realized there had been a miscommunication and we were not given the rooms that we had requested via messaging and phone call. One gentleman tried to help but unfortunately the rooms were no longer available. We tried to make do with what we had. But the next morning, we were accosted by a hostile front desk lady accusing me of being difficult and "trying to cause problems" I was only asking about the availability of breakfast and had no intentions of pursuing the room issue any further. I was holding my infant son and said repeatedly only that I had requested and been promised adjoining rooms. She was aggressive and confrontational and just kept saying nasty derogatory things. Finally I had to walk away because my son was in my arms and becoming scared and I was growing very uncomfortable. I told her I would speak to someone else about it later. The next morning she apologized and said there had been a miscommunication. Which was appreciated. But I've never been spoken to in such a hostile manner by anyone at a hotel before and we were all surprised and shocked to experience it.

Bra läge utanför dom centrala turiststråken, men enkelt att ta sig runt med spårvagn, Cykel eller bara gå. Rent och trevlig personal och enkel men god frukost. Kan varmt rekommendera Hotellet som hade mycket bra airconditioner.

Check-in procedure: Inefficient. It took 25mins to check-in, despite doing so online the day before & using the automated check-in as advised. This would have been bearable had the staff been friendly, communicative or offered any explanation or for the delays. They weren't and didn't. Rooms: Described as Atrium View. You have a window facing inwards to the hotel ground floor where guests sit or walk past & where the cleaners store their laundry trolleys. You can see into the rooms even with the net curtain drawn. If you want privacy/ to change/ use the bed, you'll keep your curtain drawn. Not for people who like natural light or a view. The bathroom is spacious, huge bath!, the fan stays on at all times not just after use, so the sound can be irritating. The concrete floor has stains to reflect its previous industrial use. I liked this but others may worry that it's unclean. Cleaners: rooms are cleaned 2pm-5pm so you might go out for the day, return to your room to freshen up for the evening to find it's not been done yet. Glasses from the bar aren't collected from your room during the stay. Bar: on display are spirits, whisky etc however they can only serve you beer or wine, which are not on display. Odd but worth knowing, Area: walkable to central, nice local bars/eateries/food hall/market. I've just noticed it's 5star - you'd be disappointed if you were expecting this. It's maybe overpriced. At a more reasonable price you'd be happy with something so quirky & nice.
