Lovely place. Comfy bed and a spa like bathroom. The welcoming snacks were very nice as well. Only thing would be the couch wasn’t the most comfortable. But we were not their long enough to bother us.

These are the most adorable cottages ever! I absolutely loved staying there, and I was sad I was only there 2 nights. The bed was so comfortable, the jacuzzi was great, the living room area was nice and cozy. The outdoor lighting and porch were lovely as was the breakfast provided. I will definitely be back!!

If you are looking for a nice, quiet getaway (especially from the kids), look no further. From the fireplace to the whirlpool tub and the continental breakfast, Seven Oaks had everything we needed for a refreshing time alone as husband and wife.

Overall a great stay. Walking distance to the downtown area, without all of the traffic was convenient. Clean and cute. We loved the out door deck! Only thing that was could use improvement is the barn door to the bathroom doesn't give a lot of privacy, and there was no full length mirror in the entire cottage.

Super cute bed and breakfast. We appreciated how private each cabin was. Nice touches throughout, from the bottle of wine to breakfast to the towel warmer. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

I loved the attention to detail including the welcoming cheese tray and moscato, towel warmer, heated floors, 2 person jetted tub, continental breakfast, and fireplace. What a wonderful stay. Beautiful property really close to the downtown lake area. Super clean and comfy room. And the wine and treats at check in were a great touch. Wife is already asking when we can come back. Thank you!!

Great location 1 mile walking from Lake Geneva. Cozy cottage with all the modern updates. Just the right size for a couples romantic weekend. No hassle to get it in and out. We stayed over Labor Day weekend when the town is jammed and there’s no place to park, so the ability to walk to the Riviera made a big difference.

This place is absolutely amazing and perfect for our anniversary celebration. Very peaceful, quiet, and loved the rooms. The rooms are spacious, modern and the beds feel great! We had a great night sleep every night. Customer service is awesome as well, they are always attentive and ready to serve you for whatever you need. This place rocks!!!

We enjoyed our 2 day stay at Seven Oaks Bed and Breakfast. Everything about the cottage and the breakfast and cheese and wine was very delicious. The one thing we did not like was the tv (access to stations were difficult -we could not find after watching the exact programs the first night. We could not get to the correct network and the only ones we could get were stations on a network

Absolutely fantastic! The bed is very very comfortable, the room is very clean and cozy, the breakfast is prepared freshly every morning. The AC was turned on before we arrived which is very appreciated in the summer. The neighborhood is safe and clean. So many things to do in the town. We had a great time!

What a wonderful stay. Beautiful property really close to the downtown lake area. Super clean and comfy room. And the wine and treats at check in were a great touch. Wife is already asking when we can come back. Thank you!!

The cottages were very well-appointed, clean, and cozy. We loved all the attention to detail with the wine, cheese & crackers, breakfast basket, and bathroom amenities. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Amazing stay! Everyone was so friendly and made us feel at home. Our cottage was clean, cozy, and welcoming. We loved watching the deer in the garden! The breakfast offerings were delicious. We can’t wait to go back!!

Absolutely fantastic! The bed is very very comfortable, the room is very clean and cozy, the breakfast is prepared freshly every morning. The AC was turned on before we arrived which is very appreciated in the summer. The neighborhood is safe and clean. So many things to do in the town. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our 2 day stay at Seven Oaks Bed and Breakfast. Everything about the cottage and the breakfast and cheese and wine was very delicious. The one thing we did not like was the tv (access to stations were difficult -we could not find after watching the exact programs the first night. We could not get to the correct network and the only ones we could get were stations on a network

The cottage was very quaint and in a quiet location. I loved the attention to detail including the welcoming cheese tray and moscato, towel warmer, heated floors, 2 person jetted tub, continental breakfast, and fireplace. I felt very pampered and really enjoyed my stay. The cottage was also very clean.

This was a top-notch place to stay in Lake Geneva. The walk into town is maybe two minutes longer than you'd like it to be, but it's not bad at all. You're near an entry point to the path all around the lake, on the shore, going past all the beautiful mansions. The little cottage we had was lovely, quiet, well-appointed. Bed was comfy and the bathroom had both a wonderful shower and a tub large enough for two. Breakfast baskets were just fine, and the wine and cheese upon our arrival was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here when we come to Lake Geneva again.
