Fantastic hotel with wonderful service. Comfortable room with big balcony, Close to Rethymno. Clean and big pools. Nice beach club at the beach. Very good service. A lot of good restaurants close to the area. Fantastic breakfast buffe, big variety of fruits and cold and warm food. Good SPA with attentive and knowledgeable personal. The only thing that was not top was the gym, small and some of the machines were not working.

Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly. Entertainment was a 3 out of 5 and not daily. Rooms were clean. Overall a pleasant stay and would come back. Location is prime in the town.

Hotel luxueux. Les hambres sont spacieuses ,tres confortable hyper design. Le personnel est extrêmement prevenant. Le petit dejeuneux est delicieux ,tres diversifié en bord de piscine. 2 granes piscines exterieures tres agreables. Des transats partout très confortables. Plage privée sur une belle pkage. Bref un vrai paradis. A 5 min envoiture du centre touristique. Possibilité de manger sur plage le midi. Il e iste un buffet le soir que nous n avons pas testé . Parking fermé pour 9 euros par jour. Difficile de se harer autour. Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Ein neues Hotel, modern und geschmackvoll, leckeres Frühstück, sauber, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, zentral gelegen, sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das viel zu kleine Gym.

Expérience juste exceptionnelle dans cet hôtel neuf avec tout le confort que l’on puisse imaginer. La vraie différence est dans le service et l’accueil qui est du vrai luxe. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dès nos premiers instants et tout a été fait pour nous faciliter notre séjour. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine ! Les gros points forts : - Le parking de la voiture qui est géré par le personnel (un rêve de laisser ses clefs à l’entrée et ne pas s’inquiéter de trouver une place) - La plage privée très calme de sable fin - Toujours des transats à disposition autour de la piscine avec des serviettes propres disponibles partout - 3 piscines (2 extérieur, 2 intérieure) qui fait que l’on s’ennuie jamais - Une restauration de qualité que ce soit pour les buffets ou à la carte à la plage privée/piscine - Un massage de 15mn offert au spa à notre arrivée (un vrai régal !) - Un accès direct à la plage sans devoir traverser de route (ce qui est assez rare en Crète) - Beaucoup de commerces à proximité

Had a wonder 3 days at the resort. It is a stunning hotel and laid out beautifully. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive and the resort was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Just a couple of points to be aware of. When wet, the pool area is extremely slippery and dangerous when walking in bare feet. Also it is a 45 min walk into the Old Town and availability of cabs from the resort was limited.

Lovely property with a private beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes in Reythmno town. Everything is superbly clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly - they did a great job organising a day trip for us. There are three pools (two outdoor and an indoor heated one). The only drawback is that the gym is tiny and can only accommodate three people at a time, so if you are a regular user, you'll need to book slots ahead of time. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Food was really amazing in the buffet, you never tired of the variety and quality. Pool and the beach service was great, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room quality was 1st rate. One minor issue in the maisonette is the very small wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom a small set of drawers would help. Top hotel.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it remained an excellent hotel with brilliant staff and very quality food and drink. The facilities are excellent and it's perfect for a relaxing holiday, with lots of good local dining options too.

Beautiful, clean and stylish hotel. Wonderful pool areas and great to have the beach and beach sunbeds right in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinner buffet was also superb with so much choice and very tasty. I really enjoyed the yoga class and the aqua aerobics. The evening entertainment was great. The hotel is close to lots of good restaurants and is also close to Rethymno Old Town (40 minute walk or €7 taxi) which is beautiful.

I cant say enough good things about our stay at Nautilux. The staff was SO freindly and helpful. The property is beautifully maintained. The daily breakfast was phenomenal. Beach, pool and bars were top notch. I would return in a minute!

The Nautilux Rethymno in Crete was spotless clean eveywhere; staff possessed excellent customer service skills; always ready; always helpful. The beach space is wonderful and spacious; and so were the swimming pools. The breakfast included was superb. the whole ambiance was amicable and pleasant. if we get a chance to come back, we will definitely do.

I travel often for work and holidays and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. My husband and I agree without question that the Nautilux was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The location and property are absolutely stunning. They have the cleanest pools and a breathtaking beach spot for guests. Every single staff member was wonderful, going out of their way to help us out when needed. One of the managers visits with each group at some point during your stay to ask for your feedback and genuinely wants to know what could be better. We wish we’d booked a longer trip!

