Jimmy's Apartments Lory

Ett helt fantastiskt ställe! Så rymligt, rent och fräscht, kändes helt nytt! Ordning och reda på precis allt! Fullt utrustad med till och med diskmaskin. I gatuplan finns jättefint gemensamhetsutrymme med tvättmaskin utan kostnad. Bra läge jättenära både spårvagn, U-Bahn och S-Bahn som är väldigt enkla att förstå sig på. Promenad från HBF tar 50 minuter i lugn takt. I området finns affärer och restauranger. Kontaktlös in och utcheckning som fungerade toppen! Jag vill gärna återvända och rekommenderar varmt!

The apartment was super-clean. The kitchen needs more equipment - plates, glasses and A BREAD KNIFE. Also not practical to have a Nespresso Pro that one can not buy pads for in shops, and the vending maschine out of order. Get a regular Nespresso machine! The lounge seemed like a good idea but was useless for us - another coffee machine but without beans, and some empty containers of instant coffee/cappucino. Makes no sense. We were promised more coffee pads on day 3 out of 6, after we used the 5 that were there, but they never came. A small thing that becomes a big issue and so easy to fix.

Jimmy's Apartments Lory was very well equipped. But here are three small flaws: 1.) The door to the bedroom does not close. Clamps in the frame. 2.) A ceiling light in the living room is defective. 3.) The ORF programs are not available on the TV (wrong basic setting lock?)

Heizung war leider nicht an. Bei Ankunft hatte es leider 17Grad und es dauerte sehr lange bis es wärmer wurde. Kein Regionales Fernsehen. Alles von Ikea. Checkin top, Küche war sauber

Hotel is around 5 stops by underground to Vien central. There are lots of shops around the hotel. Room has almost everything you need. Comfortable bed - new kitchen facilities - a good TV with Netflix etc. At a quiet place. We enjoyed the stay and if we visit Vien again, I think this place will be our option. And finally, the entry code, they emailed to hotels.com and hotels.com did not send me, and did not help me as well after 3-4 calls. At the last minute, hotel call center helped me a lot, called me back and helped me get the code.

Modern, clean, airconditioned apartment with an added bonus of a lounge with a great coffee machine.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We liked that there was access to a printer because we needed to print something and luckily this place had one that was easy to use. Thanks!

This was an excellent place to say. The only problem is communication. When emailing or messaging the property by whatsApp, no one gets back to you. The safe in our room was not working and we stayed there 4 nights. I emailed and messaged, but no one got back to me every. Other than communication, everything else was excellent. Overall we are very happy with out stay.

Farther out but good access to public transport, clean, nespress machine a nice perk, nice neighborhood. Bathroom door needs a doorstop.

Very clean, good location, many shops nearby if walking distance five minutes+.

Gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Gut und modern eingerichtet. Sauberkeit so "lala". (z.B. Balkontüre in den Fugen verdreckt und Spinnenweben). Reinigung oberflächig. Controlling??? Schade für das Gesamtbild.

Günstiges Apartment, gute Anbindung an S-Bahn, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn/Bus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Balkon sehr klein und nur Schatten. Sauberkeit mäßig, der ganze Balkon war voller Zigarettenkippen. Ansonsten keine Beanstandung.

Appartement is ruim, maar niet echt schoon. Foto’s van inboedel zijn niet zoals het werkelijk is. Als je met genoemde zaken vrede hebt, is het een redelijk goede locatie. Te meer omdat alle soorten van OV zich op loopafstand bevinden

Clean and simple

Great apartment and spacious. It was very nice and clean (a part the bathroom rubbish left from the previous tenant). Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Sauberes und komfortabel eingerichtetes Apartment in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im 11. Bezirk. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns wohlgefühlt. In Bad und Einbauküche war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Nice apartment with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Property is super clean, & two bedroom unit well laid out. Ideal for longer stay be it business or pleasure. Location is pretty good & has access to public transportation.

Good location, about 5 minute walk from a supermarket and the U-bahn and tram stops. You could hear noise from the street on the first floor, but thankfully it is a pretty quiet street. The room was really clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the equipments one would need. The only two things we were missing was another mirror and a bigger coat rack.

Good location, pretty new and functional,spacious for a fair price

L’appartement est très agréable, joliment décoré, en très bon état. On entend un peu le train de l’appartement. Le quartier est correct sans plus. Des facilités d’accès aux transports en commun et aux supermarchés. Il est dommage que le canapé lit soit très bruyant, il grince à chaque mouvement et qu’il n’y ait aucun rideau occultant alors que les baies vitrées sont grandes. Réveil plus que matinal!

