Tu Casa Gelidonya Hotel

Internet is extra charge. Room condition is very used. No hooks in the shower. Shower is rusted and doesn’t work properly. Definitely not 4 stars hotel. Not enough indoor tables for restaurant. Karaoke was terrible. DJ was using YouTube with commercials (free account). The projector quality was foggy. If you want cheap hotel and cheap service this is your choice. To get to the beach you need to pass between two hotels (back road) and smell all the garbage.

The staff specially Pinar, Ugur and Asaad are very good and helpful. They are very friendly and Always greet us with smiles. Lots of choices from the food and sweets. I booked the holiday from Expedia website and unfortunately they put wrong information about the hotel facilities which Mr jihan (the manager) said they don’t use them so maybe from website to website they give misleading information. They said the hotel on the beach which is not. Free WIFI which is not (((but Mr Jihan give it to me for free))) and …… The room was looking at the street which was very noisy and I’ve told Mr Jihan and he said he will move me to another room which it didn’t happen. But overall we enjoyed the holidays.

The location is pretty good: 2 mins walk from the beach, 15 mins walk from city centre with a small shop 3 mins walk away and a direct bus passing by hotel back to Antalya. The hotel is a budget all-inclusive. Very good for the price, but otherwise a step below more luxurious properties in the area. The staff is very nice and friendly, even put away some food for me because I was late to the dinner.
