We stayed at the Ramamada for the 2024 Solar Eclipse. The location was super convenient, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms and common areas were really clean, loads of parking, and we could bring our dog! I don't know if we'll have the opportunity to be in the area again, but if we are, we'll stay here. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay, we highly recommend it! All the staff we encountered there were super nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was big, had a patio door that we could drive up to to transfer luggage. The bathroom looked very new with walk-in shower and grab bars. They have hot breakfast with several choices and a coin laundry for guests. The cost was surprisingly low.

The rooms were beautiful & clean. The hallways smelled & were littered with mattresses against the walls. I almost left due to the smell in the hallway. Thankfully the rooms were clean & fresh. If you like a firm mattress this is your place to stay.

Hotel staff were amazing ! Rooms were very clean as was the entire building and property. Very accommodating to us and an awesome free breakfast with a make your own waffles option. Doesn't get much better in our books, we WILL be back for sure !!

Room was spacious and modern. Beds were comfortable, but one pillow had a dirty pillow case, including someone elses hair and a gross mattress pad. Desk staff weren't overly welcoming. Bathroom was tiny, sink smelled musty everytime it was on and there was a pubic hair on one of the hand towels. Room was spacious and quiet. Not awful, but could have been better.

The smell coming from the old carpet was terrible. Noise insulation was also terrible. We could ear cara going by, other tenants on the above Flores talking and walking. I will never stay there again. I don’t recommend.

Place was clean but certain areas seemed to need to be either repaired or work completed, wifi was available but i wouldn't say it was fast and prone to being disconnected randomly all in all the establishment was clean, breakfast was ok but needed bacon for people who don't like sausages, room was enjoyable and had a smart TV, would book again

Staff were exceptional here. I was in town for family business - an illness hospitalized an elderly parent and it was necessary to be here for assistance. My stay wound up being extended from a couple days to a full week. Hotel staff were very understanding, helpful and compassionate. Thank you for that!

Check in was a horrible experience due to a woman named Melissa who is apparently the manager. She gave me someone else's reservation and when I pointed it out to her, she started getting very nasty. Accusing me of showing up 20 minutes early before checkin time and demanding a room that faced the parking lot. I knew we were early and that was fine as we had sleds to unload. I asked for a room on the side that faced the parking lot and was told it would be 4:00. I questioned this as check in is 3:00. She then asked me why I was getting so upset with her. She then started yelling at me so everyone in the lobby could here her and said don't speak to me that way. She made me fill everything out again when I already checked in online the night before. For being a manager, she certainly doesn't know what she's doingnor how to dral with the public. It was almost like she was saying things to me on purpose to make me mad. I asked to speak to Nick and she said he's away, I'm the manager here! We have always stayed here for snowmobile season, but I will never be back as long as that rude woman is on staff and I'll never recommend this place ever again. I hope Nick the owner sees this review and does something about that horrible woman. She's a real piece of work and should not be dealing with the public!

We only stayed 1 night at the Ramada but it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and their service was exceptional. They provided a very good breakfast.....one of the best we have ever had at a hotel.

This was the worst hotel stay i have ever had in all my years traveling. We ran into a problem, the hotel staff wouldn't help us as they said it was expedias peoblem, expedia wouldnt help as they said it was the hotel. Staff was not helpful in any way, were told the manager would be in multiple times and three days later still waiting to hear from him. We checked out early as this was the most frustrating experience i have ever had. Based on my experience with staff and expedia, i will NEVER go to this hotel again nor am i keen to ever use expedia again.

I was there for an appointment at the Miramachi Hospital. This hotel was just a 5 minute drive across the bridge so the proximity was great. It is a rather commercial area so the only place within walking distance is a Dairy Queen. The breakfast is fine with a good selection but no view, you are looking into the service bay of a car dealership. The lobby is updated and true to the pictures online. The bathroom itself was updated but the old door showed it's wear and tear. The room was large, clean and warm but there is just something dreary about it. All in all, for my short visit it was good value for the cost.

This was a last minute booking and the reviews I had looked at were spot on. The hotel has been recently renovated with modern stylish bathrooms as well as being nice overall. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We only stayed 1 night at the Ramada but it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and their service was exceptional. They provided a very good breakfast.....one of the best we have ever had at a hotel.

Staff were very friendly. Check-in and check- out were efficient and easy. Property is in a quiet location close to city but not easily walkable. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a good selection available for breakfast.

A lovely spotlessly clean room, big comfy beds. Friendly prompt check in. The free breakfast included was really average, some of the food being hot some luke warm. I didnt like using plastic cutlery or paper plates !! All in all a good quality hotel, id certainly recommend.

It’s a place to say in Miramichi when you don’t want to spend a lot of money. It’s really just rooms and a breakfast, which on that particular day, I did not really enjoy. Coffee comes out of a machine. Sorry I’m a coffee snob, but it was not a good cup of coffee to wake up to.

I wanted to give this hotel a higher rating because there is a lot to love about it. The staff provided very friendly service, and the room itself was nice, clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality sheets and pillows, and the bathroom felt very upscale, complete with Dove creams and shampoos. Unfortunately, the dealbreaker for me comes down to noise. The air conditioning units in the hotel are ridiculously loud, they rumble and vibrate heavily. Because of this, the AC units running in neighboring rooms created enough noise and vibration in my room that it was impossible to sleep. It’s a shame because everything else about the stay was wonderful, but given how difficult it was to sleep, I unfortunately wouldn't return.

Ce serait le fun que dans une chambre d'hôtel, on ne soit pas obligé de se mettre à genou, sous la table de travail, pour débrancher le micro-ondes et brancher la cafetière ou son ordinateur!!! Ben oui, ça prend deux circuits de 15 ampères séparés et une prise double additionnelle mais c'est comme ça aujourd'hui la distribution électrique minimale dans une chambre d'hôtel qui est aussi munie d'un frigo! Si les designers en aménagements d'espaces ne le savent pas, les ingénieurs en bâtiment le savent! Consultez tous les professionnels requis quand vous rénovez, y compris les ingénieurs, architectes et acousticiens! Au niveau de l'acoustique, rien à redire mais j'étais au bout du corridor dans la 201, séparée de la chambre voisine par une autre chambre réservée au personnel. Super! (2 lits Queen!) Pout le reste, c'était impeccable, y comprises les deux prises USB de chaque côté de la table de chevet entre les deux lits! Pour 95$ par nuit, c'étai un excellent rapport qualité-prix, surtout en tenant compte du super déjeuner avec des oeufs brouillés, bacon, saucisses, espresso etc! Bravo! On est est loin de ce qui nous est habituellement offert au Québec dans ce type d'hôtel! Curieusement, alors que j'étais à l'hôtel, j'ai vérifié sur hotels.com le tarif pour une nuit additionnelle: 159$ !!??? On appelle ça la tarification dynamique... comme les billets de spectacle maintenant! Plus tu le veux, plus tu vas pater cher! Je n'ai pas étiré mon séjour! 😏
