Потрясающий сервис! Но очень жаль, что на реконструкции терраса и не знала, что в спа нет бассейна. Вообще, спа это маленькая зона отдыха. Завтраки каждый день одинаковые но качество продуктов на высоте. Очень вкусно! Сервис внимательный до мельчайших деталей. Но, в последней уборке не положили полотенце для ног. И почему набор в душе для одного? (Шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа). Номер был для двоих. Стиль комнат напомнил Францию. Отдельная приятность это звоночек в дверь! Шумоизоляция отличная!

We liked this hotel so much, that we booked our 2nd stay to return. Here are the positives, central location with easy access to public transportation and Istanbul's main attractions, clean, great amenities, SPA, gym, rooftop bar and restaurant (excellent). They paid every attention to the details and even the hotel scent was carefully planned. Breakfast was a treat but the best was the STAFF. They were always present and willing to assist, we never had to ask twice for anything. Oh and the antique elevator! Our daughter was so thrilled by this, although it could only fit 2 persons. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Istanbul. Negatives- Maybe the neighborhood several blocks to the east is a little rough, but that is beyond their control. All in all a good find, and we will be back...

Fantastic stay. Perfect location with a great rooftop bar overlooking some of Istanbul’s sights. My only regret is that we only stayed for one night - but would happily stay here next time I’m in Istanbul

The hotel is well located to visit the main attractions for first-timers in Istanbul, like Sultanahmet or the Asian side. There are many dining options within walking distance as well. Rooms are not very big, but clean and comfortable. Service was very friendly. The gym and the spa were a bit deceiving, didn't match the overall level of the hotel.

Service was friendly and they really just made every effort you could ask for. Rooftop is a beautiful view and very relaxing. Spa was pretty good. Turkish bath was super fun as a couple. Massages were could but tables were cool I’d like them heated.

This hotel is perfectly located, close to the Galata bridge for visiting the old Istanbul and also close to Galata tower. The hotel is very clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly and supportive. We had a wonderful stay and would book it again.

Excellent Hotel very quiet, very clean, nice property, rooms are beautiful with acceptable space, but Expedia site do not have a proper information about the Hotel, first at all ONLY ONE ROOM IS SEA VIEW (PENTHOUSE SUITE), THE CITY VIEW IS INCORRECT THE HOTEL IS SURROUNDED BY TALL BUILDINGS YOU DON'T HAVE ANY VIEW ONLY ANOTHER BUILDING JUST A FEW FEETS AWAY, the Hotels listed like VIP property,I travel with some relatives and friends, we booked 4 rooms, the reception guy not even mention the vip status all of us have VIP travelers. The location is convenient and staffs was very helpful and professional.

The best location Great service The only thing could get better is cleaning services. After spending all day walking and ready to rest before dinner we found cleaners don’t get to ur room till the evening. Otherwise the rest of the rest was absolutely amazing

Ein wundervolles Hotel mitten in der Altstadt! Wir waren im obersten Stock und hatten eine schöne Aussicht auf den Galataturm und den Bosporus. Es war sehr ruhig und das Zimmer stets sauber. Nur die Vorhänge gingen an den Seiten nicht ganz zu, so dass am Morgen schon etwas Licht durchkam. Das ist aber auch der einzige Punkt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich richtig willkommen.

Con una toalla mediana para dos personas . No entiendo cómo es parte de Marriot Bonvoy . NO LO RECOMIENDO . No me pude cambiar de hotel porque nunca respondieron de recepción y no había forma de reembolsar . Pague la totalidad

Room was nicely renovated eventhough on the smaller side. Amenities were fine too. Located near Galata tower and the tunnel. Short walking distance to tram station. Elevator to the wing room is the classic type of elevator but really tiny.

When I arrived I hated the small, ground floor, windowless room I was given but I complained and was given a nore spacious room the room was more than adequate for my needs. Front desk staff very helpful. It would have been nice to be able to take your own coffee and juice at breakfast but had to get your food and eat hslf of it before someone briught beverages. The room itself was nice.

L’hotel nuovo e recentemente ristrutturato è situato in un’ottima posizione per visitare la città. Le camere sono piccole, ma con materiali pregiati e il letto è confortevole. La colazione ha una modesta selezione al buffet, pur di qualità, e un servizio non all’altezza di un cinque stelle. Il vero neo della struttura è il servizio, carente e spesso improvvisato, che passa da non parlare in inglese basico a chiamare “amici” che caricano una loro tariffa al posto del taxi regolare (che se vuoi ti devi cercare da SOLO!). Questo si traduce in una mancanza totale di professionalità che in alcuni casi può rovinare i piani e gli orari (abbiamo aspettato un’ora per un pick up stabilito, e non riuscivano, o meglio non volevano a trovare un taxi regolare per portarci in areoporto!). Assurdo per un hotel a 5 stelle!!!

