This hotel is for couples or singles. I had prepaid for my reservation so check in was quick, there’s a $3 or $4 resort fee per day that I had to pay. I stayed 4 nights. There’s a security guard in the lobby 24/7. You might see people coming in to get rooms for 2 or 3 hours . The staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re nice to them they’re nice to you. The room and bathroom was very clean and it smelled nice. You have to let the front desk know on a daily basis if you want housekeeping. The bathroom mirror by the sink didn’t work and they offered me another room but it was NYE and I had settled in and the main light worked so I didn’t bother. The tv was a huge Smart Tv. I was able to plug in my fire stick and it worked perfectly with their WiFi. Room did have a fridge but the ice machine and microwave are on the bottom floor. Parking wasn’t too bad, they have about 9 spaces but street parking was available. It’s near a school bus garage so in the morning you will hear someone over a loud speaker. Other than that it’s pretty quiet. The subway into Manhattan is a 4 minute walk and about a 30 to 40 minute ride once on the train. Corner stores and eateries are a quick walk but I mostly order delivery. I would definitely stay again!

Offered free parking for 6 cars. Had a security guard. Sketchy facilites. Not clean. Offered nothing else extra, aside frol an atm and free parking was great. Late checkout came with an hourly charge. No bathroom products in bathroom. Towels were extremely thin.

The worst hotel I ever stayed my whole entire life. I checked in they gave me a room first floor, whole room smelled like marijuana , holes in the sheets and ants in the bathroom there was a lighter inside the room behind the curtains , I went asked for a new room first floor ,they took forever to change it and gave me a okay one , I was traveling with my disabled sister, they told me elevator was working because they gave me room 303 I told them my sister can’t walk down the stairs will the elevator be working they confirmed it’s working, we checking out today and ready to go to jfk for our flight in 2hours, the elevator wasn’t working I told the representative he said it will take 45min so I told him it’s an inconvenient because my sister can’t walk and we had four large check bags and our flight in 2hours can he assist us bring down the bags from third floor the guy said yes , I waited up 30min he never showed up I went down he said no he can’t help the bags too heavy they were mean and stuck up no communication he never touch the bag to know if it was heavy or not , it was the same reason I wanted him to keep me in first floor but he insisted that the elevator works so it won’t be no issue maneuvering my disabled sister . I had a horrible experience. My sister is now very sick because she had to walk down from third floor to first floor, our lift driver was kind enough to help me bring down the two bags. NEVER EVER EVER WILL RETURN TO THIS DIRTY HOTEL AND MEAN STAFF.

It did the job but the hotel itself is sketchy, noise all night, people hanging in parking lot really late and the elevator is really loud, you can hear it like it's in your room. Otherwise the bed was good and it was clean.

What I liked about the hotel is that it was clean...I give a 8 out of 10. The hotel also has security a no weapon security...if you was not a guest there you wasn't getting on that elevator. What i didn't like was a $5 surprised charge at check in...they said it was written in the receipt of the booking, I don't recall that and a $100 deposit that is reimbursed when you check out again i don't remember reading that. The water took forever to get hot. The towels are small and cheap. This hotel do not give you anything, no amenities at all not even a tea bag. The beds are very nice i actually felt safe there.

The check in process was prompt but the place had no ice machines and that is something to consider in 2023

This hotel rents by the day or by the hour. The breakfast room is a lower level.Hallway with two microwaves and ice machine around the corner. The room itself was very nice. The staff was very helpful when it came to fixing the cable and making sure it worked for us. There is security on site because of the location. Don't be. Surprised if you see transgender street walkers outside Have nude. There are not very many stores open at night. As for pay and deposit, If you pay with your credit card or debit card it will take you 3 to 4 days to get your $100.00 Deposit. back. However, if you pay in cash, you'll get your $100 back when you leave. I was gonna leave photos but mysteriously.It won't allow me to add photos

They car a small car park but when it’s full they do NOT put any signs and then customers have to find a way to reverse or turn around in the tiny space which caused damages to their vehicles, evidence of which is on the wall including my car which has scrapes on the right side from exiting

Great hotel. There is a limited parking area in the back. Unfortunately they do not provide breakfast but the staff are friendly.

The room is nice and comfortable, but they gave me a room with a dirty bathroom. The bed was full of hair and crumbs. Then they took me to two more rooms and they were just as dirty. They don't change the bed covers and they don't clean the bathrooms well. I wasted an hour and a half waiting for them to change the covers. I recommend that if you are going to visit the hotel, lift the covers and check the bed well.

Very clean, organized, and comfortable stay.

Dirty room. 1st room wasn’t cleaned at all roach on the ceiling. Hole in the ceiling. Sink faucet broken. Soap dispenser missing. Towel had stains. Bed sheets weren’t fully clean stains. Shower head filthy. Not a place to stay for more than a night if can be avoided.

worst place ever. the smell of cigarette in my room was too much. the cleanest was horrible the bed was dirty and the noise was too much.

There were bugs in the shower, broken furniture in the room, and the bedding was cheap and had burn holes in the bed spread.

Terrible Experience - Not Safe or Clean My stay at Hotel Brooklyn 369 was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy, with visible dirt and grime in several areas. The walls were covered in crayon and marker drawings, which made the place feel neglected. To make matters worse, the room was infested with insects, making it incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, as it clearly lacks basic cleanliness and maintenance. It’s not a safe or suitable place to stay, and I sincerely hope management takes action to address these serious

We had cockroaches in the room and were transferred to a room without roaches.