The hotel itself was spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was super nice as well as the beach and the breakfast was good. My only complain is we had a jacuzzi in the room but it never really got hot enough to enjoy every day. There was no cover so it would spend all day heating up to about 36 degrees which was ok, wish it was warmer! Otherwise it was a great stay, I would just book a different room

hotel moderne, plutôt tranquille, très propre, très bien tenu. Pas directement sur la plage mais en acces direct, avec transats et parasol. Baignade un peu difficile car galets et forte pente dans l\'eau. Piscines très accessibles, pas surpeuplées. Chambre "maisonette" spacieuse, avec jacuzzi, et au calme. Buffets petit dejeuner et diner avec large choix. Personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins. 35min à pieds vers Rethymnon donc en été mieux vaut une voiture ou un taxi.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen privaten Strand, was den Aufenthalt noch entspannter macht und man kann jederzeit in nahegelegene Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte laufen. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Service besonders angenehm macht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist bis 11 Uhr geöffnet und bietet eine hervorragende Qualität – hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil sind die kleinen Badezimmer und der begrenzte Schrankplatz, was bei längeren Aufenthalten etwas unpraktisch sein könnte. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Hotel, das ich gerne weiterempfehle!

The hotel was clean, unfussy but stylish. Staff were lovely. Couple of niggles. Wardrobe space in classic room was so small it was impossible to hang clothes up. The safe box was too small for any electronic items such as ipad or laptop. There were no drawers for underwear or t shirts although there was space for storage to be included. Shower was lovely. Great area lovely beach and pool. Had a lovely time.

This hotel is great and the breakfast and cleanliness are excellent. My only observations are that it would be great to have service around the pool and the storage space in the rooms definitely needs to be looked as, most of our clothes had to stay in piles on the floor. With that said I could go back to the hotel

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Thank you to the staff - they upgraded our room to a maisonette with a hot tub on the rooftop! We felt incredibly lucky. We had a gorgeous sea view and large lovely rooms. Everything was modern and clean. Breakfast was great - lots of options. Loved having ice frappes every morning! The beach is convenient (no need to cross a main road) just walk through hotel. The area in September was quiet but still had lots of people around. Felt very safe. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around- all in walking distance. Crete is best with a car - the parking in this hotel must be paid for so bear in mind. If you want to shop, just a 15 min drive away to old town from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return. A kettle in the room would be a plus.. Wish we had a longer stay! We had the best time. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and the yoga teacher was excellent. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. We were disappointed in the private outdoor hot tub because it really wasn't private. Also, the shower in our room only had a 1/2 wall enclosure so the floor was very wet when we used the shower. Overall, it was a nice stay but we would not return.

This is a brand new hotel. Besides the 2 pools, it has direct access to the beach. The facilities are new but the design in the room doesn't seem very practical. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. The light and temperature control switches are built into the wall and hard to find and use. Besides that, this is one of the better option if you are staying in Rethymno.

Food was really amazing in the buffet, you never tired of the variety and quality. Pool and the beach service was great, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room quality was 1st rate. One minor issue in the maisonette is the very small wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom a small set of drawers would help. Top hotel.

Beautiful new hotel but they are still working out kinks. We have been in Greece for 5 weeks to 6 different islands and it was the worst wifi we have had in our room. Also they placed us above the outdoor bar so people were smoking and we couldn’t even sit out on our balcony because of the smokers. Also when we arrived we took a shower and the tw drain was plugged. Took them about an hour to come fix.

Ocean was rough conditions; room upgrades were not as expected due to mini bar had half bottle of wine in it and no water or drinks to refill even though we asked. Very noisy and the other bad part was the air conditioning in the rooms were not very cool. Temp. never got cool enough and all doors needed to be locked in order to work. Lights in the bathroom was really bad. Other than all that the hotel was beautiful and the outside pools were clean. Buffet options were great for breakfast though dinner options were plenty but the food was cold.

Absolutely fabulous stay at Nautilux. Friendly welcoming staff, luxurious rooms, great facilities and world class resort. Perfect location on the beach yet within walking distance to Rethymno old town Would definitely recommend you consider staying here when visiting Crete.

Overall good, however a couple of improvement opportunities: 1) Supposedly it’s an adults oriented hotel, and the limit is 12 years. Unfortunately, lots of kids below that age. 2) Service by the pool area is varying in quality - from acceptable to poor. Staff seemed untrained and uncoordinated plus many don’t speak English that well. 3) Breakfast service acceptable, but not great. The process of refilling the empty food bowls could be improved.

