Unsafe rental conditions due to moldy, rusty, excessive chipping of paint in bathtub. Cockroaches and loose moving molded floor tiles in bathroom. After 6 days of no resolve or support owner was rude and continue to refuse responsibility!

Absolutely Terrible Experience — Would Not Recommend This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was disappointing. The front desk staff was not welcoming or helpful. The people working at the hotel, including the room service staff, looked exhausted, overwhelmed, and unhappy to be there. The overall customer service was extremely poor. The condition of the hotel was just as bad. The main entrance door was broken, and the balcony door was so difficult to open that we had to force it as if we were opening a security door. The air conditioning barely worked. We had to set it extremely low just to feel a little bit of cool air, while the entire building was extremely hot. There were several fans in the room, which honestly made us wonder if they were there because the air conditioning system simply does not work properly. The Wi-Fi was absolutely horrible. The signal was so weak that we could barely use our phones inside the hotel. We actually had to leave the hotel just to get a decent signal. The room itself was dirty, poorly cleaned, old, worn out, and in terrible condition. There were three beds squeezed into such a small space that there was barely any room to move around. Everything looked old, damaged, and neglected. I am also very disappointed with Hotels.com because this hotel was recommended through their platform they should have a better understanding of the properties they recommend.

I had an incredible stay at this Miami condo! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, while still being peaceful and relaxing. The amenities were top-notch, and the building felt safe and well maintained. The host was outstanding, providing excellent communication before and throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out effortless. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Miami. Whether you’re traveling for a relaxing vacation, a romantic getaway, or a family trip, this place is perfect. I can’t wait to come back!
