Hotel Tupelo, a Wyndham Hotel

We love staying here! The hotel is conveniently located, has a nice bar and restaurant. Very clean and the staff is super friendly.

Hotel was impeccable and everything from the staff to the room was excellent. My only qualm is I really wish there was a way to control the parking situation because even though there are clearly marked hotel parking, other people are taking these for hours at time. So the hotel guest is parking a block away at times which is frustrating when other hotels have a better grip on their parking.

Wonderful hotel with super comfy beds. Super clean and wonderfully themed. Love the water station by the ice machine too!

We enjoyed finding a place off the busy highway and with a restaurant that is a pleasure to use. Allowing us to relax instead of getting back in the car to drive out to eat. This is a find for us as we make this stop often. Staff is great, everything is relaxing about this place. Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful! It’s right in the heart of tupelo. Parking was tight, but I managed to find a place in the block my entire 2 night stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and street/downstairs Restraunt noise was not an issue. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lighting in the room and my view were fantastic! My only complaint would be there is no microwave in the room. Really such a small issue considering you’re staying over a Jobos and mugshots is next door. It’s also right next to a public park with a small playground and splash pad for kids. The park has a nice 1mile (I think) track and isn’t usually too crowded or loud. I felt very safe and comfortable in this room. I will definitely be returning!

No breakfast. No pool. Exercise room stationary bicycle need upgrade. Shops and parks are nearby for nice walks. Plenty of parking.

This hotel was very nice! Staff was very friendly. Even found a Tesla charging station for us. The location is perfect for downtown dining, the arena, beautiful parks nearby, and good shopping. The restaurant is tasty with good service. Nice gym. Lots of equipment for a good workout with weights and cardio. We will be returning.

Located in historic downtown Tupelo, with easy walking to coffee shops and restaurants and less than a mile to the highway and Elvis' birthplace. My room was comfortable and very clean. Staff members were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a large parking lot right next to the building. The restaurant has great vibes and interesting food. (Fried whole pod okra was the best I've ever had!)

Such a fun stay at the Hotel Tupelo! We loved the decor in the lobby and the rooms. The games in the hotel bar were so fun- we played shuffleboard, chess and other board games. We also used the bikes to ride downtown and check out the hardware store and Elvis murals. Really made the stay in Tupelo the best for this Elvis fan!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We a hiccup with the cleanliness of our room however the staff made it right in a timely fashion. The hotel was overall nice and the restaurant jobo was delicious, we’ll definitely return.

We have stayed here numerous times & usually love it. However, the staff was less than welcoming upon arrival & the bathroom in our room needs a thorough cleaning. At first glance, it looked okay but the shower floor needs bleached, quite dirty & the corners in the bathroom room haven't been cleaned in some time. Very disappointed. The restaurant was, as always, wonderful! Great staff, awesome food.

The hotel was beautifully kept and decorated. It really felt like it belonged in the city of Tupelo with its rock and roll industrial. The room was also very clean, though the bathroom could have needed a bit deeper of a clean.

No was not cleaned even after we request it. In a 4 night stay , are room was clean once. Had to ask for towels everyday.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was amazing. However bathrooms could've been a little cleaner. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again.

We stay at this hotel anytime we travel through Tupelo. It is a nice hotel. Although it's starting to show wear and tear, it is clean & the rooms are nicely set up.

TV isn’t working at all. I’ve never been anywhere where TV didn’t work…. Called front desk they said first time cable is out. Highly disappointed. Way overrated …..

Automatic window blinds. Room needs a microwave. Otherwise the rooms are very impressive. Esp the bathroom. Deep tub in my bathroom.

Hotel Tupelo is a beautiful place. Parking was very convenient and the downstairs restaurant/lounge was gorgeous! There were a few cons though. The sound insulation is not very good. These rooms have high ceilings, and for some reason, even though the hotel was almost empty due to the holidays, we were out in a room right next to one with a baby. The crying sounded like it was literally in my room. We hear dogs barking and train horns all night. Some of that can’t be prevented being downtown, but just the rooms themselves seem to have thin walls. The hotel room lighting is very dim, almost no lights besides two reading lights. Bathroom is very pretty. Overall cleanliness was less than I thought a newer hotel should be. So, overall, it’s a beautiful boutique hotel, but some general improvements are needed to have that luxury feel.

I was on the 4th floor. It was very noisy with lots of kids and slamming doors. The hot water was not working the shower.. it was cool. I didn’t like the fact bottle water was in the room and cost $3. should be complimentary. The mini fridge did not get cold enough. Just cool

When we were packing up the room, one of the hotel staff stopped by the room at 12:30 to check to see if we were out. It was a rather disappointing and frustrating end to our stay after we were there 4 nights and spent a good amount of money at the hotel. We really needed some extra time with the late checkout so my daughter could get some rest before the last swim session. The hotel is in a great location, but the staff was not proactively welcoming or accommdative.

