Comfort Inn Philadelphia International Airport West

3 of 6 pillows had stains, bathroom was not cleaned and still had urine on the back of the toilet from previous people. The shower needs a deep cleaning. There was hair on the floor next to the bed and in the bathroom, you can tell that floors were not swept or mopped. Will not stay again, it was horrible and uncomfortable. Met a staff member that told us we should book rooms on the 5th, 6th and 7th floor because they were ‘cleaner’…we were on the 4th floor. The eggs at breakfast had hair in it.

Staff was incredibly nice and friendly. I had mold in my bathroom and room door was not very secure/ weak. Beds were comfortable.

Clean rooms and helpful staff

The airport shuttle was easy to find and was on time as scheduled, even though it was a 4 am pick-up. There is not a restaurant there, just the breakfast buffet area. Check-in was slow, and the hotel seemed to be understaffed. The beds were comfortable, but the room could have been cleaner.
