Nice hotel with a personable staff, a good location and the morning breakfast room was also available for guests to enjoy a variety of refreshments, snacks and just being able to relax a bit b4 retreating to the room.

This is a nice cozy place. At the check-in, if you like they will explain to you the best way to go to one attraction to another. They have a bars, with snacks and drink with really reasonable prices.The morning breakfast as many options. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious enough. We really had a nice stay. There is two outdoor spaced inside the building where you can relax. I really enjoyed our stay. There is a restaurant very close to the hotel and at 3 min walking distance there's pastry shops. Sintra is a really beautiful city. Do not miss on it!

The B&B was very clean, safe, and comfortable. The decor is very cute and welcoming. The 6€ breakfast in the morning was very convenient. I appreciated that they had soy milk available as I am lactose intolerant. The staff was all super friendly. I also appreciated that the staff was able to store my bags before my check in time. If you have a rental car, parking can be a bit tricky. The staff gave good advice on things to do and how to do so and gave restaurant recommendations. The rooms are quite small but clean. The bathroom had a heated towel rack which was super nice to have to help keep out towels dry. The TV also had Netflix signed in which was nice.

The bed was very comfortable snd the room dark at night. Small space but still great. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I loved the outdoor sitting area and honour bar, which had everything you could crave at reasonable prices. Top notch! I will go back.

Was amazed at how cute and nice the breakfast and community spaces were. There was plenty for me to enjoy breakfast as a vegan. Only downside is first floor room opened to street and not able to open the window shade and window unless dressed. Recommend 2nd floor.

This was a great spot to stay in Sintra! It was a quick walk from the crazy bustle of the tourist area and had a wonderful shared space to relax. The property is well stocked and extremely homey. I would definitely stay there again!

This B&B is great. It’s a bit walk (10-15 min) from the center of the touristy Sintra center, but the neighborhood is more local and relaxing. The guests are allowed to use a communal tea lounge until 20:00, and it’s lovely. The staff was very kind. Even after I checked out, they allowed me to use the tea lounge to take a break from a thunder storm.

The staff here are the loveliest people! Good breakfast, easy check-in and close to the old city without being in the center of the hustle and bustle. The only thing was our room was quite moist, and it smelled a little musky because of that. There are windows and a dehumidifier in the room but it only helped a little.

A very quaint place, walking distance to the train stations and old city. The owner, Irina, is super friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. We booked a family room for the two of us - that made it spacious. They have a nice breakfast reasonably priced. Parking in nearby streets or one of the parking lots in the area.

O atendimento é excelente e acolhedor. O hotel é uma graça. O café da manhã perfeito para mim. O quarto que fiquei é pequeno, mas para mim foi tranquilo. Tem um restaurante ao lado muito bom. O hotel está a uma distância super fácil da estação ferroviária e do centro histórico. Único detalhe negativo é um odor ruim que vem pela tubulação. Penso ser um problema inerente às cidades com encanamentos antigos.

Very clean, great staff. BUT, rooms were VERY tiny and bathrooms even smaller. We couldn’t walk in our room without crawling on the bed. Also the window didn’t close all the way and a draft was coming in along with cigarette smoke from the courtyard. Modest breakfast but it was reasonably priced.

Sintra green chalet is a great place to stay. Very clean and walkable to town center. Manager is very nice and informative. We were completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

This bed and breakfast was lovely. The owner helped us with after hours check-in, which gave us more time to explore Lisbon. The hotel is situated on a quiet street. We easily found parking nearby both nights. Although the room was small, it was extremely clean. The bathroom was modern and good sized and there was a good sized closet for my suitcase. Easy walk to quaint city shops and we found a great restaurant just a block from the hotel. We walked down from Pena Palace and to our hotel. The breakfast is wonderful… lots of great options. We would stay again if ever in Sintra again.

A perfect quaint stay in Sintra for a solo traveller! I would imagine it would be bliss for couples too. Although the rooms are quite small, it is very comfortable, clean, modern and well furnished. The breakfast area is so cute and the amenities are well stocked! The service was incredible and friendly. Marianna at front desk is so cool and super helpful and responsive. I felt really safe in this area. The train station is only an 8 minute walk. Palaces and castles were in walking distance or a short Uber ride! 10/10

Nice comfortable bed, cool air conditioning. Excellent location - very close to train station, restaurant next door is great and 3 min walk from a great bakery. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, kettle available for guests to use downstairs, which is a bonus. Great stay overall in a beautiful area.

We had a family room, Queen bed with sofa, which gave us a little more room, however there were no tables or anywhere to place bags except in the closet. The location was near many restaurants, but the historic area of town is an Uber ride away. The Uber charges are quite low however, compared to many other countries. There is also a laundromat within walking distance. The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, she provided excellent service!

A beautiful room, lounge with sofa bed and bathroom with fantastic air conditioning. Quiet and clean. The owner/ manager Mariana went out of her way to ensure that we still got breakfast even though we had a early checkout. Excellent.