We found Nautilux to be a very friendly clean hotel with excellent amenities. Breakfast was a great selection and staff very accommodating. Liana who organised tours and day trips was excellent so helpful and friendly we were a family of 5 and we all loved it here only downside was internet was not good in our room

The hotel was great. The facilities and food were fantastic. The staff were amazing and deserve a lot of credit. I am vegan with a dairy allergy and my partner can’t have gluten and they were very attentive to make sure we ate well and created fresh food from scratch when there wasn’t anything we fancied in the buffet. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, and extremely modern. Pool and beach access was excellent. If you want to stay near the Rethymno town / on the main Rethymno beach, this looks like possibly the best hotel (we walked and drove the main beach and this appeared to be the nicest option). Also, the hotel has the advantage of a direct walk from the hotel pool to the ocean, while many other hotels you have to cross the street. Service was excellent and friendly and professional. It is about a 5 minute drive to the main town, but a little far to walk (possibly 30 minutes or so).

Very stylish hotel. Private, quiet and pretty beach with free sun beds, friendly staff. It’s about a 35 min walk to the old town (taxi 6€). From the looks of it one of the best hotels in Rethymno. We would highly recommend staying here.

Had a wonder 3 days at the resort. It is a stunning hotel and laid out beautifully. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive and the resort was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Just a couple of points to be aware of. When wet, the pool area is extremely slippery and dangerous when walking in bare feet. Also it is a 45 min walk into the Old Town and availability of cabs from the resort was limited.

This place looks incredible and is basically brand new with all of the amenities you want…nice beds, shower pressure, pool, spa, restaurant, etc. About a mile walk to old town Rethymno, but good restaurants in the area and a nice beach out front. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful, clean and stylish hotel. Wonderful pool areas and great to have the beach and beach sunbeds right in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinner buffet was also superb with so much choice and very tasty. I really enjoyed the yoga class and the aqua aerobics. The evening entertainment was great. The hotel is close to lots of good restaurants and is also close to Rethymno Old Town (40 minute walk or €7 taxi) which is beautiful.

Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because breakfast was the same thing everyday, I stayed there for 11 nights, and after a few days I got tired of eating the same thing. It would be nice if they would change it up with different options. Also, Maybe try covering up the fruits because there was nats flying around and landing on the fruit which was gross.

Excellent room and room service. Modern with many designer elements, super clean, also outside and on the beach. Excellent breakfast, super choice, all fresh, and veeery tasty. Not cheap, but definitely a real value for money. Suggest to all, and will return to this place next time.

Hotel luxueux. Les hambres sont spacieuses ,tres confortable hyper design. Le personnel est extrêmement prevenant. Le petit dejeuneux est delicieux ,tres diversifié en bord de piscine. 2 granes piscines exterieures tres agreables. Des transats partout très confortables. Plage privée sur une belle pkage. Bref un vrai paradis. A 5 min envoiture du centre touristique. Possibilité de manger sur plage le midi. Il e iste un buffet le soir que nous n avons pas testé . Parking fermé pour 9 euros par jour. Difficile de se harer autour. Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Breakfast buffet incredible. Staff were so pleasant all the time. Pools are wonderful. Hotel on beach. I would highly recommend this hotel! Restaurants in area excellent.
Breakfast buffet incredible. Staff were so pleasant all the time. Pools are wonderful. Hotel on beach. I would highly recommend this hotel! Restaurants in area excellent.

Beautiful, clean and stylish hotel. Wonderful pool areas and great to have the beach and beach sunbeds right in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinner buffet was also superb with so much choice and very tasty. I really enjoyed the yoga class and the aqua aerobics. The evening entertainment was great. The hotel is close to lots of good restaurants and is also close to Rethymno Old Town (40 minute walk or €7 taxi) which is beautiful.

Ocean was rough conditions; room upgrades were not as expected due to mini bar had half bottle of wine in it and no water or drinks to refill even though we asked. Very noisy and the other bad part was the air conditioning in the rooms were not very cool. Temp. never got cool enough and all doors needed to be locked in order to work. Lights in the bathroom was really bad. Other than all that the hotel was beautiful and the outside pools were clean. Buffet options were great for breakfast though dinner options were plenty but the food was cold.

This home is 5 star and will not disappoint. We had two rooms with hot tub. We also had breakfast buffet daily. We went to the spa twice and highly recommend using spa services. We did not eat dinner in the hotel b/c there are so many good options seaside or in the old town. Overall staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location of the hotel is amazing. It was easy to get sun chairs...and the beach access if very close (short walk 1-2 min). The hotel has many small restaurants nearby, if we want to stay local. The old town is a 30 min walk, but you can either walk on the beach to get there or past numerous restaurants and shops. It's a fun walk. If you want to take taxi, it is easy to get taxi and fee will be 8E. We had such a fun time and will come back next year. Cannot say anything negative about this property.

Rien à redire sur cet hôtel. Tout était impeccable. L'hôtel, la chambre, le service, les repas. La proximité de la plage. Juste a revoir le rangement dans les chambres qui est un peu limité. Globalement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
