Everything was very good and there was a nice little restaurant attached to the hotel that we ate at. Hospitality was awesome. Everything was clean. We were very much accommodated.

Staff was great. Shuttle to and from airport was efficient and timely. It’s an older hotel and you can tell they are updating some things. Breakfast was good! Waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels etc. Overall a great stay!

I wouldn’t know what the property was like or area around it. Our connecting flight was delayed 24 hours so we missed our final flight and had to find a place to stay. When booking they said to call when we arrived and they would pick us up. We called 4 times last time they answered and never picked us up or refunded our room cost. We had to book another place to stay at 4 am

Sketchy area. Limited parking. There was no parking available when we checked-in at 7:00 pm. The receptionist directed us to a parking lot across the street that was sketchy and told us they weren’t responsible if our vehicle was vandalized! Breakfast not great. Went to eat at 7:30am, no more eggs and they did not replenish. Only other option was cold sausage and toast. Room was musty. Hair in bathroom floor and dirty toilet. Do not recommend.

Stayed for 2 night for a funeral and had a terrible experience on top of the grief i was already dealing with. Checked in on 10/29/25 and was not greeted at all. In fact, im pretty sure she was pissed because I interrupted the Celtics game. I was asked for my ID and that was the only communication we had. She didnt tell me where my room was, how to get there, or breakfast info. I said thanks and she rolled her eyes and went back to the basketball game on TV. When I arrived in my room, I could t help but notice how dirty everything was. The bathroom had hair on the walls, all in the tub, all over the floor, and all over the door. All the blankets were stained. I felt gross both nights I stayed. When checking out the morning of 10/31, I approached the desk to check out. When I walked to the counter the guy immediately answered the phone and ignored that I even existed. He rolled his eyes and asked if I was checking out or something. I said yes and then waved his hand to give him the key. Didn't even offer a receipt or anything. I had enough and just ra. As far as I could from this place. Now here is the funny thing, they kept my $100 deposit for God knows why. I had to wipe dirty hair out the shower and disinfect everything I came in contact with. I should be the one stealing a $100 deposit for even considering this place to stay. Im pretty sure I heard gunshots one night right outside also

Room was dirty! Microwave had smdried up food spilled over. Sheets were dirty with make up. Lipstick on door, bathroom has pee and pubic hair on seat, tub had mold. Moved me to another room and still dirty. House keeping not available after 3pm. It was HORRIBLE its more a motel fornight walkers.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The front desk staff and manager were nice. There was some hair in the shower and the comforter was dirty. When I asked for it to be replaced. They dropped off a new one but did not switch out the old one. Because I had to switch out the old one I was able to see how filthy it really was. I wouldn’t stay there again. They do have good lighting in the bathroom though!

It was an older building which is fine, but it wasn’t a clean room. The towels that were presumably folded as “clean” were dirty and hadn’t been washed. Stains/spots on the towels came off with use. There was a dusty type dirt on the floor. There was hair and remnants of the previous person showering there. It seemed the only thing taken care of in the room was the bedding. The sink had small unknown fuzz balls in it as well. The staff was friendly and courteous, and it was fairly easy to catch a Lyft from the location, but I wouldn’t stay at this location again due to the lack of cleanliness. There was a significant gap between the door and the door frame. This made me concerned about the security of the door and the bolt being able to securely latch. Again the staff was friendly, but due to the lack of upkeep I’d stay at a different Comfort Inn or a different hotel.

The only positive I can say is the beds were comfortable. When we went to check in, they gave us a room that was still being cleaned so we had to go back down and get another room assigned to us. The room was clean, but could use updated. The curtains were broken and walls dirty. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, which was nice.When we went into the room though, the air conditioner was on yet it was 26° outside. It sounds like the window is open, but it’s not. There are constant sirens from police and ambulances going by. To hear the TV we had to turn it up to 50. There were only ice machines on two of the seven floors. I’m not familiar with the area, but I would venture to say it looks and sounds like we are not in a good part of town.

Decidedly average, fine for a place to rest your head before a flight but would recommend elsewhere for other stays. Smelled of cigarettes and cannabis in the hallways, my toilet paper holder was falling off, handle on door didn’t feel secure and the top lock didn’t have a hook. But it had a bed, shower and free shuttle, so I’m okay with what I paid.

It was a surprise when I realized it was across the street from the fire station. In any case, it was quiet at night. However, it was windy in Philly, and that created a disturbing whistling all night long. Avoid rooms at the end of the aisle, because I think that made it specially exposed to the wind.

I looked at the reviews and decided to stay based on the positive comments from recent posts. The hotel is in need of some TLC; however ,the staff was prompt, courteous, and my room was clean and comfortable. For the price and last minute accommodations, I was not disappointed. It's very close to the airport and it was very quiet.

