Everything’s accessible by foot.

The foyer of the hotel is very clean and inviting, the lifts are fast and efficient. The staff were great. However our room was very dated and worn out. Definitely in need of refurbishment, as were the towels, which were threadbare with hems worn off and ragged. The shower was barely warm, no matter how long you let it run. We had a late check in as we arrived around 3am, no problem, the reception was open 24/7 On a day we requested room cleaning by leaving a card outside the door, on our return, the card had been reversed to do not disturb and our room untouched, I didn't complain as we were leaving next day. Buffet breakfast was not a lot to choose from, but dining room was very clean and lovely staff. Swimming pool was on the roof, with magnificent views across the city. Pool was very clean but very cold, so didn't use, Small gym next to the pool. Overall it served it's purpose for us, it looked better on the pictures than reality, but the helpful staff made up for it.

Staff are always helpful.

The whole place is “tired” but the prices reflect that I guess. You get what you pay for in this case, I discribe it as ok, it was situated well for my needs. And good for just a few days before heading to my final destination
