You have to pay for parking in the garage ($21/day) but it was convenient and the downtown bus is free in the downtown street in front of the hotel. The pool was very nice too.

I stayed for one night and was very impressed; this hotel is much nicer than other Marriotts in other cities. The biggest pros for me were the clean linens; the parking garage directly next door where I felt safe leaving my car; and the walkability to downtown. Front desk staff were polite and efficient, and available even when I checked out early in the morning. The pool was dirty, but the hot tub was clean and I enjoyed using it. The hotel was so quiet, and I slept great as a result.

Our room and the whole hotel was immaculate. The location was wonderful right downtown. The fitness center was awesome. The complimentary breakfast was great. It had all my favorites great coffee, bagels & cream cheese, and crispy bacon. Only misfortunes was no option on hotels.com to get room with a view so ended up with a room with a window facing a brick wall. Overall, very happy with our choice.

Great staff and hotel! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. My only gripes are the rooftop bar was terrible. Staff was rude and pompous. Then the pool and hot tub are in need of a good cleaning as well.

I could have save $40. booking through their website instead of Expedia. They screwed me $20 for the underground parking that is not mentioned on here. No other place to park. Also there was a bed bug in my bed when I pulled up the covers

We spontaneously booked this place on a road trip and could not have been more please with how nice it was! Service was so friendly and the place was new, stylish and immaculate. A wonderful, full breakfast was included as a bonus before hitting the road again.

This has to be the best Marriot we have stayed at yet. Super friendly, accommodating and the best sleep every. The beds are SO comfortable. Jackson, the Manager was amazing when asked if our Granddaughter could have some friends over for her birthday to swim in the pool. We will stay here whenever we are in the Springs.

Great property and breakfast. Only complaint was that whilenout friends' room had a small closet, our room had literally nowhere to hang clothing. Not even pegs. Where the closetbwas in their room, we had a ventilation/hvac unit.

Spacious clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was far better than I've experienced at other hotels. Dinner at Lumin8 was very good. One suggestion is to request a room not facing the street. During the evening there is a lot of very loud motorcycle noise. It does subside by bedtime but is prominent during the evening hours.

Very clean and spacious rooms ( 2 Queen suite), beds were not that comfortable, not even minimum firmness. Was sharing bed with my 8 yr old, and the bed sinks one side. Breakfast was nice and hot, could have more options. Coffee was really good. The view of mountains was really good too.

Upon checking in we requested a Quiet Room away from Noise. We were in 235 and the 1st night we had some noise but the 2nd n 3rd night it was like a Drag Strip. We also asked the front desk for a Wake Up call at 2 AM as we had a 6 AM flight out of Denver. We Never received that call and it was a good thing we set it on our phones or we would have Missed our flight. The Breakfast was Great and the Hotel was Very Clean.

We also asked the front desk for a Wake Up call at 2 AM as we had a 6 AM flight out of Denver. A/C and heat are motion activated. Which is fine if you’re walking around in room. Not so great when you’re sleeping. 1st night A/C turned off an hour after I went to bed, and every hour after that. Got hot, woke up, A/C turns on for another hour. Super annoying, but at least I could sleep in hour increments. 2nd night, it’s every 5 minutes. Finally at 4am I called the front desk. They said they get frequent complaints and offered a new room. I pack up, go to the front desk, and get a key card. Back in bed, 5 minutes later. A/C turns off. Never, ever again.

Even though I didn’t get the 1-King size bed that I selected with a nice view, I got 2-queen beds with a scenery of a brick wall. The queen beds were extremely comfortable and so was the pillows. The hotel lobby for breakfast was extremely clean and the waitstaff was very nice and attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. This is the first time I tried this hotel from my usual hotel because my son was getting married near by and I wanted to upgrade for the special occasion. I don’t travel hardly ever but on my next vacation I believe I will always look for this hotel. The only real negative thing is that we wound up bringing our drinks g at the last minute (which they do accept pets for a $50 fee per day) but they did not have a place (grassy area) for pets to use to relieve themselves). Had to walk 3-4 blocks down the street to grassy area in front of a museum.