I’m torn about this property. The rooms were very nice as was the staff. The walls have zero sound insulation though and the rooms are incredibly noisy. Not only did I hear hallway noise, but I heard sounds from next door rooms as well. I was awoken at 6am on a Saturday by a toddler crying for 30 minutes on one side and I kept hearing a man coughing on the other. Sleep was impossible. Also, although they claim to offer parking, the lot is tiny (only fits 1/3 of the guests) and I had to search for spots on the street

Great location, great rooms, great staff, and a great price. What more could you ask for. Will definitely be back. Missy was awesome.

The primary reason we booked this place as the lobby bar scene looked great. The entire restaurant bar area was roped off and closed on Labor Day. We never had a chance to use it. Then the next day we literally felt kicked out of this hotel. Despite the DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door, I was forced to open our door at 10:25am in my pajamas to see TWO housekeepers peering into our room and one of them says "did you request a late checkout??" I told her, No we were planning to leave at 11am, which is the posted check-out time. At exactly 11:00am, as we were pulling our suitcases out into the hall, I had to set everything down to answer our phone. It was the front desk making sure we are checking out. As we approach the front desk in the lobby, instead of asking us how everything was, the front desk attendant says in a hurried manner, "oh good! I already checked you guys out. You were our last guests!" Considering another review read that a business guest requested an 11:15 check-put to do a quick Zoom call and we told NO, we won't be returning.

Booked the King Premier Suite for 2 nights. Upon arrival was told the room had been double booked and they would have to put us in a double queen room for the first night. After much discussion was finally able to get a deluxe king room without a couch (turned out to be a handicap accessible room). Definitely NOT the luxurious suite we expected to stay in for our anniversary! They were able to move us to the suite for the next night, however that resulted in inconveniencing us since we had to wait around for the room to be vacated and cleaned. This didn't happen until 11:30AM, causing us to have to delay our plans for the day several hours. The staff kept apologizing but "sorry about this" doesn't really help and truthfully didn't seem all that sincere. Instead of a relaxing special weekend an inconvenient hassle with a black cloud hovering over it is what we got. (The suite was very nice once we got to stay in it) We will never will go there again or book with Hotels.com.

Kids running up and down the hallway making so much noise I called front desk. They did nothing about it. They continued on until bedtime so I just left went to another hotel.

We stay here every time we travel through Tupelo. By far the best hotel in the area.

Front desk went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasurable. I believe his name was Dean…. A try diamond!!

We arrived early and they help us by giving us a room 2 hours earlier than normal check in …. Great customer service!!

Wonderful reprieve in Downtown Tupelo! Walking distance to anything you want/need and very fairly priced!

Excellent hotel in historic Tupelo. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the restaurant/bar had a great vibe and delicious food. Great place to stay if traveling with a pet. Lots of grassy area around the hotel and they allow dogs on the outside patio and even in certain areas of the inside lounge so you can easily grab a drink and a bite to eat.

The hotel was fine, clean and the staff were great. Food omg, eat somewhere else. Way over spiced and 6 bucks a shrimp was crazy.

Hotel Tupelo is a great addition to the Tupelo hotel portfolio! Trendy, clean, convenient, really the best place to stay if you’re in town. Highly recommend. Make sure to visit Jobos restaurant while there as well. Amazing food!

Great overall stay, friendly staff and helpful front desk, beautiful accommodations, super walkable, safe area. Only complaint was that the breakfast was average, and the coffee was extremely weak.

Hotel Tupelo is a welcome addition!. Upon check-in, I was greeted by a professional staff, and found my room to be clean, comfortable and welcoming after a long day of travel. Only two minor incidents which were a bit awkward… Each morning before the restaurant opens at nine coffee and to go burritos are available in the lobby… I grabbed a cup of coffee and a burrito ($3 coffee/$2 burrito) and noticed the tab was just over $10… Upon review I noticed I was charged for 2 cups of coffee. When I mention that I’ve been charged for the extra coffee, the lady at the hostess stand said well let me take a look… She said “OK don’t worry about it you can just go ahead and get another coffee”. When I explained that I didn’t need a 2nd cup of coffee, she finally said that she would have it credited back to my credit card, which has not happened as of yet. Check out time is at 11… And on my stay, they were unable to extend the time at all according to the morning front desk person… However, when I returned to my room to gather my things at 10:45, my key card had already been deactivated, which required me to then go back downstairs, stand in line at the front desk so that I could gain entry into my room to gather my things . She then explained that card access is disabled as it gets “close” to check out time. that process added just a bit of unnecessary stress to what had been a lovely stay otherwise. Afternoon/evening staff far more accommodating, and friendly than AM lady