Amazing little B&B, very accommodating. Paid breakfast but good options. 10 min walk to a train station to Lisbon. Only thing to keep in mind front desk is not 24/7 so if you need something late, it might be an issue

Owner made us feel uncomfortable with lies about Sintra tourism and pressured us into taking an Uber to the palaces when we had our own car. There are currently many scams in Sintra that try and convince tourist you cannot drive to or park at the palaces which are false. This host engaged in this scam by inciting an argument that we cannot drive to or park at the palaces ourselves. The breakfast was also very basic and not worth the cost, eat out at a local cafe instead.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were contacted a day earlier for planning the check in, and we were welcomed by Mariana and she gave us good tips on where to eat and how to move around. The place is in a quiet neighborhood.

O quarto é muito pequeno e não comporta mais de 2 pessoas. Mesmo para 2 pessoas é apertado. Não há onde colocar as malas. O sofá-cama é desconfortável. Não há ganchos nem qualquer suporte no banheiro, nenhum local dentro do box para colocar os itens de banho. O aquecedor de toalhas é pequeno. Pode-se ouvir o barulho dos demais hóspedes. Acima de tudo, a recepção funciona em horário limitadíssimo, deixando o hóspede à própria sorte. Não conseguimos encontrar ninguém na recepção e a comunicação foi difícil, inclusive com relação à cobrança das taxas municipais a cujo respeito estamos esperando informações para resolver.

Sintra green chalet is a great place to stay. Very clean and walkable to town center. Manager is very nice and informative. We were completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. While they don't have reception staff 24/7, they are easily reachable on Whatsapp and very responsive. They send detailed instructions ahead of time on how to get into the building and into your room. While the room is small, it has everything you need and is very comfortable. The entire building is just so pretty. There's plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Mariana was very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so that we could go see the National Palace and get a little more time in town. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay for a few more days!

Really nice B&B with easy walking to restaurants, up the mountain, or to the train station. Driving and parking takes a bit of skill but we managed fine.

A very quaint place, walking distance to the train stations and old city. The owner, Irina, is super friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. We booked a family room for the two of us - that made it spacious. They have a nice breakfast reasonably priced. Parking in nearby streets or one of the parking lots in the area.

This bed and breakfast was lovely. The owner helped us with after hours check-in, which gave us more time to explore Lisbon. The hotel is situated on a quiet street. We easily found parking nearby both nights. Although the room was small, it was extremely clean. The bathroom was modern and good sized and there was a good sized closet for my suitcase. Easy walk to quaint city shops and we found a great restaurant just a block from the hotel. We walked down from Pena Palace and to our hotel. The breakfast is wonderful… lots of great options. We would stay again if ever in Sintra again.

Breakfast is very good. Excellent service. It’s in walking distance to the tourist area in Sintra. The only downside is the very small size of the room and bathroom. If you are on the larger side, this may not be the place for you.

A wonderful little hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The location is convenient and walking distance to the center. Although the rooms are small, the common area is a great place to hang out, work on your computer, play cards or just relax.

Excellent location! Walkable to most sights and shops. Breakfast was great and a bargain. Only con is the size of the room - just big enough for the bed. Staff were excellent!

Owner made us feel uncomfortable with lies about Sintra tourism and pressured us into taking an Uber to the palaces when we had our own car. There are currently many scams in Sintra that try and convince tourist you cannot drive to or park at the palaces which are false. This host engaged in this scam by inciting an argument that we cannot drive to or park at the palaces ourselves. The breakfast was also very basic and not worth the cost, eat out at a local cafe instead.

The B&B was very clean, safe, and comfortable. The decor is very cute and welcoming. The 6€ breakfast in the morning was very convenient. I appreciated that they had soy milk available as I am lactose intolerant. The staff was all super friendly. I also appreciated that the staff was able to store my bags before my check in time. If you have a rental car, parking can be a bit tricky. The staff gave good advice on things to do and how to do so and gave restaurant recommendations. The rooms are quite small but clean. The bathroom had a heated towel rack which was super nice to have to help keep out towels dry. The TV also had Netflix signed in which was nice.

Was amazed at how cute and nice the breakfast and community spaces were. There was plenty for me to enjoy breakfast as a vegan. Only downside is first floor room opened to street and not able to open the window shade and window unless dressed. Recommend 2nd floor.

Good value. Nice newer facilities. Rooms were small. Breakfast was good. Parking is a problem. Facility does not have any and parking on the nearby streets is a challenge.

We arrived and checked in with Irena (?)who was extremely helpful. She even used her own laptop to book us tickets to visit the Pena Palace. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend the breakfast. Excellent. And Katarina, who was on the front desk, was very helpful. All said, Sintra is a wonderful town to visit and the Green Chalet was a great place to stay.

The room was immaculate and impressive. There is a fantastic breakfast in offer and a bar which you can settle at the end of your stay. Lovely outside seating to relax in the afternoon. I would happily book again.

The owner was super nice and breakfast was really good especially the bread! One thing I would recommend is providing the WiFi name and password in the room. Also, the shower definitely sprayed water onto the floor when showering, not sure if there is a fix for that since it is a small space. Overall, I would stay again because of the location and breakfast.
