This rental home was a 10/10! Close to the beach, church, shopping, and restaurants. The pool was the highlight of the house! Lots of towels, beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, and wagon to put it all in for the beach! Bonus 2 bikes! We rented 2 more with child seats. Easy to bike to the beach and around the neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped which was helpful since we eat most of our meals at home because of small children. We had a great family vacation and would definitely rent again!
This rental home was a 10/10! Close to the beach, church, shopping, and restaurants. The pool was the highlight of the house! My family stayed at this property for a spring break week. The house is great; very clean, nice layout to squeeze in 4 bedrooms, and awesome secluded backyard with comfortable furniture and lovely pool & hot tub. Greg was easy to communicate with. Wonderful location only a mile from beautiful Vanderbilt Beach.

This house was perfect. It has everything you need and is a short 1.1 mile walk to the beach. This house provided everything you’d want to go to the beach including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and a wagon to haul it all to the beach. The pool and hot tub is awesome and the pool heater works great and well worth the extra charge to heat. The beds were great and the kitchen has anything you’d need to cook meals at the house. Greg the owner was fantastic and got right back to us for our simple questions or requests. We are definitely going to rent this house again in the future.