The location is convenient and staffs was very helpful and professional.

The hotel is well located to visit the main attractions for first-timers in Istanbul, like Sultanahmet or the Asian side. There are many dining options within walking distance as well. Rooms are not very big, but clean and comfortable. Service was very friendly. The gym and the spa were a bit deceiving, didn't match the overall level of the hotel.

Astonishing beautiful view of istanbul only in this place while you are in a bathtub. No need to leave or move you can see the sunrise from the bathtub or bed by just opening your eyes. Room entrance itself is an especial experience I don’t spoil it.

Beautiful hotel property. Great location. Our room was very nice although it was in the basement level. However, we were only there one night and the manager made it up to us with a lovely delicious breakfast!

I asked for a bosphoro night cruise and they told me I could pay with a credit card at the ship. At the ship they did not accept credit cards and the one in charge was drunk, didn't understand english and it was very difficult for us. Not nice way to treat guests

From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond their duty. Our stay at the hotel was incredible. Chocolates and other gifts waiting for us in our room for us to enjoy, complimentary water delivered every morning and more chocolate on the weekend. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and she was surprised with a delicious cake. All the staff from customer advisor to porter were all very attentive and extremely polite, always delivering a service with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is extremely comfortable and very stylish. The roof top bar is beautiful and defo worth a visit. The location is perfect within 10 mins walk to local restaurants and 30 mins walk to the grand bazzar. Thanks for making my wife's birthday and our first trip to Istanbul memorable.

This hotel is perfectly located, close to the Galata bridge for visiting the old Istanbul and also close to Galata tower. The hotel is very clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly and supportive. We had a wonderful stay and would book it again.

Well located in walking distance to Galataport area and transportation of all forms. Easy to get taxi or take trams. Can walk to old district and sight see. Main complaint was the noise at night. Can hear music and traffic coming from street. Also had intermittent sewage smell, fortunately only lasted couple minutes! Staff were helpful and very courteous. Overall I enjoyed our stay very much!

We liked this hotel so much, that we booked our 2nd stay to return. Here are the positives, central location with easy access to public transportation and Istanbul's main attractions, clean, great amenities, SPA, gym, rooftop bar and restaurant (excellent). They paid every attention to the details and even the hotel scent was carefully planned. Breakfast was a treat but the best was the STAFF. They were always present and willing to assist, we never had to ask twice for anything. Oh and the antique elevator! Our daughter was so thrilled by this, although it could only fit 2 persons. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Istanbul. Negatives- Maybe the neighborhood several blocks to the east is a little rough, but that is beyond their control. All in all a good find, and we will be back...

Everything cool but …the me yes and everything written on cards etc et VERY LITTLE LETTERS ..and with the addition that the paper they use is brown it makes it much more difficult ti read it. Its a unusual that in the breakfast everything is included but … if you ask for a cappuccino they will charge it …😳. Nice hotel. Nice location !

Not the cheapest place to stay, but reasonable by western standards, especially given the high level of service in a classic, elegant building in an excellent location. The spa services - especially the packaging of massage and hammam - were wonderful (though, again, not very cheap by Istanbul standards). The breakfast was excellent and included made-to-order eggs. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect in a high-end hotel.

The hotel is lovely and perfectly located. The staff is very attentive and friendly. My original room had a TINY closet, but they offered another with a good sized closet and a great view of the Bosphorous. The food was ok.

The hotel is beautiful and well located with various nice restaurants in the neighborhood . Everything was ok except the small elevator the hotel has. Not enough to serve the people staying at the hotel and the people who came to the rooftop bar which has a great view of the city. We spent 20 minutes trying to go down from our floor to the lobby because the elevator only fits 3 people inside and it was full of people already coming from the lobby to the roof top so we could not get in. We almost lost an appointment we had because of this. The hotel should try to fix this problem. Apart from this issue everything was great.

Great location. Beautiful facilities. Comfortable Beds. Spacious rooms. The breakfast selection is the same each day. You can get eggs omelettes waffles and pancakes made to order. However, the service at breakfast is not at par.
