Clean, friendly to our dogs, a differentiator was 24 hour pool instead of typical 10 pm close, and 24 hour coffee and juice was a nice vibe. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels, and staff person very attentive. Lobby was lovely, again, compared to "normal" hotels of this type. And price was reasonable. I would stay again.

Pool was dirty hot tub didn’t work. They charged me an extra 50$ deposit when I got here, treated me like dirt besides. Room was dingy.

Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Rooms and linens were clean and included basic needed items. Pool and jacuzzi area were nice with attached outdoor patio. Breakfast was full of options and was good. Beautiful full view of the East Bay. Thank you!

We had a great stay, room was nice, great water pressure in the shower. Loved that we had access to the hot tub and pool area 24 hours, it was nice to go in when no kids in there. Also the breakfast was delicious. If we end up in Traverse City again, we will definitely be staying here. We were also traveling with our 2 dogs, they are very pet friendly.

Had a great long wekeend stay here to visit family. The property is clean and well kept, beautiful view but unfortunately did not get to experience it with where our room was. There was more variety for the incuded breakfast than any other hotel we've stayed at, so that was a nice surprise. Truly the only downside was the that the pool was a bit murky for the kids (but they still had fun), and the lack of view from our room. We would definitely stay here again!

The entire property was well-kept, our room was quite comfortable, with plenty of hot water, just far enough out of town to be affordable and yet still have quick access. The 24-hour pool and gym hours, with adult-only hours between 11pm and 9am was a big draw for us.

Great convenient location; the breakfast was very good, bed was comfortable; the only negative is the room was a little musty and smelled like someone smoked in there in the past.

The property staff are wonderful and friendly - sharing information about events in the area during our stay. The room was also clean and it’s obvious the staff works hard to clean rooms, but the room had a terrible smell I’m guessing was the carpet because the bed and linens were perfect. A friend staying in another room on another floor had the same experience while another friend, ironically staying with their dog, didn’t have this experience. Recommend the hotel management address the source of the odor in some of the rooms. Note for light sleepers - ask for a room on top floor, lower floors with rooms above are noisy when guests are walking around in room above.

The common areas in the hotel seemed to be quite clean, however, our room was as clean as I hoped it would be. I did some cleaning myself with some wet ones. The bathroom door was especially dirty and parts of the shower. On the other hand, I want to give kudos to the breakfast assistant. He was amazing! He kept everything full, all the counters organized and neat, the tables were clean, he offered his assistance to anyone that needed help and was also very friendly and up-beat even at the 9:00 rush. I have never encountered that even at a 5 star hotel.

Staff were very friendly but the rooms were not clean… There were hairs on the bed, weird stains on the carpet, and a blood stain on the wall.

Nice facility with good parking and a nice view of the bay. Very good breakfast options for hot or cold breakfast. Biggest problem was terrible WiFi. Very slow and had to reconnect constantly. Should’ve been better these days.

Room and hotel were clean. Hot water in the shower could have been better. Mattress was very firm, if you like your mattress like that. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Gorgeous view of the bay was a plus.

Location was excellent. Unfortunately they were sold out of rooms and our rooms air-conditioning was broke. And it's was very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. We did however get a fan from front desk to help some.

Hotel was ok but not great. They allow pets so I occasionally heard a dog barking and I was also woken up a couple times by the sound of loud doors closing. I would recommend asking for a room off the 1st floor so you don't hear people running in and out of the indoor pool. Staff was very nice and room was clean.

The air was difficult to get working. After it came on smelled bad ( moldy). Had to shut it off. Snd open window. Which was extremely loud with traffic I then had to ask for a fan

The hotel’s location is nice. There wasn’t any conditioner in the shower. I called to ask for a refill since they are locked. I waited an hour and no one showed up. That was disappointing given I have long hair and conditioner is important. I would prefer them just saying we are really busy rather than we will send someone right up and no one comes.

I was very frustrated and disappointed with my hotels.com experience. I had to travel for business and booked my room over a month in advance. Unfortunately due to illness I could not check in on Monday of my Monday through Thursday stay. I was planning to arrive on Tuesday. So on Saturday morning I called Hotels.com to let them know. They said they would reach out to the hotel and ask them to credit the one night. I was told they were unable to reach the property. They asked higher management to try to reach the hotel. I arrived on Tuesday to check in and my hotel stay had been cancelled. I was not credited for my reservation. I had to pay for a separate reservation for my stay. The hotel said they have someone on duty 24 hours a day and they had not received any reach out on my behalf. The hotel manager has been amazing where the hotels.com organization has been very disappointing!

We checked in around 7:30-ish and the young lady on the desk was very friendly and helpful as far as acquainting us with the hotel and a couple great restaurants nearby. The room was modern, very clean, well stocked and we would definitely stay there again. Since it was off season the rate was amazing.

Mattress was horrible woke up to back ache. Checked in a Wednesday no housekeeping done to my room left on a Friday. Had to call front desk 2 different time to get wash clothes and towels.

I read a lot of reviews in the area and yours were the best The reviews lived up to what I expected. So everything was good. We paid extra for a bay view but it was noisy being next to the road. So live and learn

The property is across from the Traverse City bay and has a beautiful view. It has easy access to us31 which can be taken along the water to get you to downtown. The front desk and Steven, the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful!

there was 24hr coffee which was awesome along with the complimentary breakfast. The location was perfect - outside of the main hustle bustle but across from the lake. The staff was super helpful and nice. I would stay again and recommend to friends.
