Smelt like dog and urine inside. Nats inside the house. A few light bulbs out. House was nice and location was great. Needs more cooking supplies in the kitchen

The house was very clean and I’m a great location. Kimberly communicated very well with us. We would strongly recommend this property and stay here again.

We were only in town for the weekend to visit our daughter and go to a game. This house ended up being just over a mile from my daughter’s house which was an extremely pleasant surprise!! It was a little smaller than we expected but it worked well considering we weren’t there much. The back yard was perfect for the dogs other than the lack of grass which tracked so much dirt into the house. My younger daughter and nephew loved the big bunk beds and the park down the road. The neighborhood was a little run down but we didn’t have any issues with anyone. This property is super close to anywhere you need to go in Tuscaloosa.