Das Apartment ist groß und recht gut ausgestattet, zum Beispiel mit Geschirrspüler und Klimaanlage. Nur in der Küche fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie ein kleines Küchenmesser oder ein Sparschäler. Durch Bahn- und Flugverkehr in der Nähe ist es etwas laut, auch ist das Gebäude hellhörig. Insgesamt für einen Kurzurlaub gut geeignet.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Apartment mit großem Balkon. Sehr gut gelegen, kurzer Weg zum Flughafen und auch in die Innenstadt, fußläufig zur S7 und U3. Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The apartment was really nice and up to date. 20 min ride from the nearest metro station to the old town in Prague. Just a very short walk to metro station. Lidl supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Felt safe walking at night. The only small issue we had was the AC in the bedroom did not work, but we made do with the one in the living room and a fan. We were offered a different room, but were ok to stay as we were very tired and felt it was cool enough. Also, there was a dirty ashtray that housekeeping missed on the table in the balcony. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Very bad communication between the hotel administration and the cleaningstaff. We arrived at the apt. around 3:00 pm and the apt. was not cleaned yet. We saw a man doing the cleaning in an other apt. He said that nobody told him we were coming that day. But the night before I talked to someone because I had not received the code to enter the apt. and I told her we were gone be there around 3:00 pm... Fortunately the nice man stop the job he was going and start cleaning our apt. Very nice .

I would give this place a high mark for the accomodation itself which was comfortable and spotlessly clean. I have to give it a lower mark due to a failing in customer care and follow up to a complaint. There seems to be an amateur attitude to customer service with this property. I had issues with the access code to the apartment which meant i could not gain entry to my room at 3pm which caused unnecessary panic. When you are travelling from overseas a foreign phoneline is a problem when you are stuck out of accomodation. The entry code had not been registered so it took me luckily finding a housekeeping staff to let me gain access. This itself was an annoyance but not a deal breaker. My main cause for concern however was the male housekeeper entering the apartment at 10am on checkout morning. (Checkout being at 11am) After knocking he entered the apartment and despite seeing my shoes and bag by the entrance walked into the bathroom where I was taking a shower. Rather than quickly retreat he smiled, paused and then waved at me as I was in the shower! In which country is this invasion of privacy considered normal?? I was shocked and embarrased and shouted at him to retreat. Approximately 30 mins later his attitude was careless. As a male I was shocked but I shudder to think how he would react if a single lone female were put in this situation. I emailed a complaint to the contact email immediately and had no reply. I emailed again 4 days later. No response. Shocking.

Era tutto perfetto ma sono rimasta un po’ delusa perché avevo il problema con la Tv ho chiamato responsabile che non parlava bene I tedesco e non sapeva spegnarmi bene cosa devo fare Mi ha detto che manderà il tecnico, ma nessuno non l’ha visto quindi non è venuto sono stata il mio soggiorno è stato senza la TV

Pls improve these weakness: Entering code sent in big delay. No answering to my calling in weekend. No safety box instruction provided till 1pm in before I left on Monday.

Tarafıma zamanında giriş kodu gönderilemediği için sorun yaşadım ve otele girişim gecikti.

When we arrived at the property yesterday afternoon Wifi password didn't work. We've emailed hello.lory@jimmys.at but nobody responded even hours later. We've now checked out, without being able to use internet at all! When you are visiting from abroad this means very high roaming charges. Disappointed!

Apartamento MT bom. Excelente localização em relação aos transportes e supermercados mas afastado do centro Viena (+-20 de tram). O menos bom foi chegamos ao apartamento e ainda não tinhamos recebido códigos de entrada tentei falar via WatsApp e nada, só depois de ligar (gastar dinheiro) é k se resolveu situação.

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is very close to the metro and tram. There are places like markets and bakeries nearby. You can go to the center in 20-30 minutes. It was definitely a place I would choose when I come to Vienna again.

Nice place. Very clean and confortable. The area surraonding the hotel was not nice but very well connected (subway and train).

Établissement neuf . Proche du château et du métro

Property is in a quiet suburb of Vienna, but with easy links to the airport and the city centre. We hardly saw anyone else in the building during our six night stay. The apartment was a good size for 2 people with a decent kitchen and a good shower. No noise at night and a good, comfortable bed. The cost for our stay was very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation and the location.

Kaffeemaschine mit Pads war super, Von Freitag bis Sonntag gibt es keinen Ansprechpartner. Das finde ich als einen mangelhaften Service, Eine e -mail die ich am Samstag geschrieben hatte wurde erst am darauf folgenden Dienstag gelesen. So waren wir gezwungen auszuziehen und für einen Tag eine neue Bleibe zu finden.

Our stay was perfect. We were cooking in the morning for breakfast since none of the restaurants were open at that time and we triggered the smoke detector which was good because the slightest bit of smoke it detects will alarm the fire department haha. Overall the apartment felt cozy and super safe! My family enjoyed their stay here a lot.

Dejlig lejlighed beliggende i roligt flerkulturelt område. Meget tæt på offentlig transport også til lufthavnen. Tæt på flere dagligvarebutikker. Skøn terrasse, som dog kunne bruge flere møbler. Køkken er ok, men der kunne være lidt mere udstyr, hvis man er til at lave mad selv. Gjorde vi en aften og det gik fint. Gode senge, også sovesofa. Effektivt klimaanlæg og lukning af persienner. Alt i alt var vi meget glade for stedet og vender gerne tilbage

E' il posto migliore dove stare a Vienna senza spendere una fortuna. Comodissimo perchè vicinissimo alla stazione del treno per l'aeroporto, alla metro e ad una fermata taxi, e c'è un supermercato nelle vicinanze. La struttura è bellissima, nuovissima, silenziosa e pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort (ti lasciano persino il caffè anche se non è B&B)....se andrò di vuovo a Vienna alloggerò sicuramente quì.
