La propiedad no está mal, se ve semi remodelada, la habitación era cómoda, limpia y amplia, el servicio y calidad de los alimentos en el restaurante son buenos, los precios son intermedios, lamentablemente el domingo ya no había muchos huéspedes y apagaron la calefacción de la alberca, solicitamos la encendieran en diferentes áreas hasta llegar con el gerente quien según ya la había encendido, esperamos más de 4 horas en el área y jamás cambio la temperatura de la misma, solo nos quedamos un día más hospedados para disfrutar de la alberca y la tina de hidromasaje que no pudimos disfrutar y perdimos medio día. Es lamentable ya que el lugar no está mal, es mejor hablar con la verdad y no engañarnos haciendo creer que si la habían encendido, un dia anterior si la tenía con calefacción, fuera de esa burla estuvo bien la estancia.

Sehr hübsches, stilvoll eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Sr. Alejandro ist die Seele. Ein tolles Schwimmbecken mit warmen Wasser, so dass es zwischen 8 und 20 Uhr gut nutzbar ist und alles mitten im Zentrum von Cuernavaca, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine tolle Oase!!!

Excelente relación costo beneficio. El hotel muy bonito, limpio y bien mantenido. Los alimentos del restaurante tienen buen sabor. Solo falta mejorar la temperatura de la alberca/jacuzzi. El estacionamiento no es muy amplio aunque a mi parecer cumple tomando en cuenta que es un hotel que está en el centro.

El personal es muy amable y accesible a ayudarte en cualquier cosa que necesites. La alberca está templada y muy limpia. En general es una muy buena opción para conocer el centro de Cuernavaca y sus alrededores.

Disgusting room next to noisy road trafficked by buses, motorcycle and cars. Fumes seeped into the room through a screen high in the bathroom. Cockroach in the kitchen is room. Management refused to change the room without cost. It’s incredible that such a room can be marketed.

La estancia demasiado bien , pero llegamos y la habitación estaba sucia, había papeles usados y basura en el bote de baño, no dieron una habitación con cama individual y nos dieron una matrimonial y en la madrigada mucho ruido en la puerta principal del hotel

No es un hotel magnífico. Es un hotel básico. Ni siguiera llegaba el Wifi a la habitación. El baño no tiene puerta dentro de la habitación. La alberca no es como aparece en las fotos.

The rooms were quite nice and, with one exception, well maintained. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful from the valet parking which was free to the front desk. The included breakfast was a good value and again the staff were very nice at the restaurant. Parking is limited but the staff juggles the cars around and we had no problems. One problem we did have was that the air conditioning in our first room did not work and it was a warm day. They offered us another room but it was smaller and definitely not as nice as the first and they were unwilling to give us a lower price. However they did find another room comparable to the one we originally booked and all was well. Despite this glitch we really liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The place has a lovely Garden and is really quite nice.

La propiedad cuenta con un portón de seguridad que es un buen detalle para sentirse seguro y el cuarto muy acogedor y limpio. Los únicos detalles serian que aveces se escucha el ruido de la calle como los camiones pasando y la ventana de la puerta del cuarto dejando entrar luz sin poderla cubrir.

El hotel se encuentra en el centro de Cuernavaca, lo que lo hace práctico para movilizarte, pero un poco ruidoso por los bares y restaurantes de la zona. The rooms were quite nice and, with one exception, well maintained. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful from the valet parking which was free to the front desk. The included breakfast was a good value and again the staff were very nice at the restaurant. Parking is limited but the staff juggles the cars around and we had no problems. One problem we did have was that the air conditioning in our first room did not work and it was a warm day. They offered us another room but it was smaller and definitely not as nice as the first and they were unwilling to give us a lower price. However they did find another room comparable to the one we originally booked and all was well. Despite this glitch we really liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The place has a lovely Garden and is really quite nice.

This is the 3rd time I stay in this hotel, excelent customer service especially from Alejandro, always offering to help with luggage, offering waters, offering to clean the room. Restaurant breakfasts was delicious, they also open the restaurant the whole day on Fridays and Saturdays. Very convenient location, a few minutes walking to downtown Cuernavaca, I recommend staying here for a romantic weekend or family getaway.

Close to center of downtown, walkable to city center. Location is convenient. One block to the bus station to from Mexico city. Staff is super nice, though they don't speak English very well, but we can communicate by Google translate without problem. The breakfast start from 9AM, It's bit too later since I have to go at 8AM. Everything else is good.

It was centrally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums and lots of parks. I would definitely stay there again. Felt very safe. I would suggest that the hotel invest in heavier blankets or comforters.

Stayed 4 nights. Great, friendly staff - from the front of the house to the back. Very clean. Great location in centro Cuernavaca - walkable to all that one may need. Great breakfast included. Nice garden with pool. Would definitely stay again!

The room was pleasant, and the grounds were lovely, however there was no hairdryer, coffee maker or fridge in the room. There was only 2 tiny bottles of water and a part roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay. Breakfast was ho-hum and the restaurant didn’t open until 9. We stopped in for a beer one late afternoon and we’re rushed out as the bar closed up around 5.

Excelente atención del personal, muy amables, la habitación muy cómoda, amplia y limpia, el único detalle es que el ruido de la calle si es incómodo ya que está en la avenida. Nos encantó la estancia en este hotelito de estilo rústico, a pesar de algunos detalles que pueden mejorar. Primero, la habitación era muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda y todo estaba muy limpio. Eso es lo más importante. El servicio de todo el equipo fue excelente, desde que hablé por teléfono hasta el final de la estadía. En particular agradecemos la atención del señor Gerardo, que nos apoyó en resolver pequeñas situaciones que surgieron. El desayuno incluido está rico, pero no es espectacular. Eso sí, todo el pan muy delicioso. Pero es práctico poder desayunar en el hotel, aunque el servicio inicia a las 9 a.m... La alberca es pequeña pero muy disfrutable, y en general, todas las áreas comunes del hotel están muy cuidadas y limpias. Ahora los pequeños detalles que podrían mejorar: Primero notamos que solo había dos almohadas para una cama king size. Pensamos que podría haber un par de almohadas más, eso sí, muy cómodas. Otra cosa es que la habitación daba a la calle y ésta, al ser muy transitada, ocasiona mucho ruido, dificultando el descanso. Creo que podrían invertir en ventanas de doble vidrio y eso solucionaría ese inconveniente. Luego, la habitación no cuenta con caja de seguridad, ni plancha o secadora de pelo que podrían ser necesarias aún para viajeros de fin de semana. En général fue una excelente estadía, pero ojalá mejoren esas pequeñas situaciones.

It’s always nice to come here, everyone is helpful! Breakfast is great and you are close to shopping here downtown , this is my second time here and will stay again, I did use the hammock on my balcony overlooking the pool ….i look forward to the the big tree to bear fruit again so I can see the wild flock of Mexican parrots , I did see them fly by one evening …..Cuernavaca is an amazing place

The location is convenient to the Zocalo, but the immediate area isn't great. The hotel is closed up at night after 8pm for security reasons. Some other guests decided to party loudly around the common areas of the hotel in the middle of the night, and there was evidently no one on duty to quiet them down. I loved and hated this hotel.
