Every couple of hours, you see the sewer from the hotel go into the ocean right in front of the hotel. It stinks really bad. That’s why you cannot swim in front of their hotel. Also, they have one bike and two treadmills. There are two treadmills that do not work.

The pool has great amenities and great staff. The breakfast was okay. Some good local food. The rooms are very interesting and has lots of automation. But are small. So just be aware. The other thing is that it needs abit of a clean in some areas like bathroom and needs some pest control as we had a roach in our room curtain

Nice hotel. Great staff. Excellent pool and sun deck. Good restaurants in the hotel. Wall to Coron is 15 min. Or $50-$100 tricycle ride. Walk to El Nido town is about 30 min, or $100-$150 tricycle ride. Lots of stuff around the hotel too for food.

Het is echt prachtig van buiten, maar helaas zeer slecht onderhouden van binnen. Zwembad is gevaarlijk, bestaat uit kleine steentjes die voor een deel gebroken zijn. De ligbankjes in het water zoals op de foto zijn weggehaald omdat het allemaal stuk is. De bovenste verdieping heeft prachtig uitzicht maar er zijn geen ligbankjes meer. Enkel een paar poefjes. Echt zonde van het mooie uitzicht. Dat is de enige reden waarvoor je dit hotel moet kiezen, dan kan je beter een dagkaart kopen. De handdoeken en beddengoed zijn oud en aan vervanging toe. Gevlekt vies en grijs ipv wit. Hotel kamer wordt niet echt goed schoongemaakt en is klein. Vooral de badkamer is heel krap. Door een schuifdeur te plaatsen zouden ze al een deel oplossen in de badkamer. De laatste drie dagen hadden we geen warmwater meer uit de douche en er werd geen moeite gedaan om het te fixen, we hebben met koud water gedoucht.

The pool at this property is what makes it a great place to stay. The pizzeria was also good! The only downside was the power kept shutting off, the area smelled like sewage, and the room was so humid that everything was wet. Even our floors were super wet so it was a bit dangerous to walk around. The views from this hotel are what make it a nice stay.

Not able to order food after 5pm, no towels, no sunbeds (10 total for whole hotel) no electricity for 25 hours, no WiFi, room cleaning did not occur till after 7:30pm, no phone or able to communicate with reception so having to go down 8 floors via 2 lifts to communicate issues, no chairs on balcony, no hot water……. Terrible attitude of FOH.

Lime’s pool and sunset views are incredible and their daily snack happy hour poolside is a lovely treat. A 100PHP trike into town or to Marimegmeg beach makes it really accessible to explore the area outside the resort as well. Tours booked through the hotel are excellent as well but be prepared to swim to and from the boat launch in El Nido. Overall, a great stay, will be recommending to others.

Our experience with Lime Hotel this time is not the same as before. Please look into the cleanliness of hotel. Phone is not functioning, bathroom is filled with molds, towels are not clean, linens and bedsheets smell bad.

Smell of mold inside the rooms. Even when the Ac is on doesn’t help but make it worst. Also maybe check to see if there is any mold just to be sure. Leaky toilet and sink. Used all the towels given for the wet floors. And again the smell of mold.

We couldn't stay at this property, it was unsave to breath there, the hotel was humid, with a strong smell, and wet. There was mold all over the place,The room doors were wet, they were in the proccess of painting and there was a strong smell of paint all over the hotel. The worse part was the terrible amount of mold we found in multiple rooms, even on the hotel paintings, all the bathrooms on the 3 rooms we had were full of mold, in one of them below the sink the wooden planks had been shattered and are black and rotten due to mold and humidity, which can be seen even around the ventilation racks. They even tried to switch rooms for us but the same problem persisted. The mold has spread to the entire hotel. The receptionist were very nice.

