Muy mal experiencia. Tuve que cambiarme de hotel nada más llegar. Las instalaciones son viejas y con mal mantenimiento. Al llegar a mi habitación había una araña en el techo encima de la cama, una bombilla colgando de un foco, faltaban baldosas de la pared de la ducha, sin aire acondicionado (solo con un ventilador pequeño pegado a la pared). El personal fue amable y tras explicarles la situación me ofrecieron alternativas pero la experiencia de la habitación fue tan mala que preferí cambiar de hotel. El personal muy bien, las instalaciones de hostal.

Ademas de viejo,tuvimos una fuga de agua en el aire acondicionado y se nos mojaron varias cosas . En ningun momento tuvimos la posibilidad de cambiar de habitacion ni tuvimos ningun descuento o mejora en la factura. Por lo tanto para mi horrible y no volveria ni loco . MENOS MAL QUE SOLO FUE UN DIA

The hotel is almost 90 years old (sincer 1932), so you have to admire first of all the good maintenance. The reception team îs very profesional, welcoming and careful. The cleaning team îs fast and highly efficient. The breakfast team is doing it's best, but overcrowded moments are difficult to handle. The location îs great, în San Marcos Grand Via. Leon îs charming. Yes, I would stay there again.

Major disappointment was that the room was absolutely nothing like the photos. A single room was comparable to staying at a YMCA. Clean, but really dated, probably much like from when it was built. Not worth the cost and barely a 3 star. Place was noisy, not comfortable. The staff are good, and doing the best they can. I don't know where the room pictures are from, but not the room I was placed in.

The hotel was a ok but the shower/bath was tiny and shower curtain stuck to you as you showered because it was so small. It was also looking a bit grubby and could do with redecorating. Also, because of the décor and flooring, the sound reverberates around the hotel and noisy guests coming in at 2 in the morning shouting makes it very unpleasant.

The location was in a good neighborhood and close to all. This hotel had a very helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast! My single room was clean and adequate for my needs but a bit run down and old fashioned. Still, it was perfectly ok for my 3 night stay and comfortable.

El hotel no está mal para un par de días, pero deberían modernizar, puerta de entrada a la habitación, armario y quitar la cortina de baño por una mampara. Eso sí, la ubicación muy buena y tener una plaza de aparcamiento en la puerta gratis es un puntazo a favor.

This is a very solid hotel which is quite closely situated to downtown. It's very close to the train/bus station/car rental which was great. There are close places to eat meals. The staff was really great and friendly!

El hotel no está mal para un par de días, pero deberían modernizar, puerta de entrada a la habitación, armario y quitar la cortina de baño por una mampara. Eso sí, la ubicación muy buena y tener una plaza de aparcamiento en la puerta gratis es un puntazo a favor.

The location was in a good neighborhood and close to all. This hotel had a very helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast! My single room was clean and adequate for my needs but a bit run down and old fashioned. Still, it was perfectly ok for my 3 night stay and comfortable.

The hotel is almost 90 years old (sincer 1932), so you have to admire first of all the good maintenance. The reception team îs very profesional, welcoming and careful. The cleaning team îs fast and highly efficient. The breakfast team is doing it's best, but overcrowded moments are difficult to handle. The location îs great, în San Marcos Grand Via. Leon îs charming. Yes, I would stay there again.

Truly super clean rooms and the staff was so excellent and kind..if you don't get the breakfast included it's 10 euro and it had a very lovely selection. Everything was fresh and the cortado from the coffee machine was my absolute favorite! Really loved this hotel. I came for the solar eclipse and I would go back just to stay in this comfy no frills hotel again!
