Esta en un buen lugar, el personal nl sabe como funciona laa reservaciones, el estacionamiento es con elevador de auto pero no sabian ni que boton era para subir ni para bajar eso se me hizo super inseguro, alguien del personal nos abrio la puerta a las 7 am, le falta ventilacion a la recmara

The place is under renovations and everything is in the hallways. The paint on the walls is coming of or dirty. The shower door looks like is going to fall and water comes out leaving a pool of water in the bathroom. The place is well situated and quiet for Polanco near Masaryk. But until they finish the renovations I won't choose that place.

Bathroom was clean but with mold in shower corner . Staff super friendly and nice. I suggest putting handrails at the hotel entrance and lobby.

Es una Residencia de aspecto anticuado, los muebles eran viejos, la primer habitación que nos otorgaron tenia platos sucios en el lavatrastes y el baño estaba sucio-. Nos cambiaron de habitación, a una limpia. La cama estaba cómoda, nos dijeron que si ensuciabamos la sabana abria que pagar $100 adicionales, habia un toalla dura en el baño. No hicieron el servicio de limpieza, dijeron que no habia ido a trabajar la muchacha que limpiaba pero si vimos que limpiaron otras habitaciones. Fue un precio alto para el tipo de servicio recibido.

Muy cerca de lugares y restaurantes No me gustó la falta de limpieza y más en la cama. La sábana tenía una mancha que indicaba que no se caminaron. La TV no servía. El baño no tenía lugares para poner tus productos de higiene. El piso se sentía un poco pegajoso. Échenle ganitas amigos del hotel.

La peor experiencia en hospedaje. Lo único bueno es el servicio de cocina y las chichas de recepción. El lugar no tiene calidad, no es lo que una espera al reservar en esa zona de la ciudad. Realmente no es un buen lugar. Las sábanas manchadas de cosas raras, toallas rotas, ruidos incómodos, sin ventilación. No se dejen engañar por la fotos. Este es un problema gerencial no es del personal.

Room bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. Mold smell in the room was very strong. Asked for another room, they provided an alternative with no mold but also no internet, no tv…

El peor alojamiento que he reservado en Cdmx. Muy sucio, lleno de hongos el baño y habitaciones muy descuidadas. Control de recepción muy malo, a mi check in me dieron una habitación ocupada. Nada recomendable me preocupa la seguridad y los riesgos de salud de tener baños con hongos y cancelerías en mal estado. Había reservado por una semana, pedí mi reembolso porque decidí reservar en otro lugar dadas las condiciones de higiene y seguridad y se negaron a reembolsarme. Pésimo servicio, nada recomendable.

Llegué a la habitación y el piso estaba muy sucio, estaba en muy mal estado la habitación y además no tenía cortinas. Se los comenté en recepción y dudosamente Me dijeron que llamarían a mantenimiento, pero por cómo me lo dijeron me di cuenta que no iban a arreglar nada, entonces le pedí que por favor me cambiaran entonces de habitación a lo que me respondieron que ya estaban llenos. Al cabo de unos 40 minutos que no pasó nada, contacté directamente ayuda en Hotels.com, quienes me asistieron muy amablemente y me dijeron que se pondrían en comunicación con el hotel, incluso me dijeron que no habían tenido respuesta en recepción, pero siguieron atendiéndome, yo les comenté que estaba muy molesta por esto porque yo no soy ninguna administradora para estarles, diciendo nada, y de además si no tienen habitaciones equipadas, no deberían de estar disponibles. En un rato más llegó la recepcionista de Nuevo, a decirme que efectivamente no había nadie de mantenimiento, y que me podían dar la habitación que estaba enfrente. Entonces si tenían otras habitaciones, sólo no querían tomarse la molestia de darme una mejor habitación. Cuando entro a esta otra habitación, me doy cuenta que el tubo de la cortina está caído casi a la mitad, pero yo ya lo que quería era descansar y por lo menos este cuarto sí tenía cortinas. Al día siguiente me fui casi huyendo de ese hotel, y aproveché para comentarle de nuevo a la recepcionista, lo del tubo de la cortina caída Y contesto desinteresadamente “ok”.

