Nice people at frontdesk, fast check-in, good breakfast, parking place very convienient. The room is not so modern but this we knew from the pics & in any case, quite clean and spacy. The only but was the pillow and the bed as such, it was pretty hard. If you like that, its a great choice.

They market a pool - but its 22 euro a day to use, even for guests, no matter how long you are staying for. Guests of the hotel pay the same to use the pool as anyone off the street would. Also, the front desk staff is extremely rude. Many people in our travel party experienced this independently.

Posto magnifico. Alloggiato per la GF PINARELLO, direi che è stato un soggiorno di puro relax. Con la piscina e tutto il verde che circonda questa magnifica location, a dir poco spettacolare. Soprattutto rapportato al prezzo… camere spaziose e complete di ogni comfort: presente kit completo bagno, bollitore con tisane e caffè , frigobar ed addirittura, vasca e doccia separate. Colazione completa e abbondante. Unica defezione, il pranzo all’arrivo: non era presente lo chef, abbiamo mangiato prosciutto e melone in tre, e due capresi, con 2lt d’acqua e tre caffè, 16€ a testa circa… un po’ caro, ma normale considerando che siamo in un 4 stelle S… servizio al tavolo di alto livello… molto simpatico e disponibile il barman!

It’s the 2nd year in a row where we arrive and the pool is not working. Very unsatisfying. The hotel could have make contact to us to let us know and to rebook another place. There is not much to do in the area and we only go here to use the pool and relax

This was a larger hotel than we expected, with an amazing breakfast, probably one the best in Italy. Varieties of hot and cold items, and freshly made coffee. The menu did change from day to day slightly. You can also sit outside if you wish. The pool was nice, however, to our understanding, you need to make sure to book it in advance, otherwise, it is under lock and key, and you won't be let in. You get escorted everytime you want to go to the pool. The hotel does receive tours, so our advice is to eat earlier before the tours show up. The staff was helpful, and the room was spacious. The decor is dated, but one could say that is old Italian charm. A good option if you have transportation, and if you want time in both Trevisio and Venice, as we did an easy day trip to both.

Very nice hotel close to Treviso witch i a interesting town and have plenty of small shops. The hotel was very fine and the staff serviceminded. Only not ok as the cleaning staff tryed to enter our room in the morning just as I were leaving the bath without clothes.......

At arrival pool was not working and we got very bummed since the pool was the only reason we choose this hotel. But the very professional woman Kiara in the reception helped us very much and fixed that we could go to another place with a pool. Her service level is beyond excellent and the hotel should be very happy about her. Thank you for this time - we will be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property and we appreciated the help and advice the staff gave us. We were able to know more about what to visit in Venice and where to go to fully enjoy the city. The breakfast was fantastic and loved the options they had; the ladies in the dining area were very attentive to our needs. The place, overall, is great and is very quiet. We will likely stay here again in the future as we loved the feel we experienced as if we were locals in the area!
