Guest House Capital Inn by Vallettastay

Great location as it is not in a busy / noisy area, and being Valletta small enough , alll is close walking . Even though this place didn’t have reception, I very much appreciated that they could keep my luggage in another sister hotel. I definitely recommend it and I would stay again

The location for this property could not be better. You’re close to everything in Valetta but at the same time it’s incredibly quiet. The rooms are clean/simple and nothing fancy so be realistic in what you are getting and why you are getting it. For the price it’s worth it. The property should be more prompt in sending the confirmation details as a day before my trip I had no info. I do commend Hotels.com for their assistance in rectifying that. The only glitch with the property itself was the check in process as the buzzer code outside did not open the door. So I had to call someone. I figured out that it didn’t work because the front door has a second lock and if that lock is locked the buzzer does nothing to change that. Once I was able to get access and get my own key for the front door and my hotel door, the stay was seamless. The property should improve the instructions it gives and suggest using the key in the outer locked box when they first arrive if the buzzer code doesn’t work or just have someone on site when a guest arrives. Or update the front door. Overall the glitches didn’t take away from the vacation. The cleaning staff were kind and helpful.

・経営者側の理由で、ホテルを無断で変えられた。 ・しかも、ホテルを勝手に変えたことすら伝えず、単に利用確認という形で連絡がきた。 ・ホテルの住所が違っていることに、私が気づかずに行っていたらどうなってたのか ・やむを得ず、新たに指定された宿（民宿、アパート）に行くと、なんと、その部屋には既に入居者あり。 ・経営者に連絡して、１時間以上路上で待たされて、やっと担当者が到着。新しいアパートに案内された。

Il titolare della struttura gentilissimo, ci ha cambiato stanza appena abbiamo fatto presente che la stanza era senza finestra molto umida e con odore di muffa, ci ha spostati in un’altra più spaziosa, ma purtoppo sempre senza finestra e molto umida ( ci svegliavamo bagnati) poco salubre. Pulizia impeccabile e gentilezza idem.

The rooms were very humid, no towel could ever dry. Though the room looked clean, I found a cockroach. (I guess it is due to humidity.) The first day there was no soap by the sink, but the second day the cleaning lady came and filled it. When I showered, there was water leaking from the shower to the floor. Fortunately, next day the cleaning lady wiped it off. There was no window. I did not realize that when I booked. I also did not realize that this was more of an AirBnB rather than hotel. Expedia should mention it. Towels and bed sheets were fine. Bed was fine.
