Estuvo aceptable. Habitación comoda,limpia, bien ubicado. Solo creo que deberian extender una hora por lo menos el horario del desayuno. Y mejorar el tiempo de respuesta a las solicitudes, por ejemplo, pedi toallas y se tardaron casi dos horas....La alberca demasiada pequeña....

I booked this hotel specifically because of the airport shuttle. However, I learned that the shuttle only operates after 6am. I was very disappointed! This should be disclosed up front. International flights leave very early in the morning. Thus, the shuttle service should be provided accordingly, if indeed they want to advertise it. Otherwise it’s just a trap!

When I booked the room, I paid for the top option, thinking that I would get a room with a front view, but it didn't work that way. According to the reservation, breakfast was included; however, when I went down for breakfast, the options were limited. If I wanted eggs or real breakfast food, I was charged each day. Cleanliness in the room was good, the halls and other places were average. The hotel needs some remodeling; the elevators are small. In terms of service, the personnel were good.

Tuvimos una experiencia desagradable. Pedimos una cuna la cual nos trajeron posterior a solicitarla en 2 ocasiones. La cuna de pésima calidad solamente al poner la cobija la tabla de madera (base de cuna) se cayó. Otra cosa es que el gimnasio Los aparatos estaban sucios de sudor de otras personas q se ve que no limpian hace mucho y sus recipientes de toallitas desinfectantes vacías. Y también el lavabo de baño del cuarto no drenaba bien se reportó a recepción y nunca lo arreglaron. Para terminar el desayuno que incluye solamente es barra fría y la barra caliente y huevos chilaquiles es con costo extra 290 por persona y eso no lo dice en la reservacion. La verdad precio beneficio no conviene hay otras cadenas que ofrecen mejor servicio y desayuno por el mismo costo.

Las habitaciones están limpias y cómodas, sin embargo nos tocó una regadera que no tenía buena pendiente y se inundaba todo el baño. Había humedad y hongos en nuestro techo de la habitación, resultando en un olor extraño.

Buen hotel. La verdad espera que la habitación fuera más amplia. Todo esta muy reducido. Pero es algo comprensible por el tipo de hotel que es. El plus si le queda bien, esta excelente la alberca, todas las instalaciones nuevas, limpias y bien cuidadas. El desayuno que incluye...esta excelente.

The room was pretty clean but small. the bed was not terrible but could be better, the bathroom was very small probably the smallest l have ever seen. The breakfast had fruit cereal bread no hot food unless you order from the menu the staff was nice would I stay there again probably not there are a lot better hotels for just a little more money

Reservé y pagué desde antes una habitación con cama tamaño King size y cuando llegué ya me habían asignado una habitación con dos camas queen dada a la “disponibilidad “. Una de las razones por la que elegí el hotel era por la “disponibilidad “ de la cama king ya que iba con mi hija de 2 años y nos tocaba dormir juntas. De haber sabido antes que me cambiarían de cama a dos queens no hubiera reservado en ese hotel.

Muy mala atención, cuando llegué me salieron con la novedad que hablan cancelado mi reservación porque ocupaban habitaciones por qué había un evento y pues que decidieron sin aviso cancelar la habitación, al final como me enoje mucho y les dije que no me iba a ir , que me tenían que dar una habitación, me dieron una doble en donde el cuarto es muy pequeño, la verdad muy mala atención

According to the reservation, breakfast was included; however, when I went down for breakfast, the options were limited. If I wanted eggs or real breakfast food, I was charged each day. Cleanliness in the room was good, the halls and other places were average. The hotel needs some remodeling; the elevators are small. In terms of service, the personnel were good.

Very basic amenities. I have stayed here before, but the hotel keeps getting worse. Recently, they did away with hot breakfast and kept their prices for the rooms the same. So the overall value and experience are lower. Sad. There are some nice people that work there.
