Hotel que poderia ser cotado com mais estrelas, perfeito. Quarto excelente, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho muito boas. Fomos super bem atendidas, staff super atencioso, sempre prontos a nos proporcionar uma estada perfeita . Os jardins muito bem cuidados, o interno é muito bonito, com oliveiras centenárias bem preservadas. Piscina deliciosa, e tem também um belíssimo Spa, por uma valor bem convidativo. É ofertado ao hospede um voucher que dá direito a entrada em um Lido, é como eles chamam os nosso beach club. Super recomendo esse hotel!

The hotel was perfectly clean, my small suggestion is to make the lighting more yellow, and add some carpeting. There wasn’t much to do in the area, but it made parking very easy.

Besonders im Restaurant und beim Frühstück war der Service enttäuschend: Bestellungen wurden regelmäßig vergessen oder falsch ausgeführt. Ein Negativbeispiel war der Barmanager, der nach fünf Tagen, an denen wir täglich dieselben Getränke (Espresso Macchiato und Americano) bestellt hatten, unsere Bestellung erneut falsch ausführte. Als ich den falsch servierten Cappuccino zurückbrachte, reagierte er nicht etwa mit einer Entschuldigung, sondern schickte seinen Mitarbeiter zu uns, um einzig uns nach der Zimmernummer zu fragen – ein Verhalten, das wir als unprofessionell empfanden. Das Essen selbst war eher unterdurchschnittlich und konnte mit der eleganten Aufmachung – Stoffservietten, weiße Tischdecken und eine auf Hochglanz getrimmte Präsentation – in keiner Weise mithalten. This is a fine 4 star hotel, we were there off season. but friendly staff, and Ok cleanliness. ok English Breakfast, good coffee, but missing signs for things and ham and cheese were served on luke warm stone plates instead of cold, and the Steak were served on the same plates that made the steak cold fast. pasta and broccoli was very good.

Buon hotel in posizione tranquilla. Peccato che nei dintorni (strade, parcheggi) non ci sia la pulizia che abbiamo trovato in hotel. Personale gentile, forse troppo celere nel servire caffè il mattino e portare via piatti. Non ci è piaciuta la musica (troppo alta) in piscina e neanche la convenzione con le spiagge nella Baia Verde (troppo rumorose e affollate di giovani), abbiamo preferito quelle più vicine (Lido San Gio.vanni, Spiaggia Club Loving Beach). Nell'insieme siamo stati molto bene ;-)

Sejour agréable. Hotel récent chambre et lits confortables. Par contre il y a un manque de professionnalisme, chambre oubliee d'etre faite, pas de lait froid avec les corn flakes au buffet, impossible d'avoir une cuillère à soupe, impossible d'avoir une bouilloire... beaucoup de petites imperfections pour le standing que souhaite l'hotel. La plus importante étant à mon avis la grande double porte vitrée donnant sur la piscine qui s'ouvre automatiquement et rafraîchi immediatemeent l'ambiance au petit dej ou à l'apero (salle commune). En hors saison elle devrait etre désactivée.
