They switched my room to something that I didn't pay for, had to go down and get it corrected and then switch rooms again. Had to do all this after paying 30 dollars for parking and couldn't even park on the property. Had to drive to the hotel behind theirs park on the 5th floor or higher then walk back to the hotel which was aggravating to say the least! You should be accommodated if you have to park off the property and walk that distance with luggage and food at night time. Room carpet was wet but after changing rooms once already we just sucked it up and stayed and the room was terribly hot all night. Very unfortunate stay!!

This hotel is very old not very well maintain . Carpets smell and the Lobby is too small and crowded always . I don’t recommend it .

From the beginning of my stay to the very end, the staff was extremely professional, polite, and welcoming. A special thank you to the tall gentleman who works in the mornings—he was wonderful! The check-in process was also amazing, and I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went. I truly appreciated the housekeeping staff taking the time to clean my room while I was out. That made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay, which was disappointing. Other than that, I had a great experience and will definitely look forward to staying here again! Also the warm cookies!!
