The Modern Studio was everything that was pictured and more! The hosts were very accommodating, gracious and everything was spotlessly clean. The house is on a wooded lot and the private studio apt is attached to the home. The landscaping is beautiful! We actually had a hummingbird visitor outside the window box that was full of flowers. Check in was very easy. My husband especially liked not having to drive in bumper to bumper traffic once we got off the highway. You can drive into town for restaurants or stores. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peacefulness of the countryside.

Great place to stay. Very clean, great location and excellent communication from the host. I would highly recommend this location to anyone ! We stayed to attend the races at Saratoga Race course. It was about a 20 minute travel time and very easy to navigate.

The studio was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Everything was as advertised. There was a keurig with k cups and cream provided. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked that we had no problem cooking the meals we planned, despite some of them requiring multiple pots and pans. The bed was UNBELIEVABLY comfortable. The property managers were very communicative and friendly, but never bothersome or overbearing.

My son and I stayed here for two nights during his lacrosse tournament in the area. The communication was great and the room was awesome! It was a nice peaceful setting and everything was clean/well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing location to stay.
