Spectacular location. And extremely helpful and courteous staff. The walk to the beach from the hotel is full of cigarette butts and rubbish. Unfortunately the property can’t do anything about it as it is not under their jurisdiction. Rooms small and no other facilities available at the property except for an outdoor pool.

Un luogo panoramico e bello, essendo vicino (700-900 metri) dalla discoteca, 3 sere alla settimana si ha un po’ di rumore fino alle 2:00. La piscina si trova al -3 con le scale che rende difficile per gli anziani di frequentare. La piscina è pulita e ben sistemata. Al piano terra c’è il ristorante con una buona abbondante colazione. Altri 2 piano +1 & +2 con i soggiorni. La sera al di solito si sente il profumo delle frittate (pesce). Il personale è educato e rispettoso. Tutto sommato è molto consigliabile.

It was a wonderful room overlooking the Black Sea with a covered patio to watch the sun sink into the see about 9 PM. Nice pool, outside restaurant with sea view, lively wait staff, good food. I’d go back.

The otel staff were horrible little to no help could not isse me a refund immedietly when i told them I want to cancel my stay after i saw how the rooms were. The rooms were dirty horrible smell dorty carpet. Nothing like the pictures. I don't know how there were good reviews on this place. I was told to come the next day for a refund. I could not I went to another city so i contacted them on the phone for a refund. They said they will refund me. I still havent heard back or recieved anything. If you want a good hotel go to New inn old town hotel in fatih istanbul it is close to everything you need, don't go near this otel.

Thé double deluxe room was so small that we had problems opening our big suitcase Fortunately we were moved the next day at no charge to a nice junior suite Both were quiet, had a commanding view of the beach and both were fully renovated I along with bathrooms that feature Italian style showers . Too bad they had no pegs to hang towels or clothes .

Lovely stay with a fantastic view. This hotel right above the cove in Kumkoy has the perfect balconies to sit, watch the water, and relax or work. Quaint little seaside town. The staff are helpful and polite. The manager in particular helped to arrange transport, and always went the extra mile. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, vintage carpeting, could use some paint etc, but are well kept. A/C worked fine until I left it running and it froze up. Defrosted and worked again after an hour, no issues. Indoor and outdoor dining room areas, indoor with white table cloths and nice place settings, outdoors with the same great views, professional service. Breakfast is good with a variety to choose from. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend, or like I did, to get out of the city for a few days on a long layover.

The staff at the Erzurumlu, especially all the gentleman at the front desk and the owner, went above and beyond for us during our stay. They arranged taxi's, haircut/shave, a visit to the local Jandarma, recommended a beautiful beach, and even loaned- and then gifted - my husband tie (he forgot his for a wedding we were going to). The hotel has an excellent view, breakfast, air conditioning, and go beyond to ensure the guests are happy. Thank you to them for their amazing hospitality!

The poor customer service I experienced in this hotel from the onset ruined my holiday. The taxi driver (taxi number-351) quoted me 600 Turkish Lira from the airport to the hotel, despite me knowing the journey should cost no more than 230 Turkish Lira. My brother who has travelling from a different country paid only 250 Turkish Lira for the same journey in the same evening. I informed the taxi driver if the customer service officer in reception says the journey is 600 Turkish Lira, I will pay 600 if not I will pay the 230 estimate cost the journey planner says it should cost. The customer service officer in reception who was a middle age man who spoke good English said the journey cost 600 after he spoke to the driver in Turkish laughing. Despise me knowing otherwise I paid the driver 600 because the customer service officer lied for the taxi driver, I didn’t know if they work together to rip-off customer but they looked highly suspicious. It rained on our first and second day of our holiday so we couldn’t go out. The hotel decor is outdated with basic breakfast options. The TV Chanel’s are all Turkish and the internet connection is very bad. This hotel is stuck in the 80’s as they were playing music from the 80’s in the eating area and the decor is very much 80’s style. Very bad experience and poor customer service.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Erzurumlu Otel. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us in booking taxis to the shopping centres in Istanbul and the airport. They also provided us with information about the area. The breakfast was amazing, filling and freshly made every day. We enjoyed it a lot! The staff is fantastic! The location is excellent, near the beach. Rooms are in very good conditions. Breakfast was great: it included traditional items (fruits, coffee, bread, etc.) plus local food (Burek and others)! Overall, the experience was excellent!