Overall the stay was great. The rooms are very clean and the common areas are all kept well. The staff were pleasant. Myself and 2 friends were there for a girls weekend. So I had booked 3 rooms. One for each of us. The only problem which was beyond their control was a fire in the garage. One of the guest cars caught on fire and the entire hotel had to be evacuated thus causing all of us to scramble out the hotel at 12:30am in the morning. It was concerning because it was so cold. We had to sccramble into a near by Pub and most people remsined outside or searched on foot for other hotels for accommodation because we werent allowed to get our cars. Logistically, on the way it was handled was very poor. From the Police. Fire, and Hotel staff. We were not allowed to re-enter until 3am or so. There seemed to be no one who knew what was going on. There were little kids and elderly people in their PJ's with no coats. Perhsps their should jave been blankets passed out at minium. Rather thsn go in further I am chosing to movr on past it snd offer this info a reference so they can sim to improve if this were ever to happen again. In the end the hotel comped the rooms for 1 night. For both nights for one of my girlfriends becsuse the smoke lingered in the vents in her room although we were on the 7th floor. Bailey the GM and Matthew front desk clerk walked into a mess when they arrived for their shifts in the morning. However, they handled everything very well.

The lady ( big woman) barely could breathe walking was the one at the Springhill suites was rude and not helpful at all! I had a room booked and they told me they had no rooms! They could have told me to try element that is connected to the same place but they didn’t! I’m not happy with their service and the. I had to use my Bonvoy points because I was already charged for a room at Sprinhill. Overall not happy with the customer service at all!!!

Great hotel. Clean and very comfortable. I loved having the separate area with the sofa bed and the walk in closet made it easy to keep all of our bags out of the way. The area that the hotel is in is safe and quiet and walkable to the restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

We spontaneously booked this place on a road trip and could not have been more please with how nice it was! Service was so friendly and the place was new, stylish and immaculate. A wonderful, full breakfast was included as a bonus before hitting the road again.

Negatives: I was given a handicap room even though I did not book one. Because of this the bed was very low. The mattress was honestly the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It was lumpy and slanted. It felt like a half inflated air mattress. It was very difficult to sleep. The pillows also contributed to my terrible nights sleep. Worst pillows ever!!! Sadly because of this, I will not stay here again. I hope for every other guest's sake, they had more comfortable beds and pillows. Also the shower was a curbless, walk-in shower which flooded the bathroom. There was a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor, outside of the shower, but it did not help much. The flooding was ridiculous and dangerous. I almost fell because of the water, luckily, I caught myself. Positives: The property was modern and was decorated nicely. The breakfast offerings were good. The restaurant on the 8th floor was fantastic!

Spacious clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was far better than I've experienced at other hotels. Dinner at Lumin8 was very good. One suggestion is to request a room not facing the street. During the evening there is a lot of very loud motorcycle noise. It does subside by bedtime but is prominent during the evening hours.

Very clean and spacious rooms ( 2 Queen suite), beds were not that comfortable, not even minimum firmness. Was sharing bed with my 8 yr old, and the bed sinks one side. Breakfast was nice and hot, could have more options. Coffee was really good. The view of mountains was really good too.

Great staff and hotel! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. My only gripes are the rooftop bar was terrible. Staff was rude and pompous. Then the pool and hot tub are in need of a good cleaning as well.

We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The hotel is newly built, modern, and very clean. Its downtown location is excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s top tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Super clean facility. Staff is awesome! We stayed for a wedding anniversary. We mentioned it to the check in person. They congratulated us, upgraded our room! When we got all situated, we were leaving our room, the staff had also put a hand written letter and candy bars taped to our door! Breakfast was good! Didn’t have time to check out the restaurant, maybe next time!

The hotel lobby was clean but the front desk people were not very welcoming and did not explain where anything in the hotel was. We had to explore to find the pool. We reserved a room for 3 people, king bed and trundle. There were not enough towels and no sheets for the trundle even though that was specifically asked at check in. The pool is smaller than pictured. We did not use the hot tub because the water was very cloudy. Pool was great for kids, though pool deck looked old/unclean. We could not get the WiFi to work on any device even after creating an account. Front desk was no help. Parking was an issue, on their website there is not crucible size restrictions or info about the lot. It’s an extra $21 a day and your vehicle has to be under 8 feet, so we had to find street parking. Breakfast in the morning was good with a lot of variety. They did add a $5.41 food tax at check which was annoying after already paying the night before. It worked because it was last minute but would find somewhere else if needed in the future.