Un lugar con muy mal servicio, habitacion sucia, baño sucio, pedi 3 veces que limpiaran y no hubo manera. A las 4 pm del dia siguiente me negue por mi alergia a entrar a la habitación y me entregaron a las 7 pm. Malisimo todo. Solo el perdonal de la cafeteria muy amable.

Realmente las fotografías en la web no son las actuales, el baño mal lavado, los.muebles y cojines viejos, detras de la puerta de la habitación tienen años sin limpiar, las paredes del baño remendadas con plastilina, hagan casos a las opiniones de quienes estuvimos alli, No lo recomiendo.

El punto mas fuerte de este hotel es su personal de servicio (todos son muy amables y serviciales) y la ubicación que es bastante buena, el problema es que las paredes son de papel y las puertas son anti privacidad, la puerta de mi cuarto estaba pegada en ángulo de 45° grados con la puerta de la habitación de al lado y a su vez hay una puerta de acceso para poder entral al pasillo comun de ambas puertas... los huespedes de al lado estaban en actividades de esoterismo y atendiendo "clientes" ya que escuché todo lo que estuvieron realizando y a todos los "clientes" que estuvieron atendiendo desde las 8 a las 3:30 am que salió el último y que por fin pude dormir, la televisión de mi cuarto no funcionaba y se quedó congelada en la pantalla de inicio desde que hice check in... en fin, de no ser por el Sr. Neri, la Sra Juany y las chicas de recepción, mi estancia habría sido fatídica.

Room 504 with no A/C (Temperature at the time of entry 110°F, no jokes). We asked for a fan and they gave us an industrial one. So we had to decide between the scorching heat or the terrible noise. In resume; one of the most terrible nights I had in my life. I don’t know if all the rooms had no A/C , but now it’s the hottest month in Mexico City and if you are planning to spend a stay in this place, you have been warned. Also the room needs an urgent replacement of floor. There are some missing tiles in the floor which are dangerous at night if you don’t turn on the lights.

The property was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent. You have to sleep with the windows open and it was so loud! There was people making loud noise until 3am and they started again at 7am, so even with white noise, I barely slept. Unless you can sleep through anything, I’d stay away.

The staff is really nice and helpful! The location is also really nice. My only but is that the room didn’t have AC, something that I didn’t like. But the rest is all good!

Very clean and personnel very friendly and helpful. The drawback was the lack or air conditioner and the fan available too noisy, so we had to turned it up so nights were not very comfortable

Quite disappointed, no A/C, no safe in the room, and when asked if I could change rooms in order to get one with a safe box, I was offered a portable safe box, which thought could be a joke. The only ceiling light in the room was very low, and couldn’t see well, and the night stand lamp wasn’t working. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay open, and the water on the sink wouldn’t drain. On top, I could hear everything out of my room since I had to leave the window open because there wasn’t any A/C, so couldn’t sleep. Just before leaving, I was surprised to find out they had a breakfast area on the roof top, but quite limited. Only coffe and eggs (no bread). The chef very kindly cooked me a cheese omelette, which was nice. The only good thing, is that I only stayed for a night and had to leave towards the airport quite early in the morning.

The room was extremely old. You could easily hear your neighbors. The towels very old and they were almost gray. The facility needs updating. The plus side is the staff and the location. The lady who prepared breakfast was amazing. After asking them to move us to a better room, we were moved to a room that they changed its floor and it smelled of the glues for the floor. We kept the windows open but it didn’t help. The room was being renovated and it had nothing. They brought us a lamp and a chair. Also the wifi was very slow.

the rooms are very basic, the noise is felt in all rooms. the door of our room did not work, the safe did not work either.

I have stayed here many times over the last several years. This time was totally different. Previous stays, the rooms were very clean, staff very friendly. This time the rooms were not very clean, only 2 towels and one had several holes in it. I was booked for 3 nights, after the first night they knocked on my door at 4pm asking why I hadn't checked out. Told them I was there for 3 nights not one, they proceeded to ask me for my reservation confirmation. After that they finally cleaned the room at 5pm. The front desk staff are not friendly, not once did they acknowledge me anytime I walked by them. Nobody there to help with luggage anymore. The only person who was friendly was Juana who is a lovely lady making breakfast on the patio. The location is fabulous but the hotel has gone downhill over the last year.