**Overall Rating: 7/10** The room offers comfort and cleanliness, but the same cannot be said for some common areas. The hotel hallways and parts of the restaurant were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. Oh to mention that Inside the room, the curtains had noticeable stains, and the washroom had an ant problem. Checking in was also a hassle, as we were the at check in time 3pm which was late, waited 40 minutes before getting our room. While the staff were friendly and welcomed us with drinks, service was slow. We had to follow up three times to receive basic items like kits, towels, and a hair dryer. The location is convenient for beach access but far from El Nido Town proper, which might be inconvenient for some. The highlight of our stay was the pool and the scenic view. The breakfast was decent but not particularly special or memorable. For fitness enthusiasts, the gym was disappointing. It had very limited equipment (only 2–5 machines and equipments), most of which were either broken or under maintenance. Additionally, the space was too cramped to work out comfortably. In summary, the property has potential but needs significant improvements in cleanliness, service efficiency, and facilities to make it truly worth the stay.

L’hôtel est très bien, avec une vue incroyable mais gros gros problème ! Les chambres sont vraiment très humide, si la clim est coupé il y a de l’eau qui coule des murs et le pire était que nos matelas et couverture avait de la moisissure, nos vêtements étaient humide même dans les valises! C’est dommage pour le prix qu’on paie.

Overall this hotel is okay. Not the best value for the cost. The staff were friendly and pretty efficient, the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable, and the electronics in the room were a nice added touch. The view at the pool area is spectacular. However, there was mold on the wooden frame under the bathroom sink and the sink did not drain. They ran out of towels so we had none when we checked in (they gave us pool towels instead). The elevator smelled like raw sewage. We left the “clean room” light on and they didn’t bother to clean it. I asked for extra coffee packs for the room and they wouldn’t give me any (they only provide two single use coffee packs, two creamers and two sugars). The breakfast was okay. The eggs on the main line were very runny, but the made to order omelets were good.

Whole hotel is extremly dirty! Our room was dirty, bed sheets stained, towels (in the room and for the pool) stained (they're not white, they were gray) with dark and yellow stains, ants in the room ALL OVER! Curtains were black how dirty they were, we were scared to touch them. Pool is dirty, water is blurry, not clear but the view is amazing, has sunsets right instead and it is infinity pool. Breakfast is bad, most options are asian. There is egg station with undercooked eggs and they cook them in so much oil. Limited options. Could be lot better. The only thing saving this hotel is an amazing pool with the view.

Pros: Customer service was excellent. Ju at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Was able to book tours directly at the hotel, which included pickup/drop off from hotel to the pier. Loved the daily breakfast buffet. Room was great, had the sea view which was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Infinity pool and restaurant were great too. Enjoyed the live reggae band. Only a short tricycle ride to town. Cons: TV was not working, took a long time to get hot water in shower, floors were warped, hot in the lobby. Overall, had a great stay. Would recommend.

The service was good. However, we stayed on the eighth floor and our drain in our shower will back up and it will take a long time for it to drain. We had occasional electric outages but overall service was good. Rooms were beautiful. My only complaint is the drain of the shower, backing out and bringing up other peoples gunk from the previous days onto the water where we were standing on.

Problems with the room. The first room had a lot of humidity and the air conditioner did not work. The floorboards were lifted from the humidity. The room also smelled of mold. The hotel staff took care of it nicely when we mentioned it and we got another room. The hotel is otherwise nice and the pool area is small but has a great view of the sea.

We were here for 4 days and from the first minute to the last it was amazing. The rooms are state of the art eith ipads to control everything. The rooms are super clean and comfy beds. Everyday they stock it with more water. We had a small issue with a drain not draining and they fixed it in minutes. The view from the pool is best on the island and the 6pm sunsets are amazing.

Fantastic staff. Great pool and deck area. We had standard and deluxe rooms. Deluxe was great, standard had no windows or fresh air. This left the standard rooms very musty and smelly. Would definitely recommend.

In general, the hotel is nice with beautiful views. Unfortunately, you cannot enjoy the views and facilities with the ridiculous dance music blaring in all common areas all times of the day and night. Every time you enter you room the same music starts playing on your tv. Extremely annoying making it nearly impossible to relax.

