La habitación Ibiza es de bien tamaño y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. El hotel en general es muy bonito, la comida en el restaurante y bebidas en el bar muy buenas! La atención del personal fue muy amable y siempre se mantuvieron en contacto a mis preguntas o solicitudes. En la habitación se percibía un poco de humedad que se que puede tratarse y además es entendible por la cantidad de lluvia y humedad en el ambiente. La relación precio-calidad es justa.

Todo bien excepto que cierran el restaurante muy temprano, entonces solo queda pedir por una aplicación de comida o salir a cenar. La alberca estaba un poco sucia, sin embargo cuando se los hice saber inmediatamente buscaron solución y la limpiaron. Personal muy amable.

Fue una estancia excelente y amena, Reservamos solo un noche, pero nos gusto tanto que decidimos quedarnos un día más. La atención es excepcional por parte de todo el personal pero principalmente Edgar es increíblemente amable y atento con los detalles, un gran hoster. La comida también es deliciosa y muy fresca. Las habitaciones estan muy limpias y te hacen sentir muy comodo con la naturaleza de alrededor. Volveremos a ir sin dudarlo.

I reserved this hotel because the room I found had a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view. I was looking forward to that and I bought the bottle of wine I would drink on that terrace while reading and writing on my first night. I was given a different room with no terrace, barely a place to sit and a window to the loud road outside. They were full (even though I checked in very early) so they wouldn’t honor my booking, and refused a discount because in their view all the rooms were “the same category”. The hotel is very pretty, but it’s inconveniently located on a busy road with no sidewalks, and after sunset it closes down. At 8pm I was left outside under heavy rain trying to find my way in, finally found an inconspicuous door bell. After a while someone just yells from behind the wall “who is it?” and I’m trying to give a yelling explanation under the rain with loud cars going by next to me. One of a few weird interactions there. I was looking forward to a relaxing haven, but next time I’d rather stay in a more affordable hotel closer to town.

La verdad el Hotel NO es excepcional, no entiendo porque esta calificación, No hay aire acondicionado, cortinas adecuadas (viejas) no cuentan con cafetera y/o otros amenities, poca agua, la comida muy mala y lento el servicio, en general no lo recomiendo esta engañosa la calificación.

Una pésima opción! No hay servicio de restaurante por la tarde noche (tuve que pedir Uber Eats), habitación llena de mosquitos y sin aire acondicionado (solo un ruidoso ventilador). De verdad, Par no volver.

Todo excelente, solo pondríamos cortinas blackout, ya que la luz entra y son cortinas muy delgadas. Fuera de eso todo excelente. El restaurante es DELICIOSO y a precios muy accesibles. Gracias, volveremos.

La habitación Ibiza es de bien tamaño y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. El hotel en general es muy bonito, la comida en el restaurante y bebidas en el bar muy buenas! La atención del personal fue muy amable y siempre se mantuvieron en contacto a mis preguntas o solicitudes. En la habitación se percibía un poco de humedad que se que puede tratarse y además es entendible por la cantidad de lluvia y humedad en el ambiente. La relación precio-calidad es justa.

Todo bien excepto que cierran el restaurante muy temprano, entonces solo queda pedir por una aplicación de comida o salir a cenar. La alberca estaba un poco sucia, sin embargo cuando se los hice saber inmediatamente buscaron solución y la limpiaron. Personal muy amable.

No había agua caliente, el servicio de Restaurante se terminó a las 15:00 de la tarde por lo que con mi llegada a las 15;15 ya no estaba disponible, el ventilador estaba en mal estado costó trabajo hacerlo girar y llegó un momento que se acumularon infinidad de hormigas en la pared que funciona como cabecera,

The good things: The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained. The property was very organized. They offer a great selection of movie channels on the TV. Tha bad things: They use an electric water heater for the shower. No matter how hard we tried, it was impossible to adjust the water to a comfortable warm temperature—it was either too cold or too hot. As a result, what should have been a 5-minute shower ended up taking almost 40 minutes. You have to ask the staff for the Wi-Fi password because there is no information about it in the room. There is no sign indicating that the building is a hotel; it only says "Restaurant." Since the entrance gate is kept closed, you need to be very careful when pulling in or out. Our vehicle had to remain outside, and with many cars driving downhill past the entrance, there is a real risk of an accident. We ordered sone dishes from the menu, but nowhere did it mention that they contained chorizo (pork). The dishes arrived with pork, which I do not eat. If you are vegetarian or vegan, make sure to ask about the ingredients before ordering.