The property is a bit old and shows its age. The cold water in our room sink was turned off for some reason. Had to turn the valve under the sink to get it on. Hot water took a long time to reach the room. Staff was attentive.

When I walked to the counter the guy immediately answered the phone and ignored that I even existed. He rolled his eyes and asked if I was checking out or something. I said yes and then waved his hand to give him the key. Didn't even offer a receipt or anything. I had enough and just ra. As far as I could from this place. Now here is the funny thing, they kept my $100 deposit for God knows why. I had to wipe dirty hair out the shower and disinfect everything I came in contact with. I should be the one stealing a $100 deposit for even considering this place to stay. Im pretty sure I heard gunshots one night right outside also

I wouldn’t know what the property was like or area around it. Our connecting flight was delayed 24 hours so we missed our final flight and had to find a place to stay. When booking they said to call when we arrived and they would pick us up. We called 4 times last time they answered and never picked us up or refunded our room cost. We had to book another place to stay at 4 am

If you want to stay safe stay elsewhere. The front desk gave us rooms that were already occupied not once but twice we walked in on people at 10pm. They have no idea how to run the place. Stay away!

It worked for our needs, and unexpected overnight following a flight cancellation. The staff were welcoming and flexible and arranged for the shuttle to come pick us up. Beyond the lobby, the hotel felt pretty run down. Scratched elevators, peeling paint, etc. Our bathroom door was warped and didn’t fit its frame, and the linoleum floors in our room were sticky. Breakfast was typical: waffle maker, bread, yogurt, cereal. I was disappointed to see a staff member turn away a guest who tried to make a waffle a few minutes after breakfast closed. We have waited an hour to be picked up from the airport after arrival. 1st we have been told that driver picked up someone else (and I knew about this only because I called 40 min or so later to double check. I repeated our exact location and 25 min later a driver called. Apparently he was looking for us in departures (?!). After arrival to the hotel the receptionist wasn't very nice, she barely spoke to us and we didn't have the opportunity to ask couple questions- she took personal call and we had to wait until she relented and answered our questions still being on the phone. Room wasn't very clean (we are NOT clean freaks) which didn't add to good impression. On the bright side - the beds were comfortable, breakfast started at 6am and at 7am sharp we had a ride to airport. Driver double checked the room # to make sure noone was left behind.

After staying in various locations near Aston, we found a better experience for less money. This place felt dirty and had a bad smell; it’s definitely not worth the price. I do not recommend it at all. Additionally, it's located across from a fire station, so you can hear all the sirens, which was awful.

The property was decent, but aged. I'm not sure why its called Airport West... it's in downtown Chester. Could be noisy at times (the hotel was next to a rescue/fire station), and there was an abundance of not so friendly looking people walking the streets at all hours. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My first time at the Comfort Inn. I was traveling with an 8 year old. The neighborhood is not very safe but ince in the hotel, it's fine. Staff is pleasant, common areas clean. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable and linens nice. The room had a small refrigerator and a coffee pot. Complimentary breakfast was a nice perk. Perfect for a one night stay.

The pictures on the website are not the same as you check into the hotel. The hotel is in need of upgrades. The breakfast could’ve been better. The service at breakfast was horrible. The hotel was fully booked and you run out of food. It was not welcoming. The lobby area should be more welcoming with more flowers and decorations, it was only convenient because it was six minutes away from the casino

Hotel is certainly a value. Old, but clean and comfortable. We checked in late at night and there were 2 people at the front desk but one person seemed less experienced and needed help constantly. So check in was quite long. The staff were very nice though and apologetic. In the room, the iron didn’t work and we really needed it. The front desk told me I’d have to wait an hour for a maintenance worker to come which was too late for us. Breakfast was great! Overall, food stay, right near Widener Univ

The location is extremely convenient if visiting Widener University. Overall, I think this location is fine for the price. The bed was comfortable, there was a light continental breakfast, and there is a fridge/microwave in the room. However, the bathroom was really bad. The bottom of the shower curtain and the rim around the floor was all covered in mold, it looks like they started to put primer on the walls and maybe never came back to paint, there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang a towel (not even a hook on the door), the only light was the dim mirror and there was no shelf/cabinet/or counter space to put anything down. I would stay again, they just need to give a little attention to the bathrooms!

Room was outdated but comfortable for two nights. Parking was horrible as not enough spaces due to people leaving their cars there while the Lu take the hotel shuttle to the an airport in order to avoid airport parking. Hotel was in a low income high crime area according locals but didn’t matter. Staff was nice suck as at check in and cleaning staff were friendly
