King's Inn Motel

Bathtub had dirty ring around it and an insect in the tub, toilet bowl have dirty ring also, the sink had a live bug inside it. the towels were dirty and stained. The sheets were not clean. Stay at your own risk , never again will I stay here.

My husband and son stayed for 1 night and had to strip the beds due to cigarette burns on one of the beds and what they could only assume to be seamen stains on the other bed. They went to BigLots and bought their own bedding. Completely discusting and unexceptable! Would love a refund!!

Room was dirty, paint peeling on walls, bed covers stained and dirty. Two of us had bites on our face after sleeping in the bed.

You get what you pay for! Was it horrible, no. Was it great, no. It was a place to sleep & cheap. The rooms are super outdated and smell like cigarettes. They actually offer rooms you can smoke in which really surprised me. The housekeeping isn't great so bring some Lysol wipes to do a once over. The location is close to everything. You drive up the road and have literally EVERYTHING you would need.

Asked for a non smoking room. And it just reeked of smoke. Could not sleep well due to the smoke smell.

The room was immaculate! The cleaning staff was super efficient and helpful. Raul, the Manager of the place really knew his stuff! He was friendly, kind and helpful, making our trip wonderful, as i couldn't possibly think of anything else could he could have done. 10 out of 10! Thank you 😊

The room was very dirty. Dirt on the floor, walls were dirty and a dead bug in the tub.

Can’t say anything stands out as positive. I have stayed in cleaner places for less money. Foreign hair in sink and bathtub did not look welcoming without shower shoes. Pillows very “fat” my back still hurts from angle my head was at while sleeping.

The A/C was cold, the bed was clean and comfy, and the shower was hot. It had some small issues but nothing that highly inconvenienced me though. The front desk staff were so friendly and very pleasant to talk with. I attended the local WWII Weekend and really only needed somewhere close to the airport to rest and recover at for 8 or so hours and this place was perfect.

Nice but my room needed updated but there working on it

The room was not clean. However, the guy at the front desk, who worked at night and at day and made coffee and waffles, was so nice and friendly, that he made up for whatever the place was lacking.

We showed up, had a reserved room and were told they had over booked. Still have not received a refund.

Check your semi clean rooms equipment right away (TVs,etc). Our TV wasn't working after inspection saw input on side was broken/push in and plug kinda just hanging there. Called and got moved to new room, as should (btw...loud toilet would not stop running in new room). 7 hours later around 10:30 pm we were told to leave if not paying for the TV in the other room. I was basically called a liar which I do not appreciate and don't appreciate being shaked down at 10:30 pm by shady motel personnel. Either I pay for their faulty TV or we had to vacate (with no refund).We left instead of pay for their faulty TV. Best Western next door much more professional, way nicer, way cleaner and same price. King's Inn used to be my go to...but never again after being called a liar by "manager" who said I NEVER stayed there before although I stayed many times. He threatened to look at surveillance and check records to see if I stayed before. When I told him to please check by all means,he refused and basically called me a liar. Never again. I used to recommend this place to my union co workers but after this horrible treatment in the middle of the night and then the wonderful treatment by staff at Best Western next door, I know where my money and my recommendations to my many friends and union coworkers are going to and that is NOT the King's Inn and the rude, disrespectful, accusatory staff. Never again.

The place was very disappointing. The check in was like talking to three crack head very scary. Then. Smoke alarm was going off all night and the smell of weed throw out the rooms. And the room next to me was fighting and drinking all night. I will never go to that place again.

If your needs and expectations are for a high end motel this would not fit the bill. But sometimes we want an affordable place to stay that is safe, clean and comfortable for sleeping and bathing, etc. And this property completely fits the bill in my opinion. The two staff members I met were friendly and clearly interested in my satisfaction. If you're passing through this area and want a place to call "home base" as you conduct business or see the nearby sites I'd reccommend The Kings Inn as an affordable option.

1 bath towel for 2 people. Breakfast was a joke. Room dirty. No lights near bed. No hair dryer, or coffee maker,

Adequate & nothing more. Bathroom door did not close; I had to go looking for someone to check us in; floor felt grimy; towels were stained. There were guys drinking on the walkway next to our room - they were friendly & non-threatening, but us two girls were glad to get our door locked. The "breakfast" consisted of about 10 pieces of bread, cream cheese, coffee, and tea bags (no hot water). The room did have a nice mini-frig & microwave. We got what we paid for - a roof, walls, beds, and a shower.