Excelente hotel el personal es muy amable y siempre están al pendiente para brindarte un buen servicio y que tengas una buena estancia, la cocina es bastante buena y el personal de seguridad siempre está al pendiente de todo

This property denied me to use two rooms together even when I had booked TWO rooms. Then I was locked out in my room, I couldn’t get out!! The phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t call reception to ask them to come and open the door for me. I called from my cell phone and nobody answered, I had to leave a voicemail and sent chats through Expedia NOBODY could help me. By chance through the window I asked another guest to help me out and call reception. I was ready to call the police. Staff only came opened the door said phone wasn’t working and they would try to fix the tv. Obviously they did nothing! The receptionist also got locked in my room when trying to show me there was no issue with the door!! She had to call another employee. In summary, this property is poorly managed, locks don’t work, phone doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work, the room Locked poorly with many holes on the wall, I definitely would never recommend it to anyone. I requested to talk to a manager and I was always denied that to talk to someone. It was a very disappointing experience, Expedia should have higher standards for their customers and more accurate star ratings for their properties.

Es un hotel que luce elegante en la portada y el lobby, sin embargo parece hace falta personal. En la tarde tuve un problema con mi baño (se tapo) y la chica de recepción fue quien me llevo el destapador por que ya no había nadie más, de igual manera mencionaba incluia plancha y burro los cuales al no encontrar también me los llevo la chica de recepción la cual tuvo mucha disponibilidad y amabilidad para hacerlo. Baño con regadera con techo cuarteado y cayendose capa de pintura. Es comodo el lugar por que es tranquilo y el aire acondicionado es amplio. Pero no hay casi ningún objeto en el cuarto, no hay mas rollos de papel más que el que te ponen tampoco.

They changed my reservation last minute to a different location and the room didn’t have AC, it was very hot at night and difficult to sleep. However the staff was very friendly and cooperative in everything, but I think they can improve in the room quality overall.

Nos cambiaron de Hotel, el cual estaba sucio y requiere de cambio de blancos en especial almohadas los colchones muy duros y teníamos desayuno incluido el Cual nos mencionaron que estaría en el segundo piso y nos mandaron nuevamente a otro hotel, muy mala logística

La verdad no tengo ninguna queja del hotel. Personal muy amable, el servicio de limpieza en la habitación perfecto, el desayuno incluido la verdad está muy bien y el hotel está bonito y cómodo. Si regreso a la CDMX, me hospedaré de nuevo ahí.

Elegant classic hotel in a very quiet part of Polanco with very reasonable prices in comparison to other properties in the area. The staff are exceptionally attentive and super nice. The included full breakfast is an extra bonus that none of the other hotels in this area offer. Our suite included a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and a separate master bedroom with private bath, and was within 2 minutes walking distance to the Polanco campus of UNAM where I was taking clases. This was a long term stay for us and we couldn’t have been happier. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great value for what you pay right in Polanco

Great place to stay near embassies. Excellent location close to shopping and dining. Clean. Friendly staff. No A/C but it wasn’t an issue since we had great weather.

Within walking distance to many restaurants in a safe neighborhood. Beautiful park nearby with museums and castle to visit. The first night the bathroom had a foul odor. As we stayed and used the restrooms the odor went away. Beds were hard and I am used to a softer mattress so a good night sleep was hard to come by. Single air conditioner in living room, so bedrooms didn't stay as cool as you would like. The last couple of nights the outside temp dropped so rooms did cool down due to cool front that came in. Staff was very friendly and easy check-in. Rooftop breakfast was enjoyable but menu was limited to eggs or omelet and coffee with toast. The young lady working breakfast was the sweetest and waited on your every need. Price was very affordable for what you get here.

The sound separation between rooms was very bad, so sometimes noise from other rooms is annoying. Breakfast is very very basic.

First they moved me to another hotel because rooms issues. In this new hotel they offer a 7am breakfast, I went to the restaurant and they told me that the chefs has not arrived, so no breakfast. All restaurant around are closed. This is a big deal for me

Excelente lugar, cómodo y buen lugar. Repetiría pero no tomaría el desayuno porque no vale la pena.