The front desk is not friendly .. The staff at dining area during breakfast is not responsive to costumers needs . Like there is no available spoons and forks and napkins to use. Then we were there for lunch . Nobody came to take our orders because they are having a meeting with the Manager infront of us . We can hear the Manager reprimanding one of the staff during their said meeting . Not very professional to do a meeting infront of your costumers and also we can hear everything . The balcony at the lobby has a sharp pungent odor. The view is nice but you can't stay there longer because of the smell.

Really nice hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. Very busy hotel, lots of traffic And tourists staying. Drop off at Front entry of hotel not so appealing, lots of locals selling stuff, hustling the tourists to buy. drop off area for guest very tight, congested and chaotic! It’s a space for one lane for a two way direction. Restaurant service was by far the most disappointing experience! Very poor and slow service. Seen staffs just standing around, not attentive to guest needs. My husband and I have dined twice for dinner in the hotel. We sat, requested for menu then waited and waited for our server to take our orders, they never came. So we flagged them, gave them signal that we’re ready to place our orders. Our food was served with no napkins and still waiting for water and beer which was requested at the beginning when we place our orders. So our food came before the beer! They have to be reminded. Our second experience wasn’t any better, this time we got up to the waiter to tell them that we’re ready to place our order. Not once on both occasions that they checked on us, see if everything ok. Not once!!!! It seems like the staff are waiting to be told what to do! Overall, restaurant staff are slow, un-attentive and no sense of urgency!

The staff, everyone of them was outstanding! You are treated always with kindness and respect with sincerity. I spoke and had a conversation with the hotel manager named Yvette and told her I was impressed. I guess whatever she's doing really works. I noticed and picked up all this as someone who worked in the hotel business since 1974.

The view is amazing! Staff are nice . Although on checking out we were presented with a restaurant bill on which is not ours.Good I still have our receipts from the restaurant. We always pay our bill in cash before leaving the restaurant. Staff must have misheard the room number of the other diner and charged it to our room. I told them to check their camera .The music is loud too .I suggest they have guests initial their bill every time they charged it to their room . I emailed and messaged them in messager to find out what happened after we left but nobody responded yet . Other than that we have a pleasant stay!

The hotel is very basic. It has an IBIS / travel lodge feel to it, it’s very characterless - which is fine if you just want somewhere to use as a base, but I don’t think the price of this hotel (£115 / ~9,200 pesos per night) is reflective of this - I would expect more for this price, so I think it is poor value for money. The room was very small and cramped and not good value for the price, and everything smelled damp, even the bedding smelt really unpleasant! Additionally the room was advertised as having two double beds, but it in fact just had 2 large singles, so you couldn’t share a bed as a couple. The breakfast was ok but the food felt quite poor quality, and again I would just have expected a lot more for the price. Additionally this isn’t even in the town centre, it’s in Corong Corong - whilst this isn’t super inconvenient as it’s a short 10 minute tuktuk ride, I don’t think the price is justifiable for the location.

Very nice upscale property at the north end of Carong Carong beach. Loved the infinity pool and the free ice cream and popcorn. It's a little far away from most of the restaurants but a 100 peso tricycle ride will get you anywhere. Or you can walk the beach for 10 - 20 minutes.

Το δυνατό σημείο ειναι ή πισίνα με την θεα που σου κόβει την ανασα. Ακριβως απο κατω η παραλία corong corong με πολλες επιλογες για φαγητο και ποτο και το κεντρο της πολης μολις 5' με το τρίκυκλο. The staff were very helpful and the resort was nice and comfortable. Lime was in an awesome location. Close to the town and next to some great spas! The only negative was you could hear the staffs walkie talkies all night, as the walls were very thin. Besides that, it was a beautiful hotel!

