This was a really nice hotel. I especially appreciated the blackout shade. Read the hotel’s website for an accurate description on the amenities. The amenities listed on Hotels.com was not accurate and we ended up not being able to cook the supper as we had planned, which was very disappointing. I did send the manager a message and he took the time to look into the description on both the hotel’s website and on Hotels.com and Expedia. He apologized that the third-party sites were inaccurate and let me know that the hotel’s website did have the right amenities listed. I was glad he treated my complaint with urgency.

Truly an excellent stay. Despite nearness to I5 noise was not an issue. Hotel is clean, newish and very well run. Comfy beds and we all slept great. Strong AC in the rooms. Buffet breakfast is on the higher end and the kitchen staff were attentive.

Our interactions with staff were consistently pleasant and friendly. Of particular note was my experience with Keith when I arrived late for breakfast and he told me that he just cleared the food and he offered to bring me a plate and he reheated that food before bringing it out for me. What an unexpected way to start my day. Thank you.
