La alberca esta muy fria y no ponen nada de amenidades y me toco una habitaciones pegada al lobby y mucho ruido

Arquitectura muy interesante. El bufette dominical muy rico. Solo el agua de la alberca muuuuy fría. Volvería sin duda!

Mucho ruido, la alberca super pequeña, no habia conexion a internet.

The hot water didn’t work in the shower after 1 minute, then freezing cold. The spa wasn’t heated (as advertised on Expedia), otherwise a good simplified hotel room.

La alberta siempre esta fria y no le dan mantenimiento al agua tiene muchos animales Dicen qur tiene calentador solar pero como esta techada no le da para nada el sol

Habitación limpia, buen tamaño. Instalación limpia, jacuzzi en buen estado y muy tranquila la estancia. Restaurante buena atención de todo el personal, variedad de alimentos buen sazón y buenas bebidas. Gracias.

Staff was wonderful. They gym is nice. Rooms are great and the beds are super comfy.

Me gustó la tranquilidad, limpieza, diseño excepto que la habitación no tiene ventanas y regular la temperatura del agua para bañarme es complicado y se enfría cada 4 minutos.

The property is clean and we enjoyed our stay. Katie at the front desk and Guillermo in the restaurant were excellent.

Tener agua caliente en la regadera

Habitación limpia, buen tamaño. Instalación limpia, jacuzzi en buen estado y muy tranquila la estancia. Restaurante buena atención de todo el personal, variedad de alimentos buen sazón y buenas bebidas. Gracias.

No hay ventanas, ni en la habitación ni en el baño. Tuve que dejar la puerta de la habitación abierta para ventilar un poco. Fuera de eso, estaba limpio en general. Fue conveniente para una noche.

Todo estuvo excelente, la comida del restaurante realmente me sorprendió. Opciones diferentes y todo muy bien guisado, con un sazón riquísimo. El único “contra” que encontré es que las habitaciones no tienen ni iluminación natural, ni ventilación. El personal siempre muy amable. Definitivamente volvería.

Es servicio del restaurante regular, había mucha gente y no estaban preparados para antender a la gente, los meseros no se daban abasto

Alguien entro a mi cuarto a las 3AM porque la persona en el front desk le asigno mi cuarto!. como es posible?

El lugar es súper céntrico, muy cerca de la carretera, autopista, centro, gasolineras... La habitación es amplía y con excelente iluminación. Desgraciadamente el personal de recepción no tiene un deseo nato de servir. De hecho; solicitamos algún contenedor para poder poner en agua para las flores de mi pareja en recepción y nos dijeron que no tenían, no esperaba nada especial, al menos una cubeta o lo que fuera pero el hombre de la recepción no hizo mucho por ayudarme. Hize una solicitud similar con alguien del personal de limpieza y dijeron que traería algo para las flores y nunca regresó.

No respetaron mi reservación, pagué y no me devolvieron el dinero, no reconocieron sus errores

The hotel was fine. It’s newer and well kept. The area around the hotel is desolate. A 20 minute walk brings you go the mall but there’s nothing close to the hotel. Not even a convenience store. The restaurant is fine for an overpriced hotel restaurant but this is a locally owned Mexican hotel. I expected more from the food. I have a house in Mexico, my husband is Mexican. I know the food. This was typical overpriced hotel food in any country. But I will say all oh the staff who worked in the restaurant where excellent. The hotel staff where also excellent. Tbe service from management sucked. -5 stars. So 1 star because the staff was 6 stars. Why was management terrible? I booked with an option to change my reservation with 24 hours notice. I gave 72 hours notice I needed to change to checkout 1 day early. The desk clerk said no I can’t because o booked through an online agency. I called the agency and they called the hotel. I heard the desk agent answer the phone when they called and I heard her hang up. I heard them call 4 more times with no answer. They finally came back to me and explained and I told them I was able to hear it all. They then emailed the manager for a resolution because I was entitled to a refund for the day I needed to cancel. TBD manager also ignored them and they said they would remove this hotel from their site. But I want to warn everyone else. Do not book here if you might need to change a reservation.

El buffet estaba delicioso! La atención excelente

Habría que hacer notar que el estacionamiento da a la carretera. Se fue la luz por mas de 1 hira

Las instalaciones y ubicación del hotel son muy prácticas y funcionales. Excelente atención y agilidad en trámites.