I do not recommend this property at all. Yes it may be affordable but when I arrive to my room i examined the bed only to find hairs and stains in my bed covers. It’s as if they just made the bed from the previous customers and did not change the linens. Our peep hole was broken and replaced with tissue and it was leaks and hairs in the bathroom. Do not stay here.

So many issues. Very noisy! The walls and doors are very thin and the hallways echo. I can hear all conversations in the lobby one floor down even with the door closed. Between people checking in, the security guard’s phone calls, the elevator dings and doors slamming - all after midnight - it was hard to sleep. The bed wasn’t made properly as the bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed and my feet hung over (I’m 5’4”). Also, Wi-Fi wasn’t working, walls were dirty, towels thin. Everything was poor quality. A very uncomfortable experience.

overall, it had a bed. the shower head was tilted and it was so high i couldn’t reach it. i had to wait 10 minutes for the water to get hot- and there was no water pressure. the wifi was very very slow. the redeeming value is that there was AC, the staff was pretty nice, there was security, and i was able to rest. if you’re looking for a place in a budget and willing to compromise this place is worth it.

It was good enough to stay one night. Staff was friendly and I was able to check in easily after a late night flight. But it was noisy all night, and I could hear a loud speaker early in the morning. (There is a school bus terminal across the street). It looks like the pictures on the surface but it felt dirty. The floors were sticky and things worked "good enough". If I had to spend any extended time in the room I would suggest booking somewhere else. It was a convenient, cheap place to sleep for one night.

There was no tv service or internet the entire night I watch movies in my phone. When asked the front desk about service I was told idk when it will come back on

Everything was great. Except taking a shower there. Water pressure was inexistent. Might as well take a bird bath

Two notes: - the hotel doesn't have bathroom facilities for it's employees. They relieve themselves in the street in front of the hotel. - the hotel is next to a school bus depot. The depot starts it's activities at 5.30am and the activities involve loud outdoor PAs. You won't be able to sleep last 5.30am

The property itself was very nice and the rooms were in great condition but unfortunately they put me on the first floor right next to the front desk and there was loud beeping sounds and loud talking throughout the night so was very difficult to sleep I had to boat the tv just to block the noise

The room was cute and served its purpose but they are selling ass in and around the premises. Upon arrival the front desk clerk harassed me to pay a $50 deposit for one night and I checked in after 9pm. To only look out my window and see people smoking crack in the parking lot behind. never again

Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help

I stayed here on multiple occasions and never had to pay a cash deposit until now. The clerk clamed its under new management but thats untrue as the staff was all the same.

The hotel gave off an unsettling vibe right from the start. The main entrance door appeared damaged, failing to close securely, which raised concerns about safety. I noticed that the security guard was often preoccupied with his phone, leaving the entrance vulnerable, as anyone could walk in from the street without any checks. This lack of vigilance made me feel uneasy, especially since I was accompanied by children. To add to the discomfort, the area outside the hotel was unpleasant, with sights that were inappropriate for young guests. Inside, my first night was far from restful. The hot water was not functioning, making it impossible to enjoy a warm shower after a long day. Additionally, the toilet wobbled precariously, which was quite alarming. When it came to bed linens, I was disappointed to find that the sheets were not clean, further detracting from my experience. On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. This made it simple to explore the area, which was one of the few highlights of my stay.

During my recent stay at Hotel 369, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and outstanding service provided by the staff. Not only was the parking convenient and the cleanliness impeccable, but the subtle fragrance throughout the hotel added to the welcoming atmosphere. The staff's professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my experience, making it a memorable stay. I highly recommend Hotel 369 to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience.

I love that the hotel was close to the train station so transportation around the city was easy

Good comfy bed with ice bathroom.friendly helpful staff. Was very noisy at times with lots of sirens,from various vehicles .Very handy to the subway station on Liberty ave.

The area around it is a bit sketchy although nothing happened but it’s poor, Hotel 369 Brooklyn sits in a practical, well-connected but primarily residential part of East New York, Not known as a tourist hub.. The hotel is a short 3-minute walk from the Liberty Avenue subway station (A and C lines), near the intersection with Pennsylvania Avenue

The building & room seemed nice enough. Walked to get something to eat & it was obvious that it was a rough neighborhood. We saw a policeman, a Lieutenant that told us to get in the car. He would take us to a clean place to eat. Took us back to our hotel & told us to get out of this neighborhood. We checked out & left

Very convenient to subway station. Area around the hotel has gone down significantly. A lot of questionable activities around the hotel. Never felt uncomfortable or threatened, but very obvious.

that very expensive hotel 🫰 and it has nothing at all.... it has no coffee ☕ and nothing at all..... If you're from New York, that's fine. but if you are from another state it is difficult to like it 😞🙈

This is seemed to be more of a “pay by the hour” type of place. S-x workers on the corners. Had I known we would have stayed somewhere else. The room was clean which was appreciated, staff was friendly enough. No ice machine, no closet in the room or luggage rack. C train MTE was right around the corner.

It was conveniently located by the subway line. The hotel was clean and took care of any requests we had. It was definitely no frills (no mirror in the bathroom, no lobby or beverages available) and the neighborhood was not very clean or welcoming. There was always an officer stationed at the front door greeting and guarding the building.