Got food poisoning — would not recommend I stayed at Lime Resort El Nido and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Pros: The hotel is in a decent location with easy access to some sights. The infinity pool is the highlight — stunning views and well-maintained. The staff were generally friendly and tried to be helpful. Cons: There was a constant smell of sewage throughout the property, including hallways and around the pool. I got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant, which completely ruined a couple of days of my trip. Room cleanliness left much to be desired — surfaces were dusty, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly during our stay. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives. I'd strongly recommend looking at other options in El Nido. This place is not worth the risk.

Great view, nice rooms, good breakfast buffet. No fix on the water faucet after 4 requests. No water on 2 requests. Broken or unavailable ice cream, popcorn, banana splits. We enjoyed our stay at The Lime Resort. The property is relatively new and well-maintained. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and hospitable, as expected from Filipinos. However, the staff would benefit from proper training in hospitality industry standards. Housekeeping was inconsistent - some days, toilet paper was not replaced, and towels were missing. At the 7th floor restaurant, the location is beautiful, especially for watching the sunset. However, several menu items were unavailable due to supply shortages, yet they remained listed. Additionally, food was often served cold and at inconsistent times. One member of our party had to wait an hour for their meal, only to receive it cold. The manager explained that the kitchen is on the first floor, which may cause delays, but this logistical challenge should be addressed to ensure proper service. The next day, we ordered halo-halo for dessert, and both servings contained small pieces of hard plastic chips. I encourage the management and owners to improve their operations to make Lime Resort a truly enjoyable destination for vacationers.

The property feels new and clean. We were often at a loss to figure out the staff. They were friendly but mostly useless. Same limited menu in both restaurants. The breakfast buffet (included) featured cold food that should have been kept properly heated. Scrambled eggs were literally floating in liquid--very disgusting. We discovered the omlet bar onnthe opposite corner ofnthe large restaurant. They seemed to lack any organization as to leeping track of whose orders were up. We waited an inordinate time for our onlets to be served. Finally the roomsl was spacious everywhere except the bathroom. You have to walk into the shower and close the bathroom door in order to get to the toilet. Only one person could use the sink because of this poorly planned configuration. At the very least the bathroom door should have the hinges replaced so it swings into the room rather than up against the toilet with zero clearance fornthe door to open or close. We were unimpressed with Lime Resort!

Trevlig personal, mer av ett hotell för barnfamiljer, inte vad vi hade tänkt oss. Fint utsikt från poolen. Vi blev matförgiftade av maten på hotellet, så det var mindre bra…. Många högljudda amerikaner på hotellet, bra att ha i åtanke. Rekommendera för familjer med begränsad budget, annars ta något annat.

Really nice hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. Very busy hotel, lots of traffic And tourists staying. Drop off at Front entry of hotel not so appealing, lots of locals selling stuff, hustling the tourists to buy. drop off area for guest very tight, congested and chaotic! It’s a space for one lane for a two way direction. Restaurant service was by far the most disappointing experience! Very poor and slow service. Seen staffs just standing around, not attentive to guest needs. My husband and I have dined twice for dinner in the hotel. We sat, requested for menu then waited and waited for our server to take our orders, they never came. So we flagged them, gave them signal that we’re ready to place our orders. Our food was served with no napkins and still waiting for water and beer which was requested at the beginning when we place our orders. So our food came before the beer! They have to be reminded. Our second experience wasn’t any better, this time we got up to the waiter to tell them that we’re ready to place our order. Not once on both occasions that they checked on us, see if everything ok. Not once!!!! It seems like the staff are waiting to be told what to do! Overall, restaurant staff are slow, un-attentive and no sense of urgency!

Recommended, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, the pool on the 7th floor is amazing, the breakfast buffet needs more variety, overall I would stay again.

Pool was amazing! A true infinity pool and great for pics. Sunset is great upstairs. Breakfast buffet is good and changed options daily. Staff was friendly. Tricycles readily available to take to town for P200. Only con I would say is they could control the flies better in the dining area.
